i am afraid it will never happen. the last 1000 years have shown that we will never unite enough to make this country great. even now, I see highly educated people supporting pappu and wanting congress for reservations. You obviously didn't hear J Sai Deepak. This is roughly what he said-
If a legislation is brought into effect, most of us will follow it. But a particular community or some segment of it will not. It will be impossible to punish or imprison such a large segment. Thus it will end up decreasing the population of only those communities who are already law-abiding.
That legislation will have no effect as those who should follow that legislation will not follow anyway.
Do you think they care about following law and having or not having any voting rights.
They will multiply like rabbits and take over Bharat without any voting rights.
Always think about 2nd 3rd affects of what you wish for.
