Sadly, I still don't know the solfege for the sharp and flat notes. The disadvantage of the A-G way of thinking about notes doesn't give that much information about sound vs solfege, although it is very useful and powerful for written music.
Hey Garry, in my opinion the solfege is not better than a-g, it is just different. The problem with doing do re mi fa sol, is that it correlates to scales and you have no idea which notes you have to play without knowing where to start :)

What I struggle with is playing both hands at the same time while being on tempo.
Hey Nicholas, I can advise you not to play up to speed until you manage to play both hands at the same time slowly. The speed will come.
