    I'm curious - which method do you find yourself using the most? And do you use both or just the one?

    Congrats to your new website, lookin good. Are you using Gutenburg for your Articles?

    • @GrantAmbrose

      thanks! yep, Gutenberg for all content areas in my posts and then full Bricks designs for the one-off more designed pages like my homepage.

    Love it! Do I spot a dark Mode Function? How did you implement it in bricks?

    • @GrantAmbrose
      @GrantAmbrose  Год назад +1

      Yeah! so cool, my first dark mode site - I'm pretty stoked! I used OxyProps AKA BricksProps. It's all built into the framework. Incredible

      @@GrantAmbrose good to know! I went down the automatic.css route so oxyprops is not for me. But darkmode is on the roadmap. Until then I have to go for a custom solution 😇.
      Thanks for your great videos!

    I’m wondering if it’s possible to nest query loops while also using Metabox relationships? My specific use case is on a single portfolio page I’d like to display a projects custom post type with custom fields. Then inside that query, display related testimonials.

      I don't use Metabox (i use ACF) but I think it should be possible to nest a loop in a loop right inside the bricks UI? I will give it a go

    Hi. Can you make a video for popup? Theme: create popup window with youtube video. But when popup closed the video pause. Or popup reload. Because now, when popup closed video still playing. Thanks for your videos!

    You site is not working on the Edge browser (I like Edge sorry!). I was going to email you with the screen shots but you do not seem to have any email link to yourself on the wagepirate. (The "table of contents" is not working and there seem to be another similar bar above the table of contents)

      thanks Nick, I think I know what the issue is. It seems to go away once you scroll or reload the page for me

    IS the code the same if I Am trying to get a custom post type ? {echo:get_post_type}

    • @GrantAmbrose
      @GrantAmbrose  5 дней назад

      Yep 👍

    • @dh7594
      @dh7594 5 дней назад

      @@GrantAmbrose That is strange because I am not able to get it to work. Even if I try to use that code to print out the post type it doesn't work. I do know you have to verify signatures in Bricks but could it be a setting in ACF ?

    • @dh7594

      Should I be adding code to functions.php ?

    • @GrantAmbrose
      @GrantAmbrose  4 дня назад

      get_post_type is a core wordpress function so no need to add to functions.php. Someone recently told me (maybe 2 weeks ago) that they followed this and it worked
      I haven’t had a chance to try myself but it should
      Try getting it to work on the post post type and then try your custom post type to rule that out

    • @dh7594
      @dh7594 4 дня назад

      @@GrantAmbrose I had to add it to the signature in bricks and add it too functions.php for it to work.
