that bit on O&A where Louis made Patrice laugh because of the origins of words is one of the funniest things I have ever heard in my life. Louis CK's delivery AND Patrice's reaction are what make it so great. You will never hear anything that funny on radio ever again.
Another favorite louis and patrice moment is when patrice talks about bringing crisco oil on a plane. "Theyll kick your dumb body off on the tarmac" so funny
Some people I genuinely feel ripped off that the world didn’t get more of. Patrice is one of those people. He missed this time period when you don’t need a tv show, a radio show or anything else to truly still be heard. He’d have one of the best podcasts on the planet, there’s no denying what Patrice could do without anything censoring him! Even if he was just a constant guest on everyone else’s pod he’d fucking murder so hard.
In my honest opinion he still would be at risk of getting bad reputation online... But Patrice O'Neal one of the best personality trait was that he could walk in between fine lines
When bert went into his whole thing about the funniest he ever laughed I was like yeah right. Until he mentioned what he laughed at. And I believe him 1000%
Patrice & Luie on O&A was radio gold , I remember Patrice talking about conspiracy theories and Louie just disagreeing with him to drive him crazy , and the best of all was When Patrice discovered that Louie is Mexican , never laughed more in my life .
From that same episode of O&A I laughed even harder. They're all talking about commonly misheard song lyrics and Louie said he always misheard "revved up like a deuce" as "your mother's cunt smells like oranges"
@@ChristianGiuseppeNot much of a story. Got to talk to Gilbert and Norm after their shows, and cracked a few jokes, which got Gil on the floor, and a nice chuckle of approval from Norm. Dice's response was in the form of a private LOL on Instagram :)
OHHHH so, sayin that to Patrice while he's explaining where a word came from, must be what inspired that famous poker scene from the second episode of Louie, with the gay comic explaining the etymology of faggot and Nick DiPaolo just Calls him that
Most of Louis appearances on O&A show was comedy gold. I've listened to them all for like two times now... It was either funny as hell, or very interesting about movies and film making and behind the scnes stuff
Louis was the best radio guest of all time. Agree with everything you’ve said, and I would also add that you get to hear the genesis of things that later became part of his act.
I watched that episode of The Late Show. Dave had busted Louis balls for not wearing a tie to start that interview I think... they had real good chemistry
I gained respect for Bart when he said this. That being said it’s amazing he didn’t realized Patrice was letting his guard down and allowed Louis to punch him.
I can name a handful of comedians and probably most of the ladies that never made me laugh . Bert is one of them , I never got his comedy . Look , I eat and I have a stomach and I take my shirt .
N was a feeling. By far the funniest thing ever.
scared to even type it i see lmao, patrice would hate that btw.
Hearing patrice burst into a belly laugh was awesome. Rip Patrice man.
I’ve had that Patrice clip saved in my favorites forever. So cool to get Louis’s thoughts about it.
I’ve been trying to find that clip

I listen to this maybe 5 times a year just to make myself happy for a minute. It’s my favorite thing it’s so fucking funny
Patrice’s memory seems to invoke pure joy in every comedian I ever see talk about him

If you go listen again, listen carefully. Louis piping up with “oh yeah?” Will without a doubt be the funniest part of the clip i promise
That Louis/Patrice “Kike” clip from O&A is one of the funniest clips in the history of media
Another favorite louis and patrice moment is when patrice talks about bringing crisco oil on a plane. "Theyll kick your dumb body off on the tarmac" so funny
Louis saying “I can just imagine Patrice with the plastic knife cutting himself saying, excuse me do you see this?!” 😂😂😂

Mac Miller too.
lol one of the funniest moments on O&A
One of the greatest moments in comedy history 😂
That joke to Patrice was priceless
The way the whole room knew where it was going and laughed, man I miss being able to laugh that hard without people gasping at words without context
Legendary moment
"these chains are made of tensile steel"
Ant was just the best with Patrice. I still think it’s a tragedy that we never got a ant and Patrice show/podcast.
Ant, patrice and Joe DeRosa they did the show without opie closest well get. @@BarfyMan-sh3zf
Thanks to this clip for introducing me to a legendary bit.
Two hilarious bits
I love that bit too you think he’ll say you get nothing else eggs or nothing but no just what else can I make hahah
If patrice had two more specials, those specials would be unparalleled

Louis was the only one who could go toe to toe with Patrice
Louis is the greatest
louis ck is a master in writing, but patrice o'neal had spontaneous humor and that's really something else
If I have make Patrice crack laughing, I would show my pickle to coworkers and I wouldn’t even ask for permission
Someone has the link to the David letterman video?
I think they took it out most the Louie's interviews with Letterman. RUclips used to have them all.
From that same episode of O&A I laughed even harder. They're all talking about commonly misheard song lyrics and Louie said he always misheard "revved up like a deuce" as "your mother's cunt smells like oranges"
Patrice would have been one of the comedians on Chapelle and Carlin's level
I am not a comedian, but I made 3 legends laugh, Gilbert, Norm and Dice. Now I can die a happy man.

It's sad that a guy like Bert gets to sit and talk with a comic.

I remember the letterman part

I don't want to but I hate Bert Kriesher so much.
Then after that. I'm not sure if it was Albany Opie or Anthony. But they copied that laugh. So now we don't know when Patrice is laughing. Sad
Of course Bart laughed at that.... We know how he thinks about other races.
