I really enjoyed looking at your cross stitching and your work is beautiful. I love samplers and watch a lot of channels related to reproduction and newly designed samplers so it was refreshing to see something different for a change. I also love owls and would like at some point to stitch 101 owls from Owl Forrest Embroidery. As you might expect I watch Whilst Iris Naps, My Momma Loves You GB and Nicola Parkman. I also watch lots of channels from the USA, The Contented Needleworker, Saltbox Stitcher plus many others 🥴! Thanks for sharing a great video. You are a natural in front of the camera, I can’t believe it’s your first video.

Loved your first flosstube and I love your stitching, my favourite floss tubers are Simply in stitches and Stitchysally, there are a few more too but I’d be here forever lol. Stitchysally invited me to join her in stitching Dreaming girl by Barbara Ana, so that’s what we are stitching on Wednesday evenings, I’ve had a few problems with this chart though with one thing and another so Sally is way ahead of me, in fact she’ll soon be finished and on her next Barbara Ana with flosssysewsandgrows, another flosstuber I’ve just recently started watching. Yay! Nice to meet another aida stitcher, I do feel like we’re a dying breed sometimes 😂 I have been enjoying evenweave more lately but it’s taken some practice and I can’t imagine going larger than 28 ct at this point. Thanks so much for watching 😍

Hi Laura, really enjoyed your first flosstube- you are an absolute natural!! We have a similar aesthetic - although i still haven’t got around to doing patterns from some of the designers like satsuma street etc. love the carolyn manning - i. Had a hard time deciding which of her designs to go for. I am sure we watch a lot of the same flosstubers as we have yas in common. I really enjoyed alba stitcher and sew me sarah. As well as yas and Charley feathers, cross stitch bunny. I could go on!!! We be on the look out for you next episode - i hope you do a full wip parade!!! Libby x

Oh yes that’s one of my favourite finishes. The patterns are by Jenny at Home Stitchness - on Instagram @homestitchness - I got the patterns from World of Cross Stitching magazine but I think she sells her charts on Etsy.
What a wonderful first episode! I look forward to your next one -- and the ones after that. I love your projects. I have several Satsuma Street patterns (I've done Verano, have Primavera and Joy to do, and have done lots of her Christmas smalls). I am about to start Dreaming Frida -- my first BarbaraAna -- and am really looking forward to it. Those Pigeon Coop designs are fabulous! I gifted my friend the Canadian Provinces bundle he designed. She's about 1/3 of the way through and it is just amazing. And RoxyFlossCo & Evertote - can we say enough good things! Have you seen A Study In Nature by The Artsy Housewife that was kitted up by them using the candy apple fabric -- absolutely stunning. I'd suggest you NOT go look at it because you'll likely buy it!! Again, great episode. Looking forward to #2.

Aww thank you so much 😊 I love that you and your daughter watched together and share your cross stitching hobby! Oh yes I’m one of those folks who’s embarrassingly open about their mental health history but I think it helps. And stitching is definitely so soothing for the mind 🤍
If you are looking for UK stitchers, I recommend Teresa Little Stitcher and Elliewelliestitcher. In the US, I love halfstitch cross stitch and Just Keep Stitchin' but really it's so hard to pick since there are so many to choose. If you ever have sea turtles in your shop, let me know! I love the dreamcatcher needle minder! I've never seen one with charms on it like that, so unique. Love the designs you've chosen, keep up the great work.

It is always fun to see others taste. Our styles don’t align, but your things are amazingly beautiful! Three of my favorite floss tubes is Fat Quarter Shop flosstube (they are a large store that is orders only); my second would be The Real Housewives of Cross Stitch; and thirdly would be the pink stitchers! I like lots others, but I don’t ever want to miss these! Enjoying your wips and hopefully you will have some completions! Your first floss tube was great!

I love your taste in patterns!! We are very similar. I have also kind of been glancing at some samplers but I've never done one before. There have been a few that I thought were beautiful before but I'm not sure. Haha.

Your channel popped up in my feed and I had to watch seeing that Barbara Ana…she’s one of my favorite designers. I’ve stitched most of her animals in dresses and some of her mermaids. Haven’t stitched any of the Dreaming Girls but I have my eye on a couple. I also love Pigeon Coop…have you seen that Max has a book of new designs coming out this summer? Enjoyed watching and interested to see what you stitch next. It’s hard to choose a favorite FlossTuber! Nicole’s Needlework was one, but she hasn’t put out anything new in quite awhile. Helen D, New Hampshire Stitcher, Andrea’s Cautionary Tales, and Misty Purcell are always fun to watch and I usually watch Nicola Parkman (Hands Across the Sea Samplers) as soon as she uploads…there are lots of others that I like to watch!
