So it's funnier still that Alcohol is so demonized by the left, and yet drugs that can be quit cold turkey have endless free handouts. Drugs that are much more dangerous to take regularly. Such as meth, which can be quit cold turkey with mild to moderate side effects. The worst being temporary psychosis which is rare and extremely unlikely. And while Heroine and other opiate addictions can be dangerous if not weaned off, rarely causing seizures, simply handing out Methadone on a street corner to virtually anyone is not a solution either. They opened 2 of these clinics beside the high school I went to, and the junkies would literally get their allotment and then come sell it to the Highschool kids, or other people. So they could just go purchase the better stuff street side. Addiction is a physical thing yes, but it's also a choice. I have lived in Canada my entire life, and it’s just so sad what happens to our communities daily now. People here used to be so kind and open-hearted, and now people are scared to leave their homes; they don't go out anymore. Here in downtown London, on Friday and Saturday nights, all the restaurants and clubs are empty because people are so scared of the homeless and drug camps. People don’t go out and simply enjoy their weekends anymore. So, I will be voting for Pierre, and I hope things can return to the way they were before Trudeau. and if Pierre happens to read this comment you are a hero. I live in a small but fast growing rural town in Ontario, we've had shootings which is unheard of in an area like this and sometimes it feels like the sirens never stop. Last night we had a homeless man break into our apartment building. One time we had a guy who was clearly mentally unstable climbing the trees outside our bedroom window at 3 in the morning, the cops didn't even make him leave. They literally asked him nicely to leave and went on their way.
You can spend 16 days in one spot ANYWHERE on crown land. No permission, no cost, no problem. As long as you're being respectful, there nothing anyone can say. The 16 day limit is so there's not an obvious change to the spot left by a tent or tree damage. Move 500 feet away and camp for another 16. It's 100% legal. Look it up.
Ontario Parks are being taken care of with the fee you pay to access it. Showers, trash, employees and so much more go into those parks that cost money. We're fortunate enough to have so much crown land you can always just go there, there's even a site made by the province to help you find crown land easier.
Don't forget that according to Trudeau he "works harder than most Canadians" He says as he's on his 200th or so vacation (slight overstatement) while the majority of us have to cancel plans or try to find a way to work around the insane prices of everything thanks to his corrupt leadership.

Yup. It's like this in Hamilton too. City Council and the Mayor have allowed ALL parks to become homeless encampments. Children have to play in playgrounds with needles. Once nice neighbourhoods have been affected by increased crime and blight. The police have been instructed not to bother coming to calls unless an immediate and violent episode is happening. All the tax paying citizens are left to fend for ourselves.

I have lived in Canada my entire life, and it’s just so sad what happens to our communities daily now. People here used to be so kind and open-hearted, and now people are scared to leave their homes; they don't go out anymore. Here in downtown London, on Friday and Saturday nights, all the restaurants and clubs are empty because people are so scared of the homeless and drug camps. People don’t go out and simply enjoy their weekends anymore. So, I will be voting for Pierre, and I hope things can return to the way they were before Trudeau. and if Pierre happens to read this comment you are a hero. Not the hero we deserved, but the hero we needed.

I live in a small but fast growing rural town in Ontario, we've had shootings which is unheard of in an area like this and sometimes it feels like the sirens never stop. Last night we had a homeless man break into our apartment building. One time we had a guy who was clearly mentally unstable climbing the trees outside our bedroom window at 3 in the morning, the cops didn't even make him leave. They literally asked him nicely to leave and went on their way.

You can spend 16 days in one spot ANYWHERE on crown land. No permission, no cost, no problem. As long as you're being respectful, there nothing anyone can say. The 16 day limit is so there's not an obvious change to the spot left by a tent or tree damage. Move 500 feet away and camp for another 16. It's 100% legal. Look it up.
Sure you can, millions of acres, just don't go to the groomed areas which have showers, shops, rentals etc, those are designated maintained parks
Ontario Parks are being taken care of with the fee you pay to access it. Showers, trash, employees and so much more go into those parks that cost money. We're fortunate enough to have so much crown land you can always just go there, there's even a site made by the province to help you find crown land easier.

Once nice neighbourhoods have been affected by increased crime and blight. The police have been instructed not to bother coming to calls unless an immediate and violent episode is happening. All the tax paying citizens are left to fend for ourselves.
