Thank you very much for the great explanation. I love doing breathwork and wondered if it is ok to do it in my own mhbot chamber (1.2-1.5ATA). Would also be great if you could make a video about the benefits for thyroid function by using hbot / mhbot.
So EWOT vs HBOT - both use a mask to breathe in high percentage of oxygen, so what difference does it make whether you are in a tube under pressure in HBOT? Earlier HBOT didn't use a mask, so it made sense you were breathing high percentage oxygen from the air in the chamber under pressure, so your lungs/tissue absorbed more oxygen. But from what I understand, because of explosions/safety reasons, they now use a mask, so where does the pressure make a difference?
@@azbat3829 actually the entire difference is because of the pressure in a chamber. Oxygen absorption directly follows pressure gradients. It is far more about the pressure of the chamber than the %of oxygen someone is breathing. We have a ton of videos on this topic
@@HBOTUSA I understand the pressure, but you're breathing the oxygen through the mask, so your lungs aren't under the same pressure as the old HBOT when the entire tank was filled with oxygen and you weren't wearing a mask.
I’ve often wondered about this…. Thank you for the clear explanation ❤️
Excelente!!!! ,saludos desde Argentina

Would breathing devices help with this?

@@azbat3829 They are still under pressure and if your lungs are getting pure or near pure oxygen, then it's the same. No difference.
