Hi Dana, There is no height requirement to become a commercial pilot. Airlines or companies that hire you may have different requirements. It depends from company to company and airline to airline

Honestly, it won't make much difference because at the end of the day, you have to go back and convert both. The US however, might have higher living expenses. So depending on the school and place, both countries are good.

They don't require IELTS or English fluency for scholarships. But inorder to become a pilot you should be very good in English. So I would suggest you start working on it as soon as possible

Just because it's cheaper, doesn't mean you do it there. If it is too cheap there's probably a good reason. Don't go there!
But joining the airforce is not a piece of came. It is tougher than the commercial aviation, you have to go through a couple of exams and interviews.
