Those screen enlargers might work well with switches for tabletop play. We used to have clip on and magnetic clip magnifier screens like that for gameboy advance and sp versions, I still have one for sp, GBA and even a original ds one. And back in the early days of valve televisions, the tiny TV screens had glass versions of them to place in front to make a 12inch screen look much bigger! The tech still works ☺
The handle and sites looks like it does work the round clicker as you call it is for windage and the aperture that changes from a big circle to a little circle is for distance
Pretty sure that gadget for your car isn’t good for the car. I read somewhere like car designers didn’t make that part to withstand that type of resistance and it might break
