Remembered being the only brown asian girl in a Top IT global blue chip company during global training in their HQ at the USA among 100 new hires before.
Of all the 7 IT divisions, I was at the top diviison holding the only top IT engineer role covering whole of Asia at my early 30s.
Thought, I was left behind. But there are still some I had to share learnings to the decade experienced engineers. I was surprised about it.
Continuous self study, learning while working pays off since passing IT architect levels is a good investment.
