Summiting My First Munro On A Orbea Wild FS - SGOR GAOITH MTB

Sgor Gaoith did not disappoint. This was my first ever time up a Munro and on a E bike. The trail and the bike were both faultless. What an Epic day

Missed a trick not riding up mullach clach a' bhlair first. Land Rover track basically all the way to the top then a short ride across the plateau to sgor gaoith.

Is it hard to find ? I went the way I did because it's on trail forks. Was no problem on the E bike anyway

It's pronounced "Gooey".... I live a couple of miles away from it and have done it on my KTM Macina Lycan loads of times but this route up is horrendous due to the "anti-bike" water bars, so many of them . Better to go up the Carnachuin way and you get a stunning view also into Coire Garbhlach 2/3 the way up!!

I've done a more recent video here where I do this descent again using the carnachuin way to reach the top. I'd still say if riding an Ebike that going up the more direct way like I do in this video is a better choice as it's a bit of a detour to the carnachuin. Just need to use some trials skills to clear the water bars 👍
