This looks great. I've tried making beef stroganoff twice before, two different ways and it came out terrible each time so I'm excited to try this out. I have never heard of the dales steak seasoning but I will look for it now.

I’d really like to make reservations at your dinner table for my family of 4. 😆 My grandmother was from Austria. I remember her beef stroganoff. But she never wrote down any recipes. And even if she did write them down they would’ve been written in German - I would need my mom to translate. And how I’ve always wished that she would’ve written down these recipes. Cover meat with water. Boil 2 hours with a lid. If not pressure cooker always keep meat covered w/ water

London broil or thick steak. the stew meat the cut up for you is so tiny. I boil first to make tender
