I used to take cipla actin. Everything was all good as l was gaining weight. At that time l used to wear size 28 and l upgraded to size 34. It was the best thing ever although l was now insecure about my stomach a little bit.
I decided to stop as l was happy with the current weight. I would take the cipla here and there whenever I noticed that I wasn't eating. This other time I took them after a month and it stopped working. I was now struggling to breathe mostly if it's windy. My appetite was totally gone. I was now wearing a mask when l was going outside.
I then decided to stop completely and I lost my weight. Honestly, it was sad because people around me would continually remind me how I am getting thinner. I'm currently wearing size 30 and I have come to accept how I look instead of damaging my body. I'm trying to gain weight naturally by eating oats, full breakfast, lunch and supper (although it's not easy or quick fix).
I'm currently just taking Vitamin b complex.
My advice please put your healthy first... it took almost 3months for me to feel normal because I felt sick when l stopped. I enjoyed the weight for almost 3 full years after that the weight was gone when l stopped taking them
I’m sorry that this was your experience, and again peoples bodies react differently and also these pills are not made specifically for weight gain.
You can also try going to gym to gain more weight and following the proper diet for gaining. Thank you so much for sharing, and I’m wishing you the best with your weight gain journey, just be patient with yourself and don’t be too hard on yourself💕

I wanted to share my experience and to bring awareness of my journey. I wanted to gain weight despite the fact that those pills are not for weight gain. It was just painful getting sick and struggling to breathe when l stopped using them.

I stop it because it affects my eyes, my mind and it has lots of after effects
I've been taking them as well.. I moved from 50 kg to 67 kg I'm now a size 32.. I also gained some belly fat but decided to buy a waist trainer, eat in small portions and exercise...ohh and I gained a lot on the buttocks which I'm happy with

Started using Cipla last year gained weight nicely as soon as I stopped lost all the weight as we speak m back to being skinny ddnt wanna take anything forever adaws u look nice
I guess people’s bodies are different. Other people say they take the ensure gold supplement and Vitamin B pills along with the Cipla actin pills, maybe you could try that but do your research first.

Too much bra and it can affect your eyes and when you stop taking them you loose by a day it can affect your heart always bitting faster so bad but to gain you can only by a week
I've taken them before. I stopped taking them because i wasn't really gaining a lot of weight in the right places...legit gained more weight on my upper body - stomach, face, arms etc. That's just me though but I would suggest that everyone should invest in a waist trainer or just work out just to shape your body while you still taking. You don't wanna be stuck with stubborn fat in your stomach like me especially if you are not used it. However besides all of these cons, I am happy that I moved from size 28
