They play their characters so well you don't trust them being out of role now 🙈
If this is supposed to be the cast "in real life", they don't seem to be too far away from their actual characters in the series, imo. Maybe just one step removed on the "Delusional" meter?

@@earlycuyler9729 they based the characters on caricatures of themselves and those close to them. To see that in themselves and turn it into the success they have is hardly delusional, quite the opposite.

Actors usually do play their characters so well, that’s why they are actors 😂😂🤦♂️ be a rubbish show if they were bad at acting. Same with the office, peep show etc they tend to use actors that can play the characters 😂🤦♂️
The Office, Peep Show, Alan Partridge - knew these guys would have good taste

It's great to see the UK producing comedy like this again. British comedy had a great resurgence in the late 90's / early 2000's with the likes of Alan Partridge, League of Gentlemen, The Office, Mighty Boosh, etc. Then it all went to shit with the likes of Mrs Browns Boys, and Miranda. About as funny as a fuckin' toothache.
I genuinely wanted to smack my parents when they told me they liked Mrs Brown's Boys.

I make beats and I'm so so precious about them. I need to have the faith that I can make bangers and not be so romantic and lament the stuff I've been proud of and think that's it. I can create again and perhaps do better.

Created with real people,clever writting and acting. Its good good to see intelligent socially aware actors that have lived through or definitly atleast understand harsh low income life in britain it feels like its got that bit of magic you can never get from mainstream actors and productions.
In & out of character these guys are very clever incredible and creative
If you are to judge comedy by laughs per minute, PJDN probably ranks number 1 of all time! The chemistry of these 4 is what is so special - they're like the effin Beatles of comedy!

What is Allan Mustafa's background? I know they're all British but just wondering. I just came across this show about a month ago (I'm American) and I loved it!! Eerily similar to grindahs character in my youth (more like recently lol). Too realistic.
