I take you through my trading account updates, trading with the prop firm the 5%ers in Metatrader 5, looking at my P&L.
I also take you step by step through a recap of a live trade that I took, day trading GBPUSD. Here, I break down my scalping strategy step by step as well as reflections on how the trade could be improved.

Inspiring videos Emily...
You did the right thing sitting out from placing another trade.
You identified how psychology was affecting your thoughts about your plan, best to not trade when that happens.
Imagine you did place a trade and the market reversed and tapped your SL. Then your psychology would be really messed up, then you may revenge trade!
yup did that also but i always think,there are other chances to take and win or loose,so its not easy to stop :o :)

I always put a market order and when it goes in profit i move the SL to breakeven,so i let it play out as high as possible,is that wrong of me or is it better to always set a TP?
This is what I do as well.
It just depends. You need to figure it out in the moment whether you think there’s a chance of it retracing more. Some FX pairs are more volatile/whats going on in the market etc. be weary of volatility , and liquidity traps. Don’t be too afraid to lose, or you won’t make anything if you keep getting stopped at break even. It’s very rare for a move to happen cleanly. 50% of the time it will touch that entry price again
