How can I do a retreat as a Shingon monk there for one year?

You have no choice but to go to a temple somewhere and practice asceticism.
We can introduce you to EKOIN.

Interesting, I don't know much about Korea, isn't there already a different tradition of Esoteric Buddhism? Greetings!

      Greetings, Venerable!
If in Korea, there is the Jingak Order. They are at least partially Shingon-based, though I do not know to what extent. Then there's always the possibility of going to Japan to learn Shingon.
However, based on your Instagram account I see you are primarily pure land? Are you seeking a form of esoteric Pure Land, specifically?
