    One of the towns I dug a crawl space addition in required ALL material to be removed as if it were a basement being dug, then put the material back after the stem walls were built and inspected. Craziness and such a waste. Great vid as always brother!

    Around here we put stone under footings that might see some water. I worked at a house one time where they didn’t put the stone in high ground water and the footing rolled .the wall fell over before they even started building the house. We had to go demo all the walls and start over with soil stabilization cloth and then 6 “ of 3/4” . Nice job getting that stump out under those wires. 👍

    Nice job "BOSS" on this UNKNOWN which made more work for you. Maybe not a lot of digging but very *precise* with end result looking good. That last stump (wires above) were a chore for sure. *STUMP SAID, KOBELCO - ON YOUR KNEES* and it all ended well. And another good thing was the silver MOPAR pick me up did not get hurt! THANKS!

      Most towns I've worked in Putnam and Westchester don't like stone under the footing, unless you had frost issues or mud to dig out.

    Overdig in a trench should always be 1 ft more to the inside than the outside

    • @DIRT-BOSS
      @DIRT-BOSS  Год назад +1

      I give 3 foot all around but in that frostwall trench I did go over the extra foot on the inside

    • @billiamnye6562
      @billiamnye6562 Год назад +1

      @@DIRT-BOSS that’s why you’re the man. A lot of people dig off their wall line but don’t understand that those are outside measurements and they don’t account for the thickness of the wall. Whenever there is a trench situation and the excavation contractor gets it wrong it’s the inside 98% of the time.
