Her voice was distorted in the Japanese version because she was begging for her life in a demi-human language with very poor pronunciation. Agreed that the Dubs should have kept the distortion.
I have a feeling that it's a small retcon/informed choice from something that was dropped earlier in the series. That all of the mist planes end up bowing to the whims of the strongest creature in them or who created them. Since this was a disconnected random plane they may have reasoned that he was exuding his own mana/influence over it and by the end she was able to understand him through his "Intent" more than the words coming from his mouth.
She might’ve just assumed that he was accusing her for what happened. Those last words were very generic. The common phrases to refute an accusation. She was probably just trying to draw him into a conversation so she could attempt to plead innocence.
The way he went about it to me it felt more like justice than vengeance it’s hard to tell the difference between them sometimes but when it’s unsatisfying most likely it’s justice. It doesn’t always feel good but you know it’s right🧐 A good person would rather have the event not happen at all rather than punishing the culprit😞

This gives a whole new meaning to "Disarming Your Opponent" 😏😂
This anime takes a TURN.
Been a while since Alexis Tipton has voiced a character that's been brutally killed like this.
Who was the first
@@Spexx92 I want to say a character from rumbling hearts. I don't recommend watching that anime its incredibly terrible. It had a great casts of ENG dub VA's but a very terrible anime it was.
The dub va was perfect sending chills down my spine I love it
GOD DAMN that creeped me the hell out it was awesome
Man Dallas really improved well with his voice acting skills, he got range
Isekia Rage moments just hit different first Rimuru and now this
I was kind of disappointed that the other 2 adventurers the little girl and guy died from the explosion. I was hoping they would survive that way Makoto can deal a killing blow to all 3.
When she was begging for her life, her voice wasn't distorted like in the Japanese version, it would have be better if their did that so it would make more sense why Kuzunoha said her voice was an "unpleasant sound"
Her voice was distorted in the Japanese version because she was begging for her life in a demi-human language with very poor pronunciation. Agreed that the Dubs should have kept the distortion.
He became My number 1 protagonist the second he stabbed her in the throat.
How did she seemingly understand him at the end, the "That's not true" response?
I guess that's the dub writers fault for that and the fact her voice wasn't distorted
@@reik0suave71 that's a very thought out theory. It might be true
She might’ve just assumed that he was accusing her for what happened. Those last words were very generic. The common phrases to refute an accusation. She was probably just trying to draw him into a conversation so she could attempt to plead innocence.
Bro I can’t wait to see more of his ruthless and cold side in future seasons
Looking forward to second season and the blu ray release
Damn wtf i usually don't like any dubbed anime, but this, this is way too good!!!
I like how the more darker the scene gets, it gets more discolored to grey. Attention to detail is great 👍
The way he went about it to me it felt more like justice than vengeance it’s hard to tell the difference between them sometimes but when it’s unsatisfying most likely it’s justice. It doesn’t always feel good but you know it’s right🧐 A good person would rather have the event not happen at all rather than punishing the culprit😞
Actually great explanation of the difference in the act and not just motive. Interesting.
1:00 all this time she had no idea what he was saying to her, but at that moment words were no longer necessary
she knew that was the look of someone out for blood
Wow, Asta does go into a dark downward spiral.
That walk was swagger.
He was on demon time
Nah mans was demon time incarnate
She replies "your wrong, it's not true" to him, but she didn't understand what he said. She is desperate to say anything that may help her now that she understands his strength.
And this is why I will always watch dub like holy cow Dallas did a great job!
