Wonderful restoration. One of the better recordings of Madam Eames; it’s a shame that a Lyric Coloratura such as herself sang so much stuff out of her repertoire. Here she perfectly demonstrates how she was really a light soprano, not a dramatic! (and one of the best to ever live too) Her jewel song from Faust is equally marvelous. Thank you for sharing this wonderful record with us!

Shouldn't the opening trill be longer? I like the way she saves the highest note until the end, though. The recording is as bad as can be, even for 1906.
