From what I’m gathering from the comments, the thumbnails are:

I'm less convinced than ever that Cub is the ore snatcher.
1. He pointed out on stream that after coming clean as The Jangler, he just could never hope to pull something like this off. And I kind of believe him-where's the entertainment value in repeating yourself like that?
2. The goat head is just *too on the nose,* since Cub has a goat farm.
My leading theories:
1. It's False, who has the chaos energy as well as the redstone competence to pull it off, and who doesn't fear the
2. It's Doc doing a split personality thing
3. It's _all the Hermits_ collectively pranking him

I also suspect multiple Hermits. Still thinking Cub may be one of them, but my guess at the moment is that one person started it and then several others independently decided they would join in. None of the Ore Snatchers know who any of the others are (hence why no one has so much as hinted that they know who's snatching ore) but at least one of them might be trying to frame Cub with that goat head if he didn't put it there himself.
Grian tho was realllly sus when looking at scars stream. Flying over the shop and logging off on top of it?
I think it’s mumbo and grian. While mumbo can turn off the system, I don’t think he would try to do such physiological warfare alone. Grian would be the guy to think of this and pull mumbo into it.
@@abandoned.connector Scar is smart in his own way but to be honest I am not sure it is scar, he isn't really that great at redstone and we saw what happened last season when he touched redstone of doc's. I think it has to be multiple people and have someone who knows redstone at least enough not to break the entire thing much less trip an alarm system

if you consider Doc not only showed up armed in court,
but also murdererd his attorney in front of the judge.

I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the two weeks he had made himself a machine that sends shulker projectiles at mach 2 through unloaded chunks to levitate around the server and technically not break the "you can't touch the ground" rules.

Doc getting sentenced to sky block for 2 weeks is super funny.
Tango is now the only person farming wart blocks, including both of the people that actually share the permit for selling wart blocks.
Keep looking past Jevin as the ore snatcher, he's got you right where he wants you, not even noticing the head shop springing up right next to Doc's. Surely he wouldn't have a goat head on hand for the alarm. And someone who covered the Death Star in concrete obviously doesn't have the patience for this kind of job.
Two problems with this theory.
1. Motive? Doc was on Jevin's side over some sort of dispute
2. The head shop actually means that _everyone_ on the server has easy access to goat heads. It's far more likely that the goat head is an attempt to frame Jev (or Cub), the same way Scar was being framed with the typo and the ore blocks in the shulker.

I never expected Hermitcraft Recap to reference the existential fungus tumble post but here we are.
2:57 might just be one of the most obscure references this channel has ever made (unless it's a coincidence, which at this level of obscurity is certainly a possibility). It's referring to one specific Tumblr post where someone made the same joke about mushrooms being unable to be killed "in any way that matters".

I hope you guys know how appreciated hermit craft recap is. As a neurodivergent person it's very hard to keep up with more than two hermits, and my current ones are Zed and Tango, so I'm missing lots of stuff happening. Hermitcraft recap number one!
Relatable mood, and add to that Adulting™ and having eleventy zillion projects all going at once and trying really hard not to get distacted by infinite videos...

@@Chigger there was an old Tumblr post that went viral that everyone thought was funny a couple years ago. If you search "Tumblr mushroom post" youll fund it-
But in the post the mushroom says "you can't kill me in a way that matters" which is was it referenced here

@@Chigger It's understandable, 40K can be a bit confusing but I can give you a really small explanation.
In 40K the main human faction is the Imperium that basically assimilated any other human group except for the Mechanicus that now work with the Imperium producing basically everything, from weapons and tanks to the machinery needed to run the economy in general and they are a religious group that worships machines and the spirit that they belive inhabits each one.
For them human life has no value more than the knowledge it has, completely expandable and replaceable. The only way you are valuable is if you have knowledge in which case you most likely are a tech priest that eventually might just be a brain in a jar inside a lot of cibernetic implants.
40K can be really dark but also really silly.

The pictures of Mumbo’s previous bases are reversed. The first image is his season 8 base and the second one is season 7 base. It can really be fixed but I have OCD so I pointed it out anyways.

Is it a good idea to send the guy that was dropping anvils on people a season or so back into the sky? Like, seriously?
For Doc's diamond ore thief, I'm wondering if it's Grian or his snails, on the other hand, it would have to be someone who knows about redstone to deactivate the alarm.
Grian, for all our jokes, knows the fundamentals of redstone, so we can't rule him out, but he has been on vacation, and he doesn't seem like the type to violate work/life separation.
The only real clue we have, aside from alibis, is that they've now left clues to implicate:
1. Scar (the typo and putting the ores in his shulker box)
2. Pearl (the jab about not being connected to the postal service)
3. Cub / Jevin (the goat head, given that Cub has a farm / Jevin has a shop)
