I find it hard to believe that a country that still hasn't mastered a hypersonic missile is about to present a hypersonic military aircraft. By the way, carbon composites can't be used as a hypersonic plane skin as you suggested, you need titanium, I won't hold my breath for this masterpiece.
Lockheed developed the ceramic coating that was used on the space shuttle, and it re entered the earths atmosphere at Mach 27. And that was a technology developed from the late 70's. Imagine what they've came up with since then!
The SR-72 looks like my papar airplanes we flew as kifds. Sometimes one would catch an updraft, and vanish! I just made one, 60 years later and launched it from my roof deck. Flew straight and vanished! Great fun...
The unveiling of the SR-72 DARKSTAR is a groundbreaking moment for aviation technology. Its speed, stealth, and advanced capabilities truly push the boundaries of what’s possible, making it a game-changer in modern aerial combat. Truly impressive innovation!
Well, even though the mortality rate for most cancers have remained unchanged since the 1960’s, and lung cancer is now killing more people than since they’ve been keeping records, but to help make up for it, this should bring tears of pride for mankind’s brilliance. And now being able to exterminate himself with amazing speed quicker than ever, in what had always been a fanciful dream, due to the dedication that cost would never be a hindrance and in spite of over a trillion dollars. The only surprise is naming it Skunk Works, that narrowly beat out the 2nd name preference, called, Fecal Works.

@@thomasblankinship98 Incorrect. There were 4 types of SR: A-12 single-seat reconnaissance aircraft operated by the CIA. YF-12A interceptor capable of launching air-to-air missiles. A whole fleet of the F117 Nighthawks was kept at a secret airbase in the desert at Tonopah for years before they become public knowledge. The same base is still in use today and is even more secure and "dark" than ever. It is more secure than Area 51 in many ways. If this plane exists and is in use this is where it would be based.
I was in the Air Force very top secret and the person that said if they finally announce it it’s been around for a long time is 1000% correct the only reason they announce it is cause they got caught 💯😝
Yeah...except in reality the first YF-12 flight was August 1963, and the SR-71 was publicly confirmed by President Johnson in a February 1964 press conference.

Another thought is how will a pilot survive? I mean what type of pressurization . The speed alone will cause pressures on a human body. There would have to be a way to negate gravity on the body. Maybe potting the pilot in a gravity bubble?
The unveiling of something top secret (by the holder of the secret) is such a ridiculous contradiction in terminis that it withheld me from watching the video.
You didn't even cover the ICH-NV3 invisibility cloaking hypershield, or the HSR hypersonic reversers that scrambles the pilot's molecular structure as it reverses from hypersonic 'D' to hypersonic 'R'; a very cool thing to watch. But yeah, this video is so totally realistic and factual it just blows my mind. Excellent, fact-filled video.
Lockheed has moved the Skunk works out if California. The state wanted to know exactly what they were building and what materials they were using. They said F U California and has since moved out.
They may have figuring out the gravity bubble that wraps around the aircraft. It was patent by the USAF/USN years ago. If it does work, there is no G-Force to deal with.
You guys are full of s**t. First you say the Blackbird was retired in 1989 and the 1998? Which is it? You also show several different models of the SR72.
THE F15 GOES AT TOP SPEED AT 57 MILES A MINUTE , WHICH IS 3460 MILES PER HOUR , FROM LOS ANGELES TO NEW YORK IN 55 MINUTES . SR71 MOVED AT 95 MILES A MINUTE , 5700 MILES PER HOUR .
when a technology is announced publicly, it's been in use for years, perhaps decades.
cant they just use satilites instead? what is the point of spending trillions on this?
right lol i was just talking about this today. this beast has probably been out since the early 00s
Sr71 was a secret even after decades in service. It's successor will definitely follow the suit
I went on RUclips one time, and I saw the dark Star, and then it LOOKED at me 😮

In July, the US placed a 'hold' on awarding the NGAD contract in 2024, likely due to budgeting reasons.

Lasers seem to be NATO’s solution to defend against hypersonic missiles. If claims are believed, lasers would completely nullify the hypersonic threat
They can't even catch a weather balloon spying on our military sites ! 😅😅😅

So no big deal then.
The US military knows the risks involved in serving.
Shown with and without forward horizontal stabilizers. Which is it? Also None, one and 2 rear stabilizers?
It really can't out maneuver any aircraft, this is why the AF didn't procure the YF-12. I would like to see how they plan on managing the heat.
YF 12 morphed into the SR 71.

It looks as though there are two aircraft proposed. One with tail vanes . The other a rudderless aircraft. Both look interesting.
Generally speaking, it's either Speed or Maneuverability, but maybe not so much in an unmanned craft.

I'd say they have another aircraft that is better.

Many reports an public essays say Lockheed’s stealthy, mysterious sleek-looking SR-72 is both real and acknowledged by the Air Force.
One detriment - its heat signature.
Saw blackbird at space camp Huntsville Alabama
it cant outrun a lazer!!
If only Congress is this easy to convince about additional funding.
Bovine Scatology video!!
Yup you have the scoop on the NEW technology-
Yes! Thanks
Does it have vertical stabilizers or not. It's shown with and without!
I wonder why? Think about it.
THE SON OF SR-71

What? No mention of the X-15?
the x15 has no range and only a few minits of flight time It was interesting for the time but only a winged rocket test vehicle.
Why ? Satellite surveillance is performing what the original Blackbird was built to perform.
Maybe it kills satellites.
