      Pls do HIIT interval training. It takes a max of 15 mins. Or you can jump on the rebounder or trampoline for 15 mins. It boosts blood circulation to your body. Stop eating wheat as it is hybridized. Instead use khapli wheat. Don't use white sugar. Take honey or coconut sugar or palm sugar. Don't eat commercial dairy products. Use A2 milk products and milk instead. Stop all the cooking oils except coconut and olive oil. Cook food at home and eat. Avoid outside food. Sleep for 8 hours at night. Go to bed atleast by 10p.m. try to keep 4 hours of Gap between meals and try to eat dinner max by 7 p.m. instead of white rice you can eat brown red, black rice and millets

    Hi Sara. Love your videos! Could you make more weight loss recipe videos? Maybe several each of your most used breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner recipes for weight loss. Also, I am in the U.S. and not familiar with the Indian names of things. Could you include the Indian name and English name in the recipe writing so I can learn both? The food looks so healthy and delicious! I’m excited to learn how to cook it. May Our Lord bless you!
