@Stranzua it's because the survivors he went up against were bad, especially at the start. Against players that know how to play the game and loop, billy is still strong, but very counterbale.
@@Mike-lz7rg He's counterable if you memorize the maps and can loop efficiently, but how many top tier survivors are there? After playing for 250+ hours I haven't seen very many. In the end, the game always turns into an elaborate version of shooting fish in a barrel and it's not even fun.
there is a penalty for missing and a greater penalty for bumping into objects. Your speed is reduced and you go into a cooldown. The penalty time is extended when you bump into an object. You don't play billy
I played DbD way back and the amount of info the game gives the survivors for free since then is wild.

On top of his super speed and ability to one hit down survivors, he has 0 penalty for missing.
Wrong. Every time he misses, there's a cooldown and more time that 3 survivors are on gens. Every time he misses, he gets punished in the 1v4.

I think they may rework billy again. Or tweak him a good bit. He’s a little too over tuned imo. This is coming from a Billy main btw.
What would you ideally like or want to see if they ever did tbh? I assume the situation he has is that his power works too well?
billy is mid and overrated. how can a killer be good if you can just crouch and nearly always avoid his power?
