Hello, I just found your channel the other day, and I've been letting your videos play in the background while I do my housework. I have to say I just love your energy, I have found it very calming and gives off a very loving motherly vibe. The food just looks absolutely amazing and plan to make some dishes for my family. Thank you for making these videos for me and many others to enjoy, I look forward to being able to watch more of your content. Best wishes to you and your family.
Oh my that look so so good I will try with hot sausage and Italian sausage thank you learn something new every time I watch your videos I like the idea of freezing and not loosing vitamins.
YUM!! 😍 I'm gonna remember the name this way: It's called MINEST, like MINESTRONE soup, which has beans too. And I just love some good minestrone soup. This looks even better; gonna have to try minest!!😋💜🥣❤
I love watching your videos while I’m cooking or cleaning in my kitchen. Your a mom everyone wishes could be theirs ❤️. Btw I am definitely going to give this one a try, looks delicious.
I love this dish it's really a European staple I am next door to you guys I'm from exyogoslavia from Belgrade right next to Italy we are neighbors, and we make this dish all the time, we also use smoked meat, like you know smoked ham, smoked ribs and sausages , and we finished it off in the oven, and yes we use any type of white bean also..😇🌹
This is amazing! In honor of Mother's and daughters (I have 2, adult) we'll be making this and hopefully I'll get it on video. Man'ga, man'gz!! (sp?) xoxoxo
That’s so interesting about boiling out vitamins, makes sense will follow that advice . Didn’t know you could freeze basil, I’m always throwing it out after a few days , thank you Sandra.
@@unapologeticallyme7664 Yes I’m ok lost 6 people this year and 5 last year my Bestfriend of 54 years 11/5/20. About broke my heart 💔I miss Shan and her babies so much. When I lost my brother in Myrtle Beach she helped me so much. And miss her . I watched her decorate and paint her entire house. I told her she could be an interior decorator she laughed . I miss her laugh
I can only Imagine how your house smells, probably amazing....this meals looks amazing ( well every meals looks amazing) but I love this. I'm gonna try it for my family. I am so glad your doing this. ❤️ ❤️❤️
I used to go to a Spanish restaurant in Manhattan that served a big bowl of salad with only greens and an amazing Italian type dressing before the main course (for the table). It was called Centro Vasco (since closed- popular lobster place in the 80’s). I asked them what lettuce they used and they said “escarole”. I eat it sautéed but I especially like it raw as a lettuce. Going to try this one, but I usually don’t use the liquid to beans because it’s said that it makes you gassy. (I don’t know bc I never use it lol). Have you ever tried this with rinsed beans? I’d think it would be missing the thickness of the finished product. We have an Italian market I get my sausage but I always take off the casing bc I know what it is lol. I make an Emeril Lagasse white bean and Kale soup this reminds me of.
I was younger. I was in Manhattan a lot. I hear the good food. I hope you enjoy the recipes if I can help great. But it doesn’t sound like you need me at all. ❤️💜❤️🌹
