- On November 12th, 2022, an officer noticed a suspicious silver SUV and ran its licence plate number in the records. He found that the driver had a suspended licence and a warrant issued in his name as well. He initiated a pursuit, but the driver kept speeding away. As soon as the officer asked for the driver’s name, the driver began acting difficult and did not comply. This prompted the officer to take strict action. The officers were successful in detaining the suspect, but he continued to resist and escalate the situation, which did not sit well with the officers. Even though the officer was trying to make him understand the situation, the suspect wasn’t ready to listen to it and continued to defend himself. Shortly after, dispatch advised that the individual indeed had a warrant issued in his name. The officer tried to reason with the suspect and explain the purpose of the stop. Soon, his girlfriend arrived at the scene and was briefed by the officer. He tried explaining his situation to the female. The man had a previous warrant and received citations for suspended registration, no proof of insurance, and driving with a suspended license. Additionally, he was charged with concealing identity, resisting arrest, and obstructing justice.

every time cuffs go on, suspects develop 5 second memory. Cop: (gives reason for arrest) ..... 5 seconds later: Suspect "why am I being arrested?" Cop: (repeats reason for arrest).....5 seconds later.....Suspect: "Why am I being arrested?" [repeat cycle 50 times]

I'm a teacher who's had about 200 students like him over the years and no taser to back up my words.
Kids play in the street and don't understand the danger. They will chase a ball, or run without looking, thinking they are in a safe area. You have to drive at snail speed to be able to react to a child dashing out from between parked cars, there is literally no warning, and the kids don't know there is danger. This guy is tough guy, then he kills a kid and he's all "I'm so sorry! I didn't see him/her, blablabla" No one cares about the excuse, and the tough guy would give anything to be able to go back in time and drive carefully.

I have been teaching in a low income/gang infested area in So. Cal for 26 years and I get these students by the boat loads everyday. Cussing, fighting you name it. I talk to them rough and cuss as well sometimes just like this cop. They deal with their parents and I deal with their teenage kids. Rough teaching now. I feel for this cop and act the same way as him with my classes.
