such a lovely validation of the tides of spiritual progress. The lows are def integrations for me. I used to think that they were the darkness returning when in reality they are just the lulls of integration.
It took 20 years to undo the damage of 61 years of constant chaos and having to let everyone I knew go. I understand why it had to happen as it did, and for the most part I am able to keep my vibration up, maybe not all the way up, but compared to where I was it's light-years, and I can hardly believe I've done it. I used to be so angry and now 99% of the time I am not and if I do its righteous anger. But sadness can creep in once in a while especially from being tired but I am very, very tired. It was a long and crazy 61 years.

I was under the impression that when we are low ,higher beings can’t help us because it is too difficult for them to come down in frequency. Good to know I get help when I need it most! Thanks Lee! ❤

Combined with a recent tarot reading i did, this is saying what I thought my spirit team had been trying to tell me, even though i've been feeling spiritual self doubt and "disconnected" recently. "Shed heavy weight in order to elevate to what's meant for you." There's a sense of relief hearing it from somewhere else, as if I'm not as spiritually disconnected as i feel like I've been. Even though I'm still trying to take the message into account for myself, I'm hoping to integrate it soon!
How do you resolve a relationship that is over, my father was a narcissist and my oldest brother was bipolar. I am still dealing with anxiety from all of it.
I LOVE this message! I have a question: What part of experiencing the low state is specifically clearing it? Is *any* experience of a depression beneficial because it’s clearing something out, or are there ways we can make the most of a depression, or even accidentally make the worst of it, through our thoughts and actions?
