Beautiful as always, Hans. Nice finds, too. You clean them very well. Perhaps you could make a couple videos of your cleaning process. It would be beneficial to many of your viewers.
Stunning scenery. Headed into a scorching weekend here in Australia so lovely to be reminded that cool and misty mornings await us as the seasons roll on. Best wishes for more great finds on your pathway. Thank you for posting Hans.
Wow, Hans. That is definitely a majestic forest. Your films are superb, one of the most relaxing Metal Detecting channels on RUclips. Well done, Hans. ✌️👍👍🦘🇦🇺🦘
The uniform button turned out great. You can imagine a young lady riding through the woods with the brooch in her hair, it catches on a twig and...next thing Hans is picking it up. Thanks for the beautiful video.
Guten Tag Mein Frueind... Hope all's well with everyone/thing! Keep up the good work and vids. Be safe and take care, "God Bless", sincerely, Randy. 😇🙏👊
thank you,I'm happy to hear you like the videos. I love detecting there. It's both exciting and relaxing. thank you for watching and for your kind comment :)
Nice to see you back on your old footpath Hans. Thanks for showing us your beautiful scenery as usual. Some more really nice finds. All the best buddy and HH.
hello tony, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the finds. I'm so amazed about what I can find on this path. I can't wait to return there :) thank you for watching and take care, too, hans
Anorher beautiful video, Hans. I appreciate the care you take in your videos. You have a wonderful eye for detail and artistic presentation. Always a joy to watch.
Hans how are you doing Brother I’m so happy to watch your videos they are absolutely amazing I am a collector of Native American artifacts here in Canada 🇨🇦 and I am your biggest fan 🙏
@ I check your channel everyday for a new video and love the feeling of anticipation when your coil goes Beep beep keep looking brother and thank you again 🙏🇨🇦
Hey, thanks Hans, and a lovely video as ever my friend. I really liked the silver brooch - 😍 gorgeous! About your interference - maybe I can help a little? I think your machine is the Deus 2, yes? I've had many problems with my Deus 2 and electric fences - I think the FMF struggles with electric fences 🥴 so I recently started using 'Deus Mono' mode. Also, select a frequency which isn't too high - around 17Khz, and finally do a Frequency scan around that 17Khz frequency, to hopefully find a 'clean area'. Then, with a bit of luck, you can still push the settings and 'search deep' without too much annoying interference... 🙏🏻 Anyways, apologies if you have tried this - but I thought maybe it could help you?... Take care then, and thanks again for your fantastic work!... Bobby (Manchester 🐝 , UK).
hello bobby, thank you for your tips. I use the deus I and I tried so many things. For some reasons the higher khz settings work the best. the problem is still there but significantly reduced. I have to turn down the sensitivity quite a lot though. anyways I will have passed the area of the fence soon. thank you for staying tuned and for your support my friend. all the best and take care, too, hans
@@TerraGermaniaTG Hey 👋 thanks for a great reply Hans. I know you always had the Deus 1 with the white HF coil - great machine 🙏🏻. And yes, I guess it will be much better once you're past the E-fence area ⚡ Anyways, vielen Dank für all deine harte Arbeit und Leidenschaft, mein Freund. Bobby 🤝
G’day Hans Thank you for your latest detecting video on the old path. I love the brooch you found. It looks beautiful. Maybe I could find one for my wife one day. Great to see you again. Best wishes. Andy from Australia.
hello andy, thank you for watching and for your support :) you can show the brooch to a goldsmith. it should be no problem to copy it. all the best and greetings from germany, hans
I was most impressed with the Holland America Line button. Beautiful condition! Gorgeous fall colours too! Thank you, once again, for bringing us along.
Superb content, Hans, and filmed with professional care and quality. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm and joy in metal detecting for historic objects.👏
I imagine the broach could have been lost when the lady slid down from her horse and didn’t realize the broach caught on the saddle, breaking the delicate pin. Later she probably rode back and forth on the trail frantically trying to find her lost keepsake, given to her by her fiancée that was off to his military service… to be continued 😉 You are my favorite RUclips channel, period.
haha.. thank you for this cute but also a bit sad story. I'm happy to hear you like my channel! thank you for watching, commenting and for your support :)
I lost you for a while. I used to watch and some how I lost the channel. It was my doing, not RUclips. You just popped up this evening and I subscribed. I always enjoyed your hunts. Very well done. You pay a lot of attention to your photography and music. I will make sure I stick around this time. I have some catching up to do.
I'm happy to hear you enjoyed my video :) I love especially autumn and spring at this site. thank you for watching and for appreciating my friend :) all the best, hans
All that beauty that makes me sit down and breathe. The brooch did make me a little sad as I hope that long ago woman did not meet with harm in the words. We have sailed numerous times on Holland America ships so that find was particularly delightful. Thank you as always
let's hope it was a banal reason why she lost the brooch :) It's really odd to find a button like that on a remote old path but that's metal detecting for you :) thank you for watching!
The dutch button is from the town Rotterdam. Holland-Amerika line steamliner brought emigrants to America. The ship is now a museum and lies still in port in Rotterdam. Huge vessel !
It’s hard to choose a favorite from such wonderful fines, I guess I enjoyed the small ring the most, it’s a shame these items can’t speak to us and tell us their history. I believe the real winner was the beauty of the path. Thank you, Hans. Your fan from the beautiful state of Tennessee, USA.
I'm happy to hear you like the finds. I also think that the path is a treasure in itself. especially in autumn it is very beautiful. thank you for watching and for your kind comment!
I trust you are well; you seem a bit winded. 🙏 It's always a joy to find your new videos...beautiful scenery, you bring a sense of calm. Your treasures are beautiful!
Good afternoon Hans my friend, so nice to get a notification 👍🏻😊. Great to see you back on the ancient footpath finding beautiful relics. I also really don’t like electric fence interference, always worse when the air is a bit damp. Nice little silver broach ! Hopefully we will see a bit more of your channel, as always all the best from Somerset UK 💯👍🏻👍🏻✨👏🏻
thank you for your loyalty my friend :) I've never had such intense issues with emi in the past. it is almost impossible to detect there. fortunately I will have passed the fence soon. all the best and greetings from frankfurt, hans
Hello Hans so good to see you again. I was out detecting this morning at Upper Largo Fife and unfortunately snapped my Reaper coil of my AT Pro so your videos are the next best thing as always Scotland sends its regards
That buckle is still used today, but usually plastic. it's used with a flat strap, commonly on backpacks and compression sacks used in camping and backpacking gear..
Hello Hans, the buckle you found at 4:22 is a U.S. buckle from the chinstrap of a U.S. helmet from ww2.
Yes indeed it is.
Wow!
Called a ladder buckle, still made today in plastic and metal
thank you very much for the info :)
My man! I’ve missed you! Glad to see you back today!
