loss my wife of 13 yrs to cancer within 3 mths 8 1 23, i admit i miss the me when i was with her - but he is right - that happiness n love is felt within because i had her, n desire is the cause of the pain n suffering, accept what is, and happiness is within - easy but so hard :(... this applies to divorce breakups etc… thanks Micheal, n for the uploader of these vids - life/mind savors are what they are 😇

Practicing this everyday. I am socially awkward and I've always wondered why I am like that. Always the one being left out, and always feeling nervous when talking to people, always avoided parties, social gatherings, and never became friendly with the people around me. But now, I am fine. Just like what he said, I am fine. I have to constantly listen to Michael Singer to keep myself reminded of this truth.

I've been listening to MS's talks, multi talks, daily for a few months. GOD I wish I had been taught this from the beginning, from early childhood - how different I would have experienced life. BUT, it's here now, and WOW what an eye opener....makes perfect sense, can't disagree with a single point......thank u!

As per my comment about the love I receive from my mother as lacking...causing friction. Thank you Mr. Singer for this as it answers to the lack of love in this case of the inner me. How can I treat myself like that!!!!!!!
