I've made these quite a few times by now and they are a big hit with my partner. The buns are surprisingly easy to fold IF your dough is sticky enough. The first time I made them, i thought to myself 'is this really right? Did I mess up the measurements? Why is my dough 50% butter?' but nope! The dough is very sticky and a greasy as seen in this video. this is a HUGE help when assembling everything. Cheese should be added last (as shown), as it gives you something not moist to fold the dough around. If you, like I have also done, add the sauce last then you'll end with a huge mess and the dough wont stick to itself. I tried stuffing them with jam. Didnt work, only if you fold them like a bao/nikuman. You can throw some nutella or chocolate in there though. They are a bit tricky to assemble the first few times, but once you get a hang of it, they are actually quite fast and easy to do. Thank you for the recipe!

My wife and daughter freaked when they ate these! Demanded I immediately make more. I wrapped the cooled down burgers in plastic wrap and placed in the freezer for later use. To reheat them, unwrap and place in an 1100 watt oven on high for 1 minute. They were heated perfectly, just like out of the oven. I like my food pretty warm, so I added 10 seconds. Just like a McDonalds Big Mac, only better because I made it! Thanks for the great video!
How to make a cheeseburger differently?
Me: Proceeds to make a cheeseburger without cheese
There was cheese what are you talking about
I see you misunderstand me

The bread recipe was great! I was able to double the recipe in my bread machine and it came out pretty good. Thank you!

Hayırlı Ramazanlar ❤️🇹🇷
We make these too :) we use a pizza dough because it bakes similarly to bread. So pizza + burger, we call them Purgers 😂
I will make this and make it for the family, I'm sorry but this looks extremely yummy.
Edit: so I made them last night since I had time and my family loved it, they even groaned when they were eating it. These are so good glad I found this recipe. I will for sure include these on my lunch or dinner items!

Been making things like this for about 15-20 years. You can save a lot of time by starting off with your favorite store bought biscuits. Roll them out flat, put whatever you want in them. Egg wash and bake for whatever it says on the biscuit packaging. Works great with leftover Sloppy Joe, or leftovers from Taco night.
Wtf is a sloppy joe
@@GiGitteru Google is your friend. Sloppy Joe: _"A sloppy joe is a sandwich consisting of ground beef or pork, onions, tomato sauce or ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and other seasonings, served on a hamburger bun. The dish originated in the United States during the early 20th century."_
Sloppy joe buns, god that sounds so good. Thank you for the idea!
this is so smart like less waste because the ingredients is inside and it will not be pushed when u bite thank u for this uwu
I totally agree! I lose always pieces while eating hamburger :')
