Keep the videos coming, they are great and just subscribed a couple days ago since you have an interest in POTA and I desire to start POTA myself based on your content! KJ7NJK, 73 my friend.
Pro-tip: use a small Velcro strap to attach the coax to the pole about 5-10 ft below the tip. You can cinch it tight and get it to support the coax weight from a stronger part of the pole.
Thanks for pro-tip Adam. That is definitely an ah ha moment to solve such simple issue to re-distribute the weight from the tip. I really appreciate it . Will try this next time out.
TNX- this is at the top of my list so far for summits - an excellent area to setup the gear. I did read about the ticks on Sotlas, but fortunately the wx was cooler that day and I didn’t see a one.
Great scenery. Thanks for sharing your video. 🤝
@W5SWX Thanks for watching and support!
Another solid video, Doug. Thank you for doing what you do.
I appreciate that! Thanks for watching and glad you enjoy them.

Nice work! I love that summit, but man, there are a lot of ticks out there along that bushwhack!
