Dang, I was hoping for a better ending for Dooku. He was very much one of the most powerful, up there with Mace and Anakin. With how things were going with Anakin seeing himself in the same vein as Dooku, and Yoda acknolging the Jedi were wrong, you really had me there hoping for a Full Dooku redemption Arc. Not just a small thing before death. A semi grey Jedi order led by Yoda, Dooku, Obiwan, and Anakin, would have ben so awesome, 4 different generations, all down the same line of teachers.
Now you got me wishing I'd done a Dooku redemption arc 😅. Who knows if Anakin can learn to be a force ghost in literally a few minutes at the end of ROTJ then maybe force ghost Qui Gon could have taught Dooku and they could both lead the order with Yoda, Obi and Ani as ghosts... Okay, maybe a bit of a stretch but weirder things have happened in Star Wars...
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Perhaps the Dooku redemption arc will just have to happen in another video sometime! And Who knows, Dooku was laying there, contemplating life for a bit. Anakin learned quite quickly after all! lol Star wars has had plenty of stretches recently, some more crazy than that, lol
Definitely. (I'm looking at you Leia who can remember her mother...) I shall think about a Dooku redemption arc for future stories - see if I can work one in (or one that is less of a stretch)
Your video makes me imagine a new order being led by Anakin, Obi-wan and Yoda, with Ahsoka joining them, and teaching new Jedi about compassion and healthy attachments, and adopting a more full knowledge of the Force. They seek out Grey Jedi and adopting their ways become The Paladin Order.
Assuming that everything would play out this way then the following events are the most likely to occure: Bail Organa or Mon Mothma would be the most likely candidates for the election of a new chancelor. The war would end with a peace contract. Grievous who would never allow this to happen would be forced to leave the separatists and becoming a warlord who had to be dealt with. Assuming that the Jedi finally come to their senses they would realize that Yoda was right and since Yoda is the grandmaster of the order his word is law. The order would be reformed, Obi Wan and Anakin would be welcomed back into the order and when Luke and Leia were born, they would be raised in the order. Obi Wan would be the most likely candidate for training Luke while Leia would be Yoda's last padawan. A short time after she was knighted Yoda would die peacefully. Obi Wan would be his successor and lead the Jedi into a new era.
Yes! I like it. I mean the franchise would struggle to be called Star Wars any more but I would love to see a Jedi order lead by Obi Wan with Luke and Leia trained as well!
Honestly, most likely to be the next chancellor was Padme, she was often shown throughout clone wars to look like palpatines natural successor. She was also from Naboo, and was of all the senators, the most in favour of protecting and helping the citizens, rather than fighting the war at the expense of them.
@@moritzheidenreich8511 in my opinion she would be too young to be chancellor as I believe that have to be at least 35 like we have for Presidents in the United States.
For one, Anakin had finished his training long, long, long before Ep-3. Story wise what would have made so much more sense to me would for Anakin to have been evicted from the Order before Ep-3 and that is why he wears black.
Imagine that the best thing for Anakin is leaving the Jedi order to begin with from the start, truly shines on he flaws within it. Great redo of the story though, nice!
I always thought something interesting could be done with Anakin if he joined one of the other force using groups like the Altisian Jedi since they actually allowed families and tended to be more like wandering knight errants basically closer to Anakins idealized view of the main branch
I don't know I think perhaps Anakin would have become more of a Bendu or Gray Jedi, balancing the light and the dark without the hubris of either the Jedi or Sith and their narrow views. After all anger can be empowering and constructive while pacifism can be selfish and cowardly depending on the situation and balance is an individual thing not a collective thing in the end. As I see it your narrative would have lead to Anakin falling as well and might have pulled Obi with him.
You might be right, this was just the way I thought it could go but it's great to see other people have their own opinions and ideas - which are often really thought out and interesting. I would actually love to learn more about the Bendu - it was such an interesting concept in Rebels.
He kinda pulled obi wan down with him when he turned too dark side in the original line anyway. So this narrative where there is a alternative for Jedi like Obi wan and Anakin they are allowed too move between groups as they learn and grow. And we’re they actually have a choice in what kind of training they get. Is much better out come than most scenarios
You touched on a point that no one else seems to address. Namely, why did Anakin stay with the Jedi Order after killing Doku? It seems that if a knight/sith warrior kills a Sith Lord/Jedi Master, said individual earns promotion to the next level. Was Anakin aware of this practice. If so, he should have left the Jedi Order then most of this video is completely valid. Thank you.
Could definitely be interesting to see Anakin trained by a jedi like that. Also with her position in Kamino during TCW it would be interesting to see how that would change Anakin's involvement with the war. Thank you!
For all the Jedi's faults one thing they never did was hold any member even those who later turned against their will. If Anakin or anyone well and truly wanted out they wouldn't and couldn't stop them
Yah it could go either way but maybe with mace windu also training him I think he would be less likely to fall to the dark side since mace uses both and can teach him how to control or harness the dark but it could go either way I'd love to see your take on it

I watched Clone Wars series and think why Yoda and not Plo Koon. After all, he is the one with healthy understanding of the feeling attachment. What I think would actually happen is Plo Koon would agree with Obi-Wan but it was just two votes against the rest so they respected that. When Yoda approached Obi-Wan, Plo Koon would have come with him or might come separately. I am actually really seriously doubt if either would come to Obi-Wan’s at all.
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Initially I wasn’t sure that Plo would step in. I mean he is a great high rank jedi master but he just seems to be a bit far away from Anakin’s and Obi-Wan’s squard. I thought that was your first thought when you put Yoda to do the job in the video. When it comes to doing anything related to emotional in an emotional and healthy way, I would put Plo Koon above Yoda. I saw some theory saying that if Anakin had Plo as jedi mentor instead of Obi-Wan, Anakin might not fell into the dark side at all. Plus, Anakin seems to respect and listen to Plo more than Obi-Wan. I also heard that some theory suggested that Qui Gon Jinn’s Obi-Wan’s master reguarding of how I spell his name would also be a better suit to train Anakin than Obi-Wan which I aleo agree, but I would choose him as a second choice because he died. Plus, he didn’t seem to be strong when my only reference about him was him lost to Maul in the movie ep I.
I definitely think Yoda sees the error of his ways throughout the clone wars - especially in S6. But I definitely would like to see Plo explored more as I think your right that he was a great jedi!
I never regarded Yoda's understanding of attachments to be healthy. He had no problem adhering to the Order's rule regarding attachments. Yet, at the same time, it seemed pretty obvious that he was just as attached to the Order as the other Council members.
yes but the lure of the dark side is just that , it's like a drug to jedi. Some one can be a great person for years and then turn into a total loon after getting addicted to a drug. same with the dark side , the more you use it the more you want to use and the more it corrupts who you are/were.

@Lets Talk Star Wars could you do what if anakin left the order with ahsoka. Basically stating from when the council is apologizing for doubting ahsoka in the clone wars.
Ooooh, yeah, that would be really cool to see. I always wondered whether Ahsoka was actually more sad to leave the order or Anakin so would be really interesting to see how that relationship developed! Thank you!
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Im glad I could Another interesting What if I have thought of is what if the Bendu trained Anakin, whether that's train him mentally or Anakin not being in the order, I personally do mental training in the order so he is more readily available and then when he unleashes his full power it can be a bombshell moment 😄
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Thanks for liking the idea, I feel like a more hands on Bendu would be interesting In my own story I have the Bendu help out in more ways then just training, like saving his mother etc
Yeah, I think the Bendu has far more priority on balance so would probably realise the importance of Shmi to helping to maintain the balance in Anakin.
Can you imagine if he tried to do that with the rank of master! Mace: "You are on this council but we do not grant you the rank of master" Anakin: "No worries I'll do it myself!"
I cannot see Yoda teaming with Obi-Wan to lure Anakin back to help the Order. This is the same Jedi Master who was the last one to accept Anakin into the Order . . . and only did so because the other Council members had already decided to accept him. This is also the same Jedi Master who had immediately declared that they may have misread the Chosen One prophecy after Mace Windu had declared his mistrust of Anakin. I do not recall Yoda ever expressing any real trust in Anakin or belief into the Chosen One prophecy. Even Mace Windu was willing to do that in "Attack of the Clones".
You might be right, I do think Yoda definitely changes throughout the prequels as he sees the flaws of the order. There is the arc of TCW (season 6) in which Yoda asks Anakin for help and we see the 2 of them bond - which obviously happens later in the timeline than this but still, I guess Yoda must trust him somewhat...
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial I don't think they were really bonding. I think Anakin had went to Yoda as a last resort and left feeling disappointed. In fact, I don't think the pair was ever close. But I suspect a lot of fans wanted to believe they were.
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Yoda went to Anakin because he knew he latter wouldn't have difficulty disobeying the Council. Otherwise, I don't recall them being close.
I liked the whole story. The only part I didn't like was Palpatine showing up to kill everyone. Seems overtly hasty for someone who's been planning the entire time. I just feel he would have set up another way to try to sabotage and Jedi and not just give up on Anakin entirely yet.
Potentially, I thought of it more as just lots of different off shoots of the jedi who all try to fight for the light side but go about it in different ways.
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial I would say, no later than the fights he had on Geonosis with either Anakin and Obi Wan, and Yoda. Any later, he may be able to redeem himself within the force, but not on a galactic level, politically. I'd also like to see him survive after palpatines inevitable death, but can't see Palpatine letting go.
If I were in Obi-Wan's place I would have killed Mace Windu and say he was Darth Sidious, stating how Windu had never wanted the Chosen One to be trained because it would ruin his plan for control of the galaxy, also pointing out that Windu had had the chance to kill Dooku before the Clone Wars broke out and he had not! Also, he clearly wanted Anakin to fall to the Dark Side as his apprentice or so he could try and kill the Chosen One and rule the galaxy! This would put the Jedi in a position where they could not argue that Obi-Wan was right! After the death of Mace Windu, Dooku and the real Darth Sidious the Jedi Order would be reformed with the Council realising how blind they had become as they did not realise that they had had a Sith right in front of them and had not known it! Also that they had been fighting for a Sith Lord! Either that or the whole Council needed to be replaced!
Honestly by Episode III, its too late to stop the Empire's rise. As we seen the Republic was steadily becoming more and more and more fascistic through the War. Even if Palaptine is killed on the Invisible Hand it is too late. Palpatine's mechanization is too late to stop. And if Anakin did kill Palpatine on the Invisible Hand well, his status as 'Republic Hero' would be gone since Palpatine was so beloved by the people of the Republic at that time it would be the greatest treachery to them. Remember, it took nearly twenty years for Palpatine to become despised in canon and 24 years for him to be destroyed with everyone celebrating his death over Endor. Kind of need to factor those things in when writing a 'What If'.
Oh if only Anakin and Obi wan had left the order and Yoda had been more supportive of their attachment to each other . Thing s could be so much better for obi wan and Anakin if only Yoda hadn’t been so stupid .
I do think at least Yoda sees the flaws of the Jedi in TCW and even more after the prequels (a bit too late maybe) unlike some of the Jedi like Ki-Adi Mundi...
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial maybe he did a little but Yoda still supported the dogmatic idealism that mace and most of the master’s did and Yoda was cruel to ask Obi wan to kill Anakin as he knew that obi wan had unique bond Anakin. And even if Yoda did see the flaws in the Jedi code and republic he still continues to support the the whole no attachment rule and corruption in the republic until it’s far too late. Had he not been so stubborn and set his beliefs and made allowances in rules for Jedi like Dooku, Qui gon, Obi wan, Anakin and Ashoka who had a tendency towards forming attachments to certain people in their lives. He could have stopped the fall of the order and the republic
I think Yoda is a great example of 'the perfect jedi' - the problem with that is that he therefore is not as aware of the struggle that the likes of Anakin go through with attachment, like you say. For him the strict rules work and he doesn't struggle with them but for a lot of jedi they're difficult and he can't empathize with their struggle.
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial yes I have to agree with that Yoda is definitely the perfect Jedi the sense that the outdated Jedi code and rules seem to work for him ,mace and other such Jedi and because of that he expects all Jedi to be the same as him and mace etc . And so he failed to see that for Jedi like Obi wan and Anakin and Ahsoka and to lesser extent Dooku and Qui gon those out dated rules didn’t work. A lot of people paint Obi wan as the perfect Jedi but they don’t see that Obi wan only reason obi wan able too be the way was because he was better at hiding his feelings and emotions than Anakin was. But was all act as Obi wan and Anakin more a like than anyone realises and that was part of reason qui gon was drawn to Anakin as he was meant to be Obi wan 2.0 for qui gon once Obi wan became a knight.
I hadn't thought of it at the time of writing but now that you and a few others have mentioned it, it would make complete sense. So yeah, I guess they would!
I really like this idea. Unfortunately I've never actually played the force unleashed games. However I will hold onto this idea and one day I would love to start doing more community driven stories. Ooooh, yeah, that would be really cool to see. I always wondered whether Ahsoka was actually more sad to leave the order or Anakin so would be really interesting to see how that relationship developed! Thank you!
What if Sheev Papa-Plapy-Palpatine was a Jedi?
So in this timeline did Satine and Kenobi get together? would love to see this continue
That's a great point, they probably would. You have just made me really want to continue this timeline...
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Im glad I could
Another interesting What if I have thought of is what if the Bendu trained Anakin, whether that's train him mentally or Anakin not being in the order, I personally do mental training in the order so he is more readily available and then when he unleashes his full power it can be a bombshell moment 😄
It would actually make a lot of sense for the Bendu to train Anakin as they both represent balance in the force. I like it!
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Thanks for liking the idea, I feel like a more hands on Bendu would be interesting
In my own story I have the Bendu help out in more ways then just training, like saving his mother etc
Yeah, I think the Bendu has far more priority on balance so would probably realise the importance of Shmi to helping to maintain the balance in Anakin.
Thought anakin promoted himself to Knight LOL
Can you imagine if he tried to do that with the rank of master!
Mace: "You are on this council but we do not grant you the rank of master"
Anakin: "No worries I'll do it myself!"
6:37 Uh... is that Vasquez's old house from the Freshman series?
I don't know. I just needed a party backdrop and found one on google images...
I was more thinking the episodes of the clone wars where Yoda goes to learn how to be a force ghost. He first goes to Anakin and asks for his help.
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Yoda went to Anakin because he knew he latter wouldn't have difficulty disobeying the Council. Otherwise, I don't recall them being close.
What if Anakin and Obi-Wan were in a buddy-cop film?
Yesss! I love this so much. To be honest this should be an actual Lucasfilm project!
What if Obi Wan had married Satine in secret?
I like it! Could be really interesting to see if that changes anything with him and Anakin.
Gooooooooood
can do a what if about anakin vs obi wan on naboo power generator
what about the droid attack on the wookies?
I liked the whole story. The only part I didn't like was Palpatine showing up to kill everyone. Seems overtly hasty for someone who's been planning the entire time. I just feel he would have set up another way to try to sabotage and Jedi and not just give up on Anakin entirely yet.
I always thought Anakin should have resigned from.the Jedi Order when they put him.on the Council but failed to grant him the rank of Master.
very nice
No you won't palpatine
That would make Anakin a Gray Jedi
Potentially, I thought of it more as just lots of different off shoots of the jedi who all try to fight for the light side but go about it in different ways.
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial oh true
What if Yoda (or Obi Wan), was able to bring Dooku back to the light?
Oooh, yeah that could be really fun to see the dynamics between the characters. What point in the timeline were you thinking?
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial I would say, no later than the fights he had on Geonosis with either Anakin and Obi Wan, and Yoda. Any later, he may be able to redeem himself within the force, but not on a galactic level, politically.
I'd also like to see him survive after palpatines inevitable death, but can't see Palpatine letting go.
Okay, yeah, I think your right. He does some pretty dark stuff in TCW so your probably right that it couldn't take place after ep2 really. Thank you!
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial I rather hope you do it but also keep him alive
What if Anakin spared Dooku?
What if Vader found his children and trained them as Sith apprentices.
Yeah, I like it, it would be really interesting to see Vader track down Luke and Leia. Thank you!
WHAT IF IMMORTAL EMPORER TRAINED ANAKIN SKYWALKER?
we’d be fucked
Neat :)
Thanks for catching the audio problem on the first upload (it was you right?)
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial Yes I did leave a comment because I thought my earphones finally broke but it was just the video
@@starscraper1336 Yeah, definitely the video, thank you!!
What if Ashoka never left the order
Could be interesting, thank you! It would be interesting to see how it affected both Anakin's story as well as the siege of Mandalore.
nice fan fic.
Want if Obi=wan
Give a Chance help
Anakin Preventing
Going through
The Force
Yoda is the goat . :)
what if Anakin had attack palpaten by him self and staying on the good side of the force?
I'd never thought of that but I really like it! Could be super interesting... Thank you!
What if padme never went to mustafar
Ooooh, interesting, it would change the whole dynamic of the Obi Wan, Anakin fight and Padme would probably also survive... I like it thank you!
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial no probs when’s your next upload btw
Hard to tell unfortunately. I'm back at university now so I can't work on it as much as I'd like. But I'm working on it whenever I get an opportunity!
@@LetsTalkStarWarsOfficial what’s the next fan fix you’ll make once your free
That would be spoiling it, if I told you now but I can say it is actually 2 suggestions merged into one story...
🔥🔥🔥
Can you really just leave the Jedi order you can, but I feel like it would be a lot like leaving a religion
Anakin Skywalker ii son of Anakin and Padme
Its a nice concept but according to Jedi Law if a Jedi has a romantic partner its death on sight.
I'm great FaN of Star wars trilogy, Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader my favorite best Idol,,, ever,, IDOL,, 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
What happened to Padme, would she still have given birth to Luke and Leia
I would imagine so. I thought that in this new way of the jedi operating it would allow Anakin to both be a jedi and have a family.
Would Obi Wan marry Satine in this reality?
I hadn't thought of it at the time of writing but now that you and a few others have mentioned it, it would make complete sense. So yeah, I guess they would!
What if Galen maric was trained by yoda, From birth?
I really like this idea. Unfortunately I've never actually played the force unleashed games. However I will hold onto this idea and one day I would love to start doing more community driven stories. This one would work great as I could play the game whilst also writing the what if with everyone watching. I think it would be a really fun thing to do!!
Omegalul moment.
When Cad-Bane took R2D2 and C3PO's Memory in a clone wars episode(in which the 2 droids were going to buy fruit for party). Sidious could have (with the information about Padme and Anakin's secret marriage) set up a fight between the council and Anakin which leads Anakin to follow Sidious's ways.
Very true...
Thankyou very much
Your very welcome mate
