    Love you Millsy, you're a great leader, we had an amazing year and I was so lucky to see us win so many times this year. 2nd aint bad, lets learn and come back stronger next year! As a Cats fan I can only say how much I admired the class the Swans showed after the game. Yes, the day didn't go as you would have liked, but I'd like to think that many people thought well of you for the way you carried yourselves after the game. I certainly did.

    The good thing about our swannies is the age demographic. The majority of our squad is still in their early to mid 20s so our premiership window will be wide open for many years to come. We need to ensure we recruit smartly and improve our squad. Heads up boys wasn't to be today.

  • @mikaham681
    @mikaham681 Год назад +2

    Sydney appear to be a much smaller team, but the smalls did not provide the pressure and drive that they normally do. Absolutely nothing out of the center. Buddy & Sam Reid provided nothing up forward, and the big Cats, Hawkins, Cameron, and Blitcavs, we too good up forward, for Sydneys undersized backs. As well, I think the ball just bounced the wrong way so many times, nothing was going right for Sydney in the first half. Overall, the Cats started on roll, couldn't miss the goals, dominated center bounce, and out muscled, and out pressured the Swans. Congrats to Geelong, maybe next year Swans. ps. not looking forward to the next 5 months without AFL games.

    Last time you won a grand final it was against buddy. You blew out your salary cap to recruit him on a nine year million dollar contract. and all it’s got you is three losing grand finals. It’s amazing how you get brought back to the park when you don’t get that extra cola allowance !!! Every Geelong supporter knew what would happen if you played Reid. We all talked about it before hand because the same thing happened with his brother and Collingwood in 2011. So your so-called master coach couldn’t see coming what every armchair expert in Geelong called. The only thing bigger than Geelong‘s win, is Sydney’s capitulation. It was Geelong against Chad Warner.
    And the bloods did nothing but bleed!! It’s almost as embarrassing as losing a grand final to a team that came seventh.. oh wait you did that too. Geelong are so superior to Sydney that you need a Geelong skeleton to run your club.
    Tom Harley Charlie Gardner Jeremy Laidler. Funnily enough they are probably the only three people that earned their wages that day. Sydney and the bloods culture is the most overrated thing in football
