When I listened to Sally.EXE talking,I think she was actually describing Sark,because Sark is the Sonic.EXE from the original Sally.EXE

Technically, attacking Exetior before he finishes his dialogue enough times is your victory, but since Sonic dies in all three scenarios, (Exetior beheads Sonic, Sonic gets a heart attack, Exetior makes Sonic commit suicide) it's meant to end on a sour note. After all, you, the player, failed to save the girls, so why should you get a happy ending? On that note, if you do play this game, try getting the True Ending where Sark is about to kill Exetior and Negagen in Metallic Madness WITHOUT fighting Brally! Jaiz put a little extra reminder to make you feel guilty for taking shortcuts!

But there is a sort-of remedy for this: Jaiz's next game is gonna be that remake of Nightmare Beginning he temporarily put on hold and I'm sure you can still get the Best Ending there where Sonic defeats Exetior and with the help of Tails, Knuckles, Eggman, and Metal Sonic, get freed from his possession.

Damien Luna sonic kept resisting as long as he was alive in exetiors mind. Unlike the other .exes, sonic was possessed by an actual demon, therefore he could fight back, like he did in end of hope, and possibly even defeat exetior and take back control of his body. I don’t think exetior wanted to kill sonic, he truthfully wanted to help everyone just not the way they all thought, and sonic thought exetior was only killing them for his own benefit, therefore he resisted. Chaos hunter only provoked him even more. This could be wrong but this is what I’ve gathered from sally.exe

The boss theme is a remix of Phi Battle Theme from Sonic Battle, my favorite Sonic game!

Technically yes, but this remix actually originated from Sonic Advance 3's EX Boss titled, "Nonagression." So, it's not a fan-made composition, and the reason why they sound similar is because the Phi Battle theme in Sonic Battle is used when Sonic is forced to kill his "son," Emerl. He then fights him again in Sonic Advance 3 when Eggman upgrades him into Gemerl and the EX Boss involves Gemerl going rogue, so he has to kill his "son" AGAIN. Don't worry though, Gemerl is found and repaired by Tails and Gemerl becomes one of Cream's best friends.
