Recipe to season the chicken:

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp crushed chili or chili flakes
1 tbsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt or to your taste
To make the sauce:
1 tablespoon hot sauce or as needed
2 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
