I am 80 years old and for the last 15 years I normally have eaten from 30 to 60 eggs per week. Since I am allergic to doctors, hospitals and clinics I have no idea what my cholesterol numbers are. Up until 5 years ago I was operating a WoodMizer sawmill out in the weather of Panama until I had an accident and destroyed my knee. But this sedentary lifestyle will probably kill me before I need to worry about my cholesterol.
I'm almost considered weird because I'm the only person at work who isn't medicated or who has some kind of fashionable 'condition' or disease. I'm also the only one with 100% attendance with no sick days in ten years.
My 73 year old mom was put on statin and I told her absolutely don’t take it. I changed her diet. She stopped drinking Pepsi and switched to green tea with honey. I switched her from cereal for breakfast to uncured bacon, eggs, home fries and avocados and her blood work came back perfect. Her doctor told her to keep doing what she’s doing.
There was a woman in the town where I grew up who ate 20 eggs a day for a long time. She only cut back to 3 eggs a days when she moved into a senior citizen's home, because her appetite in general went down. She died in Dezember of 2022. Not from high cholesterol, but from old age. She was 105 years old.
I am 70 years old. My cholesterol is now 174. The Doctors had me on Statins until my Cholesterol was 112. And they thought that was great. I was on Statins for over 20+ years. I quit the Statins over 10 years ago. It has taken 10 years to go from 112 to 174 on my cholesterol. I have suffered with many side effects. One of the worst has been Migraine headaches along with memory issues with a few mental challenges as well. My energy levels are pathetic. Enough said, these Statins are a horrible drug being handled out like candy. Buyer beware you may not realize for many years all the damage that has been done to your body. I hope this helps people to make a better choice than I did.
Lowering cholesterol is an easy and cheap way, you don't have to dig deep into your pockets to buy 100 eggs every week. Just do sunnah fasting on Mondays and Thursdays... then your cholesterol levels, sugar levels and blood pressure will be stable.

Hey John. Eating earlier is actually better because of the "normal body shift". Intermittent fasting is a great way of living so you can do it daily. Nutritional yeast is a great source of BVitamins that are removed in most foods due to processing or alterations during the processing. Incorporating it into your routine has tremendous health benefits but let's wait on Dr. Ekberg's opinion on it.

It's also way more convenient for my schedule, so I will probably stick to it. I was curious on int. fasting daily since I watched some videos from Thomas deLauer where he recommends doing it only twice or three times a week, and I don't see how there would be downsides to doing it daily as long as I eat enough calories and nutrients. And I will definitely add nutritional yeast to my diet!
I eat 4 eggs a day. My problem has always been triglycerides. They're in the 200 to 400 range. I was concerned because my dad had diabetes and heart problems at 89 when he passed. I did a CAC scan which came back zero. Lipoprotein (a) was 14. Homocysteine test showed a 6. HSCRP 1.0. PAD scan and coronary scan zero. DR wanted me on a statins but changed his mind after these tests; which I PAID FOR OUT OF MY POCKET BECAUSE KAISER JUST WANTS TO PUSH DRUGS. Im 59yrs and been lifting weights 4 times a week for the last 20 years. Cutting down on carbs a little and watching my sugar. My insulin was 7.1 and A1c 5.4. Oh and jab free lol. God is good. 11-22-22. Just did my APO B test. Results were 111. The high/max range us 135. From what I've been reading this is considered high. Idk. Im just sticking to my routine and keep doing what in doing.
@@p0tah7 not at all. I've been able to avoid most " normal" injuries thankfully. I certainly don't lift crazy weight anymore but still heavy to be beneficial. I see too many lifting incorrectly and too much. I stay in my lane. Concentrate on volume and not so much the weight. Keeps injuries away. Take supplements ; fish oil, creatine, multi, glutathione, extra vitamin D with K2, and my pre workout drink that has all the ingredients i need.
@@p0tah7 look into training backwards for knee health. dr berg youtube interviewed a guy recently about it. i have knee problems and plan to start this type of training right away. dr eckberg and dr berg are both incredible and seem to be on the same sentence on the same paragraph of the same page.
My father died at age 93 and always had cholesterol around 200-220. My mother died at age 94.9 in 2013 and her doctor always harped on her about her cholesterol at 220-245. She provided my dad and herself a lot of good home cooked meals with a lot of vegetables, and they took supplements my entire life(55 years) that I know about. My doctor hollers about my cholesterol, but my triglycerides are very low, and I have no other risk factors in my blood work. No diabetes or pre-diabetes. No smoking. BP says about 130/85. I continue to ignore the cholesterol game. Most of my family on both sides have lived past 85. I live a happy life and will die like everyone else. I am more focused on eternity than trying to worry about a few years here.
Focused on eternity matters most! Many functional doctors believe high cholesterol is more a concern if is high when younger but for longevity and for cognitive health it needs to be > 200 when older.
Honestly I'd bet "fixing your cholesterol" would reduce your life by a few years. Doctors aren't taught to find the root of the problem, and people may have different thresholds for what is "normal" for them. Maybe your high cholesterol is perfectly normal for your unique physiology. Just eat protein, get your vitamins and minerals in, drink lots of water and exercise! Your body will do the rest to keep you in a perfect homeostasis as long as you give it all what it needs.
I'm in England, so far during my lifetime I've seen 'health advice' on stop salt, stop butter, stop eggs and stop meat.....really does make you wonder doesn't it.
@@drekberg I'm also in the UK, our national health service (free at the point of contact/use) is STILL advising type over-fat two diabetics to eat a portion of carbohydrates with every meal.
Take the food pyramid and turn it upside down if you want to stay healthy. Most of these so called government health advice does come ultimately from big pharma in order to sell their products and create customers 🙄

Can't tell you how much I respect and admire how you take the time to actually investigate and explain this type of reporting. So many times, lab results that are not well understood, taken in their entirety, and have led to a mis-diagnosis. Glad that you're allowed to even get your lab results directly. Here in Arizona, Labs refuse to give test results to patients or say anything about them. Arizona allows most patient records to be withheld from patients to avoid lawsuits, I'm sure, but these days, can only get lab results from the ordering doctor, or actually, only his opinion of the results after reviewing them, not the results (mostly all but diagnosis and treatment prescribed, nothing else, especially notes because they never take accurate notes of what patient says and even falsify documents regularly, as well as misdiagnosis and misprescribe constantly. I had to go abroad to get properly diagnosed after suffering for decades as a lab rat being unnecessarily poisoned which gave me liver disease.)

But the studies do not show that that is a indicator of healthy populations, your good genes grandma just happened to be good genes, Among centenarian blue zone populations, the people who had high cholesterol did not live as long, it is not to be replicated
I'm 45 now and been on this diet since 16 years old. I eat scrambled eggs for breakfast and as noon snack in the afternoon and that's 8-10 eggs total per day. No issues with it except money for eating a ton of eggs every single day. Eggs are expensive! I'm primarily meat-eater but I don't eat anything that contains wheat. Got no issues with my health. I believe overall good health primarily is influenced and controlled by genetics. Many take the "healthy" lifestyle path but they die young anyway. When "what you are" and "what you do" and "what you eat" are in a balance, you get maximum quality of living.
Until recently I would eat 4 eggs/day but I've started doing alternate day fasting so that's down to about a dozen/week. My LDL is high but my dr. is not concerned because after 6 months on keto, my TG dropped & my HDL went up higher than TG, making the TG/HDL ratio less than 1 which is good & the best marker for cardiovascular health. At 70 I weigh 160 lbs, the same as when I was 18.
I got to get my HDL up since my ratio is 2.2. More mackerel, herring, and sardines for me. Still on my weight loss journey but down 127 pounds in 11 months doing Keto, intermittent fasting, and lots of exercise. Have another 70 pounds or so to go.

My grandmother is 92. She lives at a nursing home with my 94 year old grandfather. They’ve been married over 70 years. She has “high cholesterol “ They don’t seem to have any significant health issues but remain bored together.
The pharmaceutical industry has gotten doctors to continually lower cholesterol levels over the years so they can push more of the drugs. The levels for our great and grand parents was much higher and there was less heart disease. Once again we are being manipulated. Thank you so much for your channel. So glad I tripped over it. I have my own free-range chickens and eat about 10 eggs per day, depending on how many eggs they lay. I'm 67 YO and I've been doing this for most of my life. The last time I went for a total blood workup was about a month ago and I was told everything was perfect.

Eggs increaes the cancer risk proven by studies! In 2012, the authors looked specifically at choline content and found that men in the highest quintile of choline intake (471 mg/day) had a 70% increased risk of lethal prostate cancer (38). Although choline is found in all animal foods it is more highly concentrated in eggs at 250 mg per egg. A meta-analysis published in 2015 showed a modestly elevated risk for not only prostate cancer but also breast and ovarian cancers for those with the highest intake of eggs, more than 5 per week, as compared to those with no egg consumption at all

Years ago I read a small booklet written by a German heart surgeon who made exactly this case. The man had performed thousands of heart operations in his life and saw the standard cholesterol treatment as a dangerous lie. He had tried to convince the German health care authorities to listen to reason but in vain. The material he presented was logic and well founded. This is the first time I hear somebody stand up and say the same thing. My mother was perfectly healthy with high cholesterol and became tired and demented with the ‘medication’. I was never able to persuade her to leave the pills, though, because “the doctors know what they’re doing”. Thank you for this video!

I'm 74 and never had my Cholesterol level checked. I figured what ever it is that is what it and I feel fine. I went on a egg diet for 30 days a few years ago to improve my health.. Eggs are a very healthy food.
@@irmakalember9403 that can't be true! Unless you eat them together with bread or potatoes. Eggs alone have no sugar so they have a very low glycemic index unlike fruits, grains, beans and veggies! The latter as they digest the sugars cause the bowls to have gas as the sugars in the food ferment in the gut. So, Im interested in how they cause gas for you? Are you allergic?
The Korean study you cited was very interesting! I have also seen results from the study done on Loma Linda Adventists, and it turned out that those who ate one egg a week had a lower level of Alzheimers and dementia than those who had no eggs, yet eating more eggs held no greater advantage than the one egg. I find it interesting to see the similarities and differences in studies, rather than picking a side that I just prefer to believe in. Diet is almost like a religion, or a tribal totem, to many people.
I agree that going from no eggs to 15 eggs a day would upset anyone's system. I have been eating eggs every day for at least 30+ years. When I was heavily working out, I was consuming a dozen eggs every day. Since then, I have slowed down and have consistently been consuming four eggs every morning (fully cooked white and raw yolk) for the past 10+ years. My four-egg breakfast is enough to sustain me for the whole day, and I only eat dinner in the evening.
@@Neophema Four eggs, sunny side up, yolks as raw as possible, whites cooked very well, salt, pepper, whole wheat bread, couple of espressos. Every morning. Never gets old.
I did somethimg similar to this. I switched out my breakfast with 7 eggs for 3 weeks. And for Dinner rice with tomatos. No, this was not a diet, i just wanted to do so. As long as you only boil the eggs, its no problem. At the moment you fry them or do anything else with them, the problem starts. I do this arround easter, simply to clean the body from fat and sugar and force my body to switch to more protein food. I do this since decades now, cause our body usually needs a lot of protein. This creates an overload.

Im very happy to see how u exposed how fake these “studies” are! They are more of a advertising tool than an actual study. Also they only have to be 1% higher than placebo to be considered effective!
Thanks for posting this video and making that test on yourself. Years ago I took a look at what medicine my late father was on, what they were for and what their side effects are. The short version is that I took the decision to stay off medical drugs there and then. So the long version is that when I found out that my blood pressure was getting ever higher and my blood sugar was heading the diabetes way, I decided to go on the keto diet. It worked really well, I have had my bloodwork done several times and my blood pressure tested and everything is as it should be, plus I lost weight. I am still not taking any medicine at 60 even though I am often on a dirty version of the keto diet. I often have OMAD and do intermittent fasting. I actually feel better now than in my thirties and forties.
Great video, much appreciated information! My doc suggested I start statins with my total cholesterol (241, HDL 65, LDL 166) and my triglycerides of 50, with BP normally 100/60. I was put in a high risk cardiovascular disease category. My docs office doesn’t offer NMR testing. I went with triglycerides/HDL ratio calculation, which shows my numbers in a low risk range. I refused the meds and started to dig and learn about cholesterol. This is one of the best videos I found so far. Thank you! Will certainly share.
I'm 44 y.o. Male, 179cm 79kg, slim muscular For the last 2 years did callisthenics have been like gym, I did 10 months 18-6, and now doing 16-8 IF. In last July, my blood results were like the following, and the doctor warned me as clothing risk increased over 200 TC.. 247 TC 179 LDL 109.8 TG Insulin 4.80 Glukoz(hungry) 96 All the others are in the expected interval, except cholesterols

Although I've gone keto about 7months ago and balanced my sugar levels and health, getting rid of my type 2 diabetes and medication, my cholesterol was being a little stubborn at my last blood test 3 months ago (a little higher than usual by my Dr's liking). I personally only trimmed up a little on the saturated fats wherever I could and my Dr rang me praising the adjustments made even though eating 35 eggs and having had my current blood test at the end of that week, making eggs the cause of increased cholesterol a myth of the past in my circumstances. I spent 18 years eating 12 eggs a day when I was bodybuilding, and I have never ever had issues with cholesterol. I believe that this has to do with the individual and their genes as well.
@VisionaryMedia24 I did it to get protein in. If I remember correctly, 100% of egg protein can be absorbed. The absorption rate and quality of protein are different based on the type of food. All of this is also dependent on your body, everyone is different. It worked great for me, but I was also eating chicken every day and red meat one a week too. You have to find what works best for you. Don't forget your complex carbs too. I would eat 40 to 50 grams of brown rice and a lot of broccoli.
My total cholesterol hit 244 with LDL of 190 and HDL of 54. My doctor scared me and made me feel bad and said that I needed to immediately go in a statin drug. So I did not listen, and I don't want to be on it. I've just been eating healthier and have lost weight going from 232 to 218 at the present. I feel much more confident now after watching this video and trying to get to healthy level cholesterol without the drugs. I will check again soon to see where I'm at. But I'm not scared and I feel really healthy.

I ate anywhere from 3 to 5 eggs almost every day when I was a child. My mom made eggs everyday for dinner because it was cheap and nutritious and I really like eggs. I was very healthy and athletic growing up. Never had a problem with cholesterol.

I've gone to the second doctor who tried again to put me on a statin since my total cholesterol is 294. Doesn't seem to matter that all other numbers from the blood test are exceptional, or I've lost 85 lbs through carnivore, sometimes ketovore, in the past year. If I did not have the knowledge you have previously given about cholesterol and the negatives of a statin, I'd probably be following the doctor's advice. I’ve got a three year old. He eats an egg everyday along with his ham and steak and chicken. He’s 110% on the percentile growth chart, speaks two languages fluently, can read basic english and he can throw a pretty good right hook! I’ll keep feeding him this way.
My LDL was 180 last time I had a check 8 months ago, and they wanted me on medication. My HDL and Triglycerides were good, so I refused and I'm glad I did. Thanks for the perspective
Great to see another person debunking this nonsense :) I've been eating eggs for 45 years now, pasture raised around 15 per week with more in recent decades and (that's me and my wife in the profile pic) you can see if I look my age or not. Blood work always comes back excellent and my body composition always stays healthy, even on weeks I didn't hit the gym. Im moderate carb and most calories come from high quality sea foods, grassfed land animals, eggs, raw cheese, veges, sweet potato etc.

My grandfather used to drink gulps of codliver oil straight from the bottle in the morning on an empty stomach and being a farmer ate "tons" of butter. Lived to old age without any problems. Cholesterol is necessary. The problem is not cholesterol but a sedentary lifestile. If you don't move, life will move you - to the cementary.

The biggest takeaway for me is how lowering cholesterol via statins can push us further into the danger zone. I also know of five people taking statins who have since developed terrible joint pain...and two of the five individuals stopped taking statins and the joint pain disappeared...coincidence?
Cholesterol is the building block to repair damage (mostly due to inflammation) in our body. Imagine if we have high cholesterol because our body is actually doing its work in repairing the damage, but we took statin to lower the cholesterol. Isn't that actually c..k blocking our own body healing itself?
@@neogenesus Hi. I'm type 1 diabetic and eat low carb, high fat and protein food. Regular blood work comes up good. It's never a fasted test so I imagine food eaten can influence cholesterol results. I regularly do intense weight training > inflammation. Despite fine results I was prescribed statins "because anyone that has been diabetic for more than 10 years should be on them" the nurse read off the computer screen. I threw them in the bin. I was also never given any information or advice about how to lower cholesterol by any other means (diet, lifestyle, etc). NHS rubbish.
Thanks so much for this video Dr. As a result of reading, studying and questioning everything thanks pushed on us (including the medical system) and being labelled a conspiracy theorist, it’s so refreshing to hear your words. After approximately 10 years of taking statin drugs, I convinced my father to stop taking them about 4 years ago by explaining to him that statins effect the brain and mind as it eats away cholesterol which the body needs as each cell has a protective coating (membrane) which is cholesterol. Statins eat away cholesterol which result in damaging cells. Also that the brain actually needs cholesterol to keep it healthy otherwise there’s a risk of dementia/Alzheimers. He’s 83 years old and has eaten very healthy for most of his life. His typical breakfast is 3-4 eggs (usually boiled) one cucumber and one tomatoes, fresh parsley, fresh mint, fresh dill, cheese and olives. He has dinner between 3-4pm and only has fruit after that. Nothing else until the next morning. He has eaten this way most of his life. He has been fasting since the age of 12 - one month every year, no food or water from sun up to sun down. He grows his own vegetables, fruit and herbs. He eats one handful of raw almonds, one handful of raw peanuts and one handful of walnuts each day. @@000aysh - no one disputes that certain individuals suffer side effects from statins. The point is that it is scientifically proven beyond any doubt that the vast majority of patients suffer no ill effects from statins. It is also a proven fact that statins reduce the incidence of heart attacks and prolong life of patients where the use is indicated. Obviously if someone suffers serious side effects they may have good reason to discontinue use and consider alternative treatment. However, using the statin side effects in a small percentage of patients to make the case against the use of statins by the vast majority of patients who tolerate them well is not only potentially harmful but also contradicted by a vast body of scientific evidence. The fact that bashing of mainstream science makes you more money on RUclips doesn’t change the fact that in the vast majority of cases you a better off following the mainstream when it comes to medical advice. While the financial incentives on RUclips may make it look like there is significant opposition among experts in the medical field against statins, the reality looks quite different. They are among the most researched drugs in the world. I challenge you to find a class of drugs that enjoys the same overwhelming acceptance in the medical community around the globe as statins. This includes all countries with government health care where there is no financial incentive for doctors to prescribe these drugs.
High respect for people like you who publishes results even though it's not the result they were aiming for. A lot of researchers don't publish results because their funder won't like it 😉
Always do your own research (DYOR) and think and do what’s best for you incl reading all independently funded (not by drug makers or powerful food industries) research. Humans share ~98.5-99% DNA but w/unique body chemistry due to lifestyle and certain genes that may make us more tolerant or immune to neg effects of certain foods or drinks that for others may feed cancer, CVD etc. We have trillions of bugs and far less cells and our microbiomes are diff. What works for me may not work for others.

I greatly appreciate this video. I got off the statin my doctor had me on. I felt terrible on it and my joints ached. I had also limited eggs, shrimp and other high cholesterol foods. Now I’m back eating those items and focusing on what I eat and how much. I pay attention to where my food comes from and I’ll see how my health and blood work respond. Thank you for your videos!
As a layman, I have no concepts of cholesterols but as I watched your presentation, you explained it so well I know see those reports on cholesterols differently. As you said it, it very much depended on whom providing the financial supports for those studies would have published results that were aligned with their financial goals. So what we read or heard may not be neutral publications as we want to believe in and they may not be fully trusted. Thank you Dr Ekberg for shining a light on this very confusing issue.
I am below 50, on extremely healthy diet, no fired food, whole wheat sourdough bread, whole grain brown rice, virtually sugar free. Total cholesterol 6.7. My blood glucose is 7. My doctor wants me on meds for cholesterol and glucose levels. The only thing i do bad is that i dont exercise. My work involves lots of walking and moving around. How can this be explained?
Very interesting! I train 5 days a week with high intensity weights and resistance training, i average 12-14 eggs every day. I'm on a carnivore diet and honestly, have never felt healthier, stronger, fitter and better built in my entire life. Love the channel!

Hello Dr Ekberg! What a fantastic video! Thank you! I have been eating at least 10 whole eggs for several years. My cholesterol is over 300 as far as I recall and my LDL is over 200. Triglicerides are low and HDL is also OK, however I don't have the numbers. I also lift weights most days and do a fair amount of cardio. I do not eat carbs. As a result, I lost about 40 lbs and I am feeling mostly great. Still learning how to eat correctly. Your videos certainly help a lot!!!! Thank you Sir!!!!
I got stung in the face 3 times years ago by a yellowjacket, and my face swelled very much! I got a steroid shot for the swelling (as I was working in a hospital and my patients were alarmed at my appearance)…..and my body’s response to the steroid was awful. So my message here is to anyone who gets stung and swells…..think twice before getting a steroid shot
@@williamkreth cortisone is a steroid used…..to get the swelling down…..my face was very puffed up…..I think, based on the bad reaction that I had to the injection, that perhaps it should not have been used. But probably the ER peeps who saw my face were pretty alarmed and may have thought I needed some rapid reduction in the swelling. I don’t know if an IM steroid injection is typical, but that is what they elected to do

Ive been eating & drinking 12 - 24 eggs a day for more than a decade straight. Close to 15 years to be exact with a 1 year vegan break in 2011,12. Eggs are as close to a super food as it gets in my world.

And the 2nd was to see if Its possible to thrive & get younger eating vegan with the use of modern day supplementation. For me it wasnt the optimal choice in the end.
What way would you say is the optimal diet? I'm eating beef steak, 9 eggs daily, pork, chicken and lamb. The only veg I have is avocado and rocket salad. I have fresh lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar, raw garlic morning and evening too.

I've eaten 10/12 whole eggs per day for most of my adult life, 5 poached for breakfast and 5 scrambled for lunch. I'm now 54. I never get bored of then. (My own chickens)

One of the "New" markers my doctor is trying to get me spooked about is Alpo B marker being high even though all other markers like CAC is 0, VLDL is 2, Triglycerides are 55, LDL size is 22.3. Would like to hear a video about ALPO B and ALPO A be discussed at some point. Great video as always!!
You explained this really well and it's a complex subject. I was interested in this because I remember hearing that most people who had fatal heart attacks, their cholesterol was in the normal range. So cholesterol in and of itself isn't the most important marker, but the inflammation
I am 84 years old. I was born in 1938, before the war in Italy. The times were bad. As i was growing up, when I was 13 or 14 I was eating roughly 9 a day. I was living on a farm, i was looking around for any eggs i could find. I was able to grow to about 6'1, heathy, strong. I had a healthy complexion. One person told me once that my "face looks like a cherry, red and white." My opinion about eating eggs, is everything in moderation. If you eat 2-3 eggs a day, that would be okay. I am still in great shape, I workout daily, I still work doing odd jobs around both my house and my rental property. I am a healthy weight. I wanted to thank Dr. Ekberg for this experiment. You go out of your way to do this research and share it with us all.

When my cousin went to a high end fat farm the diet consisted of hard boiled eggs and diet Pepsi .....She felt ok And did loose weight. Best thing is to restrict grains and beans limit carbs.. eat low carb veggies with a few berries. Use almond or no coconut flour on place of glutinous flours. Watch labels for small amounts of sugar stuck into some/most prepared food. Watch you tube for directions on the keto diets. They have Iots of info by doctors who really know nutrition as well as many recipes.

I would have liked to see OxLDL and MPO since oxidative stress is crucial. For example, if someone has elevated OxLDL and MPO and has a total cholesterol of 180, that would be far worse than someone who has a normal OxLDL and MPO and has a total cholesterol of 300. Cholesterol is healing and nothing to worry about UNLESS there is oxidative stress and inflammation. Also, look at Free T3 since that is the active hormone. I realize a lot of docs look at just TSH and Free T4, but that in my experience is a big NO NO! Always look at the whole picture and that includes Free T3 and even reverse T3 in some cases as it will show if someone is under stress or if the thyroid is overproducing. If you see the TSH dropping and the Free T3 normal, but the reverse T3 going up, then that is subclinical hyperthyroidism, meaning that YOU are at risk of hyperthyroidism in the future. BTW, I have been in healthcare for some 30 years and have trained in integrative functional medicine for the last decade.
I eat about 45-50 eggs a week and have been doing so for 4 years. I love eggs! I had cancer for 5 years asking appx 10 doctors "whats wrong" before my chiropractor discovered it. I haven't asked an MD anything since. My trigs = 71, LDL =217, TC =327 and I'm good with it. Oh and my coronary artery calcium (CAC) score is 0.
But if your total cholesterol is 300 and your LDL is 211 when you hardly even eat two eggs a day (or their equivalent in meat or whatever), like mine is, then you might suspect some disorder, like familial hypercholesterolemia.

I’d like to see the doctor talk about the correlation between high cholesterol and plaque buildup. According to most doctors, plaque buildup is highly correlated to high cholesterol. Many people have high cholesterol with no plaque buildup, but with people who die from heart attacks , they have plaque buildup AND high cholesterol.
That's because of the high density oxidized LDL they have damaged receptors and can't be taken out of the blood stream by the liver. So they get broken down by white blood cells, which then cause plaques when it gets out of control.

On the subject of cholesterol (without drilling down to exact particle/density types) IMHO people that are in the process of loosing body-fat should expect an "elevated" cholesterol level as fat is being transported from storage-zones to the liver for processing and onward deployment. I am 80 years old and for the last 15 years I normally have eaten from 30 to 60 eggs per week. Since I am allergic to doctors, hospitals and clinics I have no idea what my cholesterol numbers are. Up until 5 years ago I was operating a WoodMizer sawmill out in the weather of Panama until I had an accident and destroyed my knee. But this sedentary lifestyle will probably kill me before I need to worry about my cholesterol.

I'm almost considered weird because I'm the only person at work who isn't medicated or who has some kind of fashionable 'condition' or disease. I'm also the only one with 100% attendance with no sick days in ten years.
My 73 year old mom was put on statin and I told her absolutely don’t take it. I changed her diet. She stopped drinking Pepsi and switched to green tea with honey. I switched her from cereal for breakfast to uncured bacon, eggs, home fries and avocados and her blood work came back perfect. Her doctor told her to keep doing what she’s doing.
My oldest sister resorted to better nutrition, later on? the dr said the same. no more meds!

There was a woman in the town where I grew up who ate 20 eggs a day for a long time. She only cut back to 3 eggs a days when she moved into a senior citizen's home, because her appetite in general went down. She died in Dezember of 2022. Not from high cholesterol, but from old age. She was 105 years old.

I am 70 years old. My cholesterol is now 174. The Doctors had me on Statins until my Cholesterol was 112. And they thought that was great. I was on Statins for over 20+ years. I quit the Statins over 10 years ago. It has taken 10 years to go from 112 to 174 on my cholesterol. I have suffered with many side effects. One of the worst has been Migraine headaches along with memory issues with a few mental challenges as well. My energy levels are pathetic. Enough said, these Statins are a horrible drug being handled out like candy. Buyer beware you may not realize for many years all the damage that has been done to your body. I hope this helps people to make a better choice than I did.

Lowering cholesterol is an easy and cheap way, you don't have to dig deep into your pockets to buy 100 eggs every week. Just do sunnah fasting on Mondays and Thursdays... then your cholesterol levels, sugar levels and blood pressure will be stable.

Hey John. Eating earlier is actually better because of the "normal body shift". Intermittent fasting is a great way of living so you can do it daily. Nutritional yeast is a great source of BVitamins that are removed in most foods due to processing or alterations during the processing. Incorporating it into your routine has tremendous health benefits but let's wait on Dr. Ekberg's opinion on it.

I've been reading evidence on the circadian benefits of eating early, and I recently switched to skipping dinner. It's also way more convenient for my schedule, so I will probably stick to it.
I was curious on int. fasting daily since I watched some videos from Thomas deLauer where he recommends doing it only twice or three times a week, and I don't see how there would be downsides to doing it daily as long as I eat enough calories and nutrients.
And I will definitely add nutritional yeast to my diet!
I eat 4 eggs a day. My problem has always been triglycerides. They're in the 200 to 400 range. I was concerned because my dad had diabetes and heart problems at 89 when he passed. I did a CAC scan which came back zero. Lipoprotein (a) was 14. Homocysteine test showed a 6. HSCRP 1.0. PAD scan and coronary scan zero. DR wanted me on a statins but changed his mind after these tests; which I PAID FOR OUT OF MY POCKET BECAUSE KAISER JUST WANTS TO PUSH DRUGS. Im 59yrs and been lifting weights 4 times a week for the last 20 years. Cutting down on carbs a little and watching my sugar. My insulin was 7.1 and A1c 5.4. Oh and jab free lol. God is good. 11-22-22. Just did my APO B test. Results were 111. The high/max range us 135. From what I've been reading this is considered high. Idk. Im just sticking to my routine and keep doing what in doing.

@@p0tah7 not at all. I've been able to avoid most " normal" injuries thankfully. I certainly don't lift crazy weight anymore but still heavy to be beneficial. I see too many lifting incorrectly and too much. I stay in my lane. Concentrate on volume and not so much the weight. Keeps injuries away. Take supplements ; fish oil, creatine, multi, glutathione, extra vitamin D with K2, and my pre workout drink that has all the ingredients i need.
@@p0tah7 look into training backwards for knee health. dr berg youtube interviewed a guy recently about it. i have knee problems and plan to start this type of training right away. dr eckberg and dr berg are both incredible and seem to be on the same sentence on the same paragraph of the same page.

My father died at age 93 and always had cholesterol around 200-220. My mother died at age 94.9 in 2013 and her doctor always harped on her about her cholesterol at 220-245. She provided my dad and herself a lot of good home cooked meals with a lot of vegetables, and they took supplements my entire life(55 years) that I know about. My doctor hollers about my cholesterol, but my triglycerides are very low, and I have no other risk factors in my blood work. No diabetes or pre-diabetes. No smoking. BP says about 130/85. I continue to ignore the cholesterol game. Most of my family on both sides have lived past 85. I live a happy life and will die like everyone else. I am more focused on eternity than trying to worry about a few years here.

Focused on eternity matters most! Many functional doctors believe high cholesterol is more a concern if is high when younger but for longevity and for cognitive health it needs to be > 200 when older.
Honestly I'd bet "fixing your cholesterol" would reduce your life by a few years. Doctors aren't taught to find the root of the problem, and people may have different thresholds for what is "normal" for them. Maybe your high cholesterol is perfectly normal for your unique physiology. Just eat protein, get your vitamins and minerals in, drink lots of water and exercise! Your body will do the rest to keep you in a perfect homeostasis as long as you give it all what it needs.
The problem ain't the eggs but rather sugars and carbohydrates 💯

Glad that you're allowed to even get your lab results directly. Here in Arizona, Labs refuse to give test results to patients or say anything about them. Arizona allows most patient records to be withheld from patients to avoid lawsuits, I'm sure, but these days, can only get lab results from the ordering doctor, or actually, only his opinion of the results after reviewing them, not the results (mostly all but diagnosis and treatment prescribed, nothing else, especially notes because they never take accurate notes of what patient says and even falsify documents regularly, as well as misdiagnosis and misprescribe constantly. I had to go abroad to get properly diagnosed after suffering for decades as a lab rat being unnecessarily poisoned which gave me liver disease.)

I'm 45 now and been on this diet since 16 years old. I eat scrambled eggs for breakfast and as noon snack in the afternoon and that's 8-10 eggs total per day. No issues with it except money for eating a ton of eggs every single day. Eggs are expensive!
I'm primarily meat-eater but I don't eat anything that contains wheat. Got no issues with my health.
I believe overall good health primarily is influenced and controlled by genetics.
Many take the "healthy" lifestyle path but they die young anyway.
When "what you are" and "what you do" and "what you eat" are in a balance, you get maximum quality of living.
Until recently I would eat 4 eggs/day but I've started doing alternate day fasting so that's down to about a dozen/week. My LDL is high but my dr. is not concerned because after 6 months on keto, my TG dropped & my HDL went up higher than TG, making the TG/HDL ratio less than 1 which is good & the best marker for cardiovascular health. At 70 I weigh 160 lbs, the same as when I was 18.
I got to get my HDL up since my ratio is 2.2. More mackerel, herring, and sardines for me. Still on my weight loss journey but down 127 pounds in 11 months doing Keto, intermittent fasting, and lots of exercise. Have another 70 pounds or so to go.

The pharmaceutical industry has gotten doctors to continually lower cholesterol levels over the years so they can push more of the drugs. The levels for our great and grand parents was much higher and there was less heart disease. Once again we are being manipulated.

I have my own free-range chickens and eat about 10 eggs per day, depending on how many eggs they lay. I'm 67 YO and I've been doing this for most of my life. The last time I went for a total blood workup was about a month ago and I was told everything was perfect.
How do you eat them and what else do you eat as part of your 67 yo diet ? Do you have good genetic inheritance .

Eggs increaes the cancer risk proven by studies! In 2012, the authors looked specifically at choline content and found that men in the highest quintile of choline intake (471 mg/day) had a 70% increased risk of lethal prostate cancer (38). Although choline is found in all animal foods it is more highly concentrated in eggs at 250 mg per egg.
A meta-analysis published in 2015 showed a modestly elevated risk for not only prostate cancer but also breast and ovarian cancers for those with the highest intake of eggs, more than 5 per week, as compared to those with no egg consumption at all

Years ago I read a small booklet written by a German heart surgeon who made exactly this case. The man had performed thousands of heart operations in his life and saw the standard cholesterol treatment as a dangerous lie. He had tried to convince the German health care authorities to listen to reason but in vain. The material he presented was logic and well founded. This is the first time I hear somebody stand up and say the same thing. My mother was perfectly healthy with high cholesterol and became tired and demented with the ‘medication’. I was never able to persuade her to leave the pills, though, because “the doctors know what they’re doing”. Thank you for this video!

I'm 74 and never had my Cholesterol level checked. I figured what ever it is that is what it and I feel fine. I went on a egg diet for 30 days a few years ago to improve my health.. Eggs are a very healthy food.

Eggs alone have no sugar so they have a very low glycemic index unlike fruits, grains, beans and veggies!
The latter as they digest the sugars cause the bowls to have gas as the sugars in the food ferment in the gut.

The Korean study you cited was very interesting! I have also seen results from the study done on Loma Linda Adventists, and it turned out that those who ate one egg a week had a lower level of Alzheimers and dementia than those who had no eggs, yet eating more eggs held no greater advantage than the one egg. I find it interesting to see the similarities and differences in studies, rather than picking a side that I just prefer to believe in. Diet is almost like a religion, or a tribal totem, to many people.
I agree that going from no eggs to 15 eggs a day would upset anyone's system. I have been eating eggs every day for at least 30+ years. When I was heavily working out, I was consuming a dozen eggs every day. Since then, I have slowed down and have consistently been consuming four eggs every morning (fully cooked white and raw yolk) for the past 10+ years. My four-egg breakfast is enough to sustain me for the whole day, and I only eat dinner in the evening.

No, this was not a diet, i just wanted to do so. As long as you only boil the eggs, its no problem. At the moment you fry them or do anything else with them, the problem starts.
I do this arround easter, simply to clean the body from fat and sugar and force my body to switch to more protein food. I do this since decades now, cause our body usually needs a lot of protein. This creates an overload.

Years ago I took a look at what medicine my late father was on, what they were for and what their side effects are. The short version is that I took the decision to stay off medical drugs there and then.
So the long version is that when I found out that my blood pressure was getting ever higher and my blood sugar was heading the diabetes way, I decided to go on the keto diet. It worked really well, I have had my bloodwork done several times and my blood pressure tested and everything is as it should be, plus I lost weight. I am still not taking any medicine at 60 even though I am often on a dirty version of the keto diet. I often have OMAD and do intermittent fasting. I actually feel better now than in my thirties and forties.
Great video, much appreciated information! My doc suggested I start statins with my total cholesterol (241, HDL 65, LDL 166) and my triglycerides of 50, with BP normally 100/60. I was put in a high risk cardiovascular disease category. My docs office doesn’t offer NMR testing. I went with triglycerides/HDL ratio calculation, which shows my numbers in a low risk range. I refused the meds and started to dig and learn about cholesterol. This is one of the best videos I found so far. Thank you! Will certainly share.

Lowering cholesterol is an easy and cheap way, you don't have to dig deep into your pockets to buy 100 eggs every week. Just do sunnah fasting on Mondays and Thursdays... then your cholesterol levels, sugar levels and blood pressure will be stable.

Although I've gone keto about 7months ago and balanced my sugar levels and health, getting rid of my type 2 diabetes and medication, my cholesterol was being a little stubborn at my last blood test 3 months ago (a little higher than usual by my Dr's liking). I personally only trimmed up a little on the saturated fats wherever I could and my Dr rang me praising the adjustments made even though eating 35 eggs and having had my current blood test at the end of that week, making eggs the cause of increased cholesterol a myth of the past in my circumstances. I spent 18 years eating 12 eggs a day when I was bodybuilding, and I have never ever had issues with cholesterol. I believe that this has to do with the individual and their genes as well.

@VisionaryMedia24 I did it to get protein in. If I remember correctly, 100% of egg protein can be absorbed. The absorption rate and quality of protein are different based on the type of food. All of this is also dependent on your body, everyone is different. It worked great for me, but I was also eating chicken every day and red meat one a week too. You have to find what works best for you. Don't forget your complex carbs too. I would eat 40 to 50 grams of brown rice and a lot of broccoli.

Whole eggs?
My total cholesterol hit 244 with LDL of 190 and HDL of 54. My doctor scared me and made me feel bad and said that I needed to immediately go in a statin drug. So I did not listen, and I don't want to be on it. I've just been eating healthier and have lost weight going from 232 to 218 at the present. I feel much more confident now after watching this video and trying to get to healthy level cholesterol without the drugs. I will check again soon to see where I'm at. But I'm not scared and I feel really healthy.

I ate anywhere from 3 to 5 eggs almost every day when I was a child. My mom made eggs everyday for dinner because it was cheap and nutritious and I really like eggs. I was very healthy and athletic growing up. Never had a problem with cholesterol.

I've gone to the second doctor who tried again to put me on a statin since my total cholesterol is 294. Doesn't seem to matter that all other numbers from the blood test are exceptional, or I've lost 85 lbs through carnivore, sometimes ketovore, in the past year. Great to see another person debunking this nonsense :) I've been eating eggs for 45 years now, pasture raised around 15 per week with more in recent decades and (that's me and my wife in the profile pic) you can see if I look my age or not. Blood work always comes back excellent and my body composition always stays healthy, even on weeks I didn't hit the gym. Im moderate carb and most calories come from high quality sea foods, grassfed land animals, eggs, raw cheese, veges, sweet potato etc.

Cholesterol is the building block to repair damage (mostly due to inflammation) in our body. Imagine if we have high cholesterol because our body is actually doing its work in repairing the damage, but we took statin to lower the cholesterol. @@neogenesus Hi. I'm type 1 diabetic and eat low carb, high fat and protein food. Regular blood work comes up good. It's never a fasted test so I imagine food eaten can influence cholesterol results. I regularly do intense weight training > inflammation. Despite fine results I was prescribed statins "because anyone that has been diabetic for more than 10 years should be on them" the nurse read off the computer screen. I threw them in the bin. I was also never given any information or advice about how to lower cholesterol by any other means (diet, lifestyle, etc). NHS rubbish.

Thanks so much for this video Dr. As a result of reading, studying and questioning everything thanks pushed on us (including the medical system) and being labelled a conspiracy theorist, it’s so refreshing to hear your words. After approximately 10 years of taking statin drugs, I convinced my father to stop taking them about 4 years ago by explaining to him that statins effect the brain and mind as it eats away cholesterol which the body needs as each cell has a protective coating (membrane) which is cholesterol. Statins eat away cholesterol which result in damaging cells. Also that the brain actually needs cholesterol to keep it healthy otherwise there’s a risk of dementia/Alzheimers. He’s 83 years old and has eaten very healthy for most of his life. His typical breakfast is 3-4 eggs (usually boiled) one cucumber and one tomatoes, fresh parsley, fresh mint, fresh dill, cheese and olives. He has dinner between 3-4pm and only has fruit after that. Nothing else until the next morning. He has eaten this way most of his life. He has been fasting since the age of 12 - one month every year, no food or water from sun up to sun down. He grows his own vegetables, fruit and herbs. He eats one handful of raw almonds, one handful of raw peanuts and one handful of walnuts each day. He makes tea with what he grows and does stretching exercises each morning. He does not smoke or drink alcohol and a has a small square of 70% coca chocolate as a “sweet’ treat. He looks around 65, fit, healthy, independent and has a sharp mind.

The point is that it is scientifically proven beyond any doubt that the vast majority of patients suffer no ill effects from statins. It is also a proven fact that statins reduce the incidence of heart attacks and prolong life of patients where the use is indicated. Obviously if someone suffers serious side effects they may have good reason to discontinue use and consider alternative treatment. However, using the statin side effects in a small percentage of patients to make the case against the use of statins by the vast majority of patients who tolerate them well is not only potentially harmful but also contradicted by a vast body of scientific evidence. The fact that bashing of mainstream science makes you more money on RUclips doesn’t change the fact that in the vast majority of cases you a better off following the mainstream when it comes to medical advice. While the financial incentives on RUclips may make it look like there is significant opposition among experts in the medical field against statins, the reality looks quite different. They are among the most researched drugs in the world. I challenge you to find a class of drugs that enjoys the same overwhelming acceptance in the medical community around the globe as statins. This includes all countries with government health care where there is no financial incentive for doctors to prescribe these drugs.

Always do your own research (DYOR) and think and do what’s best for you incl reading all independently funded (not by drug makers or powerful food industries) research. Humans share ~98.5-99% DNA but w/unique body chemistry due to lifestyle and certain genes that may make us more tolerant or immune to neg effects of certain foods or drinks that for others may feed cancer, CVD etc. We have trillions of bugs and far less cells and our microbiomes are diff. What works for me may not work for others.

As a layman, I have no concepts of cholesterols but as I watched your presentation, you explained it so well I know see those reports on cholesterols differently. As you said it, it very much depended on whom providing the financial supports for those studies would have published results that were aligned with their financial goals. So what we read or heard may not be neutral publications as we want to believe in and they may not be fully trusted. Thank you Dr Ekberg for shining a light on this very confusing issue.
I am below 50, on extremely healthy diet, no fired food, whole wheat sourdough bread, whole grain brown rice, virtually sugar free. Total cholesterol 6.7. My blood glucose is 7. My doctor wants me on meds for cholesterol and glucose levels. The only thing i do bad is that i dont exercise. My work involves lots of walking and moving around. How can this be explained?

Hello Dr Ekberg! What a fantastic video! Thank you! I have been eating at least 10 whole eggs for several years. My cholesterol is over 300 as far as I recall and my LDL is over 200. Triglicerides are low and HDL is also OK, however I don't have the numbers. I also lift weights most days and do a fair amount of cardio. I do not eat carbs. As a result, I lost about 40 lbs and I am feeling mostly great. Still learning how to eat correctly. Your videos certainly help a lot!!!! Thank you Sir!!!!

I got stung in the face 3 times years ago by a yellowjacket, and my face swelled very much! I got a steroid shot for the swelling (as I was working in a hospital and my patients were alarmed at my appearance)…..and my body’s response to the steroid was awful. So my message here is to anyone who gets stung and swells…..think twice before getting a steroid shot
For some like myself and a friend it may be life saving. Always do your own research and think and do what’s best for yourself.

@@williamkreth cortisone is a steroid used…..to get the swelling down…..my face was very puffed up…..I think, based on the bad reaction that I had to the injection, that perhaps it should not have been used. But probably the ER peeps who saw my face were pretty alarmed and may have thought I needed some rapid reduction in the swelling. I don’t know if an IM steroid injection is typical, but that is what they elected to do
You are supposed to chew gum after a steroid shot to the face.

Ive been eating & drinking 12 - 24 eggs a day for more than a decade straight. Close to 15 years to be exact with a 1 year vegan break in 2011,12. Eggs are as close to a super food as it gets in my world.
Are you eating the entire egg, or only the whites ? I'd like to see if the experiment changes with egg whites. :)

@@jamierose4088 No I wanted to do it for the animals & just needed to see if 1 its the actual way we were meant to be eating for survival. Its not. Neither is carnivore. And the 2nd was to see if Its possible to thrive & get younger eating vegan with the use of modern day supplementation. For me it wasnt the optimal choice in the end.
What way would you say is the optimal diet? I'm eating beef steak, 9 eggs daily, pork, chicken and lamb. The only veg I have is avocado and rocket salad. I have fresh lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar, raw garlic morning and evening too.

I've eaten 10/12 whole eggs per day for most of my adult life, 5 poached for breakfast and 5 scrambled for lunch. I'm now 54. I never get bored of then. (My own chickens)

I always like your video's that dig into cholesterol. One of the "New" markers my doctor is trying to get me spooked about is Alpo B marker being high even though all other markers like CAC is 0, VLDL is 2, Triglycerides are 55, LDL size is 22.3. Would like to hear a video about ALPO B and ALPO A be discussed at some point. Great video as always!!

You explained this really well and it's a complex subject. I was interested in this because I remember hearing that most people who had fatal heart attacks, their cholesterol was in the normal range. So cholesterol in and of itself isn't the most important marker, but the inflammation
Triglycerides are a giant indicator as well.
some say that sugar that sticks to cholesterol in the veins is the problem..
Statins were the biggest money maker until the quackzines came along.

I am 84 years old. I was born in 1938, before the war in Italy. The times were bad. As i was growing up, when I was 13 or 14 I was eating roughly 9 a day. I was living on a farm, i was looking around for any eggs i could find. I was able to grow to about 6'1, heathy, strong. I had a healthy complexion. One person told me once that my "face looks like a cherry, red and white." My opinion about eating eggs, is everything in moderation. If you eat 2-3 eggs a day, that would be okay. I am still in great shape, I workout daily, I still work doing odd jobs around both my house and my rental property. I am a healthy weight.
I wanted to thank Dr. Ekberg for this experiment. You go out of your way to do this research and share it with us all.

When my cousin went to a high end fat farm the diet consisted of hard boiled eggs and diet Pepsi .....She felt ok And did loose weight. Best thing is to restrict grains and beans limit carbs.. eat low carb veggies with a few berries. Use almond or no coconut flour on place of glutinous flours. Watch labels for small amounts of sugar stuck into some/most prepared food. Watch you tube for directions on the keto diets. They have Iots of info by doctors who really know nutrition as well as many recipes.

I get gas from eating eggs.
I would have liked to see OxLDL and MPO since oxidative stress is crucial. For example, if someone has elevated OxLDL and MPO and has a total cholesterol of 180, that would be far worse than someone who has a normal OxLDL and MPO and has a total cholesterol of 300. Cholesterol is healing and nothing to worry about UNLESS there is oxidative stress and inflammation. Also, look at Free T3 since that is the active hormone. I realize a lot of docs look at just TSH and Free T4, but that in my experience is a big NO NO! Always look at the whole picture and that includes Free T3 and even reverse T3 in some cases as it will show if someone is under stress or if the thyroid is overproducing. If you see the TSH dropping and the Free T3 normal, but the reverse T3 going up, then that is subclinical hyperthyroidism, meaning that YOU are at risk of hyperthyroidism in the future. BTW, I have been in healthcare for some 30 years and have trained in integrative functional medicine for the last decade.

I eat about 45-50 eggs a week and have been doing so for 4 years. I love eggs! I had cancer for 5 years asking appx 10 doctors "whats wrong" before my chiropractor discovered it. I haven't asked an MD anything since. My trigs = 71, LDL =217, TC =327 and I'm good with it. Oh and my coronary artery calcium (CAC) score is 0.
My brother who had cancer nasal cancer ate 6 eggs a day for 4 years . He died in July this year after the doctors gave up on him . I'm so sorry

But if your total cholesterol is 300 and your LDL is 211 when you hardly even eat two eggs a day (or their equivalent in meat or whatever), like mine is, then you might suspect some disorder, like familial hypercholesterolemia.

I’d like to see the doctor talk about the correlation between high cholesterol and plaque buildup. According to most doctors, plaque buildup is highly correlated to high cholesterol. Many people have high cholesterol with no plaque buildup, but with people who die from heart attacks , they have plaque buildup AND high cholesterol.
That's because of the high density oxidized LDL they have damaged receptors and can't be taken out of the blood stream by the liver. So they get broken down by white blood cells, which then cause plaques when it gets out of control.
And high sugar
High Homocysteine levels are associated with plaque deposits in arterys.
Absolutely high cholesterol and fat gets into the bloodstream and oxidizes building up on arterial walls. Fitness helps to give it a flush.

Thank you Dr. Sten for trying 100 eggs within 7 days, made your best effort to educate ppl. Would you please tell me where to find a doctor who will check the insulin for patients? I asked three doctors, they all refused to check my insulin. My AIc is 5.9.
At 10:25 the 8 x is wrong. Increases are 30% and 130% that is about 4 times higher increase. Interesting video btw.
On the subject of cholesterol (without drilling down to exact particle/density types) IMHO people that are in the process of loosing body-fat should expect an "elevated" cholesterol level as fat is being transported from storage-zones to the liver for processing and onward deployment. People seem to obsess on numbers without thinking about what those numbers mean in the real world. Hope you have a brilliant weekend Dr Ekberg & Co.
