The way you have taken care of your body through pregnancy and postpartum is incredible. You are truly inspirational. 🔥💪🏻
I agree but i don't think she sees it as taken care of it's more like in her being and as a habit which is very powerful
So true
I agree 100000000%. Truly your body gives back when you truly take care of it.
You’re are setting such a great example of what the female body is capable of Tia! You are extraordinary! Keep up the hard work!
When you held your chest after the jump rope. 😂 Same girl same lol. Had my 4th baby around the same time as you! So motivating!
The way how effortlessly Tia jumps on the box right at the beginning of the Video is just stunning! What a powerful yet humble Lady ❤ I have been training CrossFit myself for about six months now, and I can definetly tell you already that it changes me physically and mentally for the better.
Great music choice, Brandon. Appreciate this tracking style view of Tia's progress.
Incredible athlete, mom and woman… what an inspiration to all!!
Love hearing about the shift in where you are being mindful and how you are prioritizing your energy! Looking forward to learning more about your recovery and new path you are creating:)) TY for sharing!
I just friggin love you tia!!! Thank you for always sharing!!!
True, it took the body 9 months to create life, it will take at least another 9 months to fully recover from it. So keep killing it and I'm sure you're being careful, don't forget that you are a first time post-partum mama and your body is experiencing all of this for the first time but I have no doubt that your come back will be killer!
Subscribed just 3 days ago - Tia is truly a Superwoman!
I love the way Tia trains! She’s an absolute beast💪
Love your work ethic Tia 💪🏽💯
Tia, I know you hear this a lot, but what’s one more time! You are absolutely incredible. Your tenacity, strength, and mentality are one of a kind. Simply amazing!
Tia you are a truth trooper and super mom !! I admire your discipline and motivation!!💪💪☺️
Keep going Tia. You inspire me a lot
I love and enjoy this video. Because you’re realistic and you have your feet down in the ground. You’re not just thinking about yourself, it’s about the people who need’s . But at the same time, not losing you, as who you are. Thank you for sharing, it really helps those momma, that are struggling to do everything and taking of them self. ❤
Not only are you an impressive athlete you’re such an inspirational person
You are so inspirational and wonderful! I hope you all the best Tia!
your a beast! and Mama it is mental work, one day at a time you got this! I love the messege you have for willow and the world. It's important to recognize like you say about what you been through ❤
This is the absolute best video so far from y'all. Transparency is genuine. Absolutely my favorite video. Great job y'all
I’ve never had kids but I admire you for doing what you’ve done throughout and post pregnancy, it’s sending a great message. I know that a lot of women will have different or limiting experiences but it shows what can be done. Thanks for being a good example for others. I also love that you’re showing your belly off so soon afterwards.
your child will have the proudest, most inspiring mother, respect your fighting mentally, clarity and hard work Tia, Carry on, Good luck
Respect the process and the amount of hard work and dedication it takes to be good at a chosen sport.
I went thru this myself when I started playing volleyball again after taking a couple of years off.
Go get em' Tia!
Cheers!
Those abs still shining! You motivate me so much.
Great work Tia and Shane. You inspire me, Tia! If you do a q&a and it's not too personal, I am wondering if you are breast feeding and if so, if you notice how much your training impacts your supply (if you do). I am a year post partum myself. I have loved watching your journey and am so happy for your family.
You grew an entire human and worked out like a boss while doing it. Be humble. But recognize that you are pretty badass. One day at a time. One workout at a time. You'll get there. And on your terms.
it's better not to push your body unreasonably beyond its current capacity, which in Tia's case is well above many others 💪
Shane holding baby Willow looks like the model dad of 2023 :) 👍
Hey Tia & Shane : If no one told you today you both are absolute legends.
What Naveen1075 said^
@pappachese what?
True
one day at a time Tia but you are such a great example and you will ease right back into it, actually you never left but modification had to be done due to your pregnancy but you kept on moving, chapeau dear superduper impressive!!
I’m exactly one week postpartum and my mind is like I’m ready to go back to body building and cross fit, but I know my body will love me better by resting another 1-2 weeks before hitting the gym again. It’s really hard when you have trained for years and all throughout pregnancy and now you have to sit and wait for your body to catch up with your mind. But we moms are amazing 🙏
I’m 4 months postpartum and it’s been so hard to adjust to where my body is where I mentally think I can do more.. each workout it gets a little closer to post pregnancy though! I’ve enjoyed going through this with you virtually haha
4:20 That's real for me too. It's the effort that is the measure, not winning events (because I'm overweight 56 yr old, not because I carried a baby!)
I hope you're enjoying your baby Tia🙂
Amazing seeing you train with such dedication postpartum. I had my second bub a week or two after Willow. Genuine question, how are you tackling double unders early in postpartum with out incontinenceissues? Any tips???
Where the head goes, the body fellows.
You got this!
Your are the GOAT! 🔥
Can you please list the songs you use. I love them and want to make a workout playlist lol
So cool to watch your process, take it slow, it will come 🤍
Also, what is the song at the beginning? Always such good music in your videos!
❤❤❤
Never ending 😊
Mate i dont know how your pelvic floor is coping with that skipping!
Can you talk about diastisis recti? And managing that through intense workouts, after baby?
😊😊 Very nice cousin...and be careful
👏🏽
What's the title of that song "we ain't going nowhere...till the end of time", at around 2min? i need it
🐐🙌
Anyone knowing the song played in the first part of the video?
She is a beast. Hard-core woman. Keep up the great work. Take your time and don't be hard on yourself.
Does Tia have the intention of participation in in the games in Madison? I wouldn’t think so. But what are your answers
Is Tia going to the games? Is the invite automatic ?
🙏🌝
Here comes the fight back
Nature must give more strength and power to achieve whatever she want.
yes first time i have commented first
Monster
she's back, Crossfit games ? another victory ??
She's an alternate for teams. She's not competing individual as her pregnancy didn't allow her to compete in semis
First!!!!
With these female athletes that pregnancy tummy will disappear whether it wants to or not , like a drop of water on a hot stove
