Boiled Greens are a staple of Greek cuisine. Amaranth greens or vlita are some type of greens we enjoy having as a side dish with our main, cooked with some veggies to add variety and flavor to the salad. Ja, es ist schwierig, sie im Ausland zu finden. Ich hatte Glück und konnte sie in einigen internationalen Supermärkten finden, da sie auch in der asiatischen Küche verwendet werden.
