    Step 1. Do not move here. As a result, there is a ton of traffic, there isn't much to do in Frisco, and you will get tired of living here after one year. Plus, as a Cowboys fan, we haven't won a Superbowl in ages [we suck].

      Every city has traffic. And Field's West will add a lot of things to do:) Buying before its built is a better strategy due to equity growth.

      Frisco is a fun place for the right and fun people! Many years ago, Cowboy is no. 1 in Frisco. Right now, PGA American headquarter, Universal Studio and other major projects are no.1. Even 2 real estate agents who live in Plano and favor Plano stating that Frisco is the only city in north Dallas more like a city ( At least, in northern Dallas surrounding area). They did state that Southlake, Coppell like suburbs, but they did not say their favor home town Plano like a city. Instead, they stated that Frisco is the only one more or less like a city.)
      People are different because they come from different background. One person's favorite may be the other different background people hates! I like the ACM country music awards in Frisco very much plus almost the most safe place in the USA! ( Maybe the only Macy shopping in collin/Denton counties in the future is Stonebriar center based on recent news!)

    If you have to use the north dallas tollway and go and come at rush hour, don't do it. I have several friends that live up there and the tollway is horrible at rush hours. Too much traffic depends on that single north-south road.

    • @lifeindallasfortworth

      Yes and construction slows everything down.

    • @waynelowe665

      I experienced the similar traffic situation between Plano's west park blvd and Preston road so that I decide not to go to Plano's Tarder-Joe. Instead, I go to McKinney's Trade-Joe. I don't drive a parking lot liked highway 75, instead, I drive Eldorado Parkway.
      Dallas Tow-way traffic during construction is the major reason that I don't want to live to north of I-380!
      Anyway, according to Smart Asset 2025 report, Frisco is the no. 1 remote working city in the USA with 1/3 workers working at home in 2024. So, any traffic issue like other DFW cities do not bother Frisco residents in a city with shopping places everywhere.
      I feel sorry for residents of Frisco 's neighbor cities! Best wish to them!

    A famous real estate consulting called Reventing Consulting state this -
    Almost everywhere Texas real estate drops and will drop more in 2025 except 2 places:
    1.) Collin county ( He especially says this - Frisco real estate value in 2024 still increase 2.2% with the highest in Texas ; he also predicts that Frisco housing price will continue to grow in 2025; he did not state any other Collin county's cities with 2025 growth))
    2.) Houses around privileged Rice university!
    ** That consulting company seldom predicts any state, cities in the USA real estate price will go up!

      That is great news. US wide they are predicting it to increase. I think there are always naysayers but DFW has definitely always held strong.

    Totally feel differently about DNT - have to pay and sit in traffic, lots of traffic! 75 has traffic too but free! And usually Les traffic than DNT!

    • @lifeindallasfortworth
      @lifeindallasfortworth  Месяц назад

      I think the biggest difference is the DNT has traffic during rush hour which is expected. And every day whenI drive it during non peak hours there is zero traffic. 75 always has traffic...even at 1:00 during the day. Drives me crazy:(

    So many USA beach towns disasters such as recent disaster of LA luxurius towns, MIami's beach towers falling down, $6000 per month HOA fee on Florida beach condo. Living in xetremely high-end inland beautiful communities - Frisco fields, you don't worry about becoming homeless suddenly, die suddenly, $6000 per month condo HOA fee with affordable Frisco home insurance with State Farm ( without rejection by State Farm )!!

      @@Hypnoticcc69 that’s hilarious! Great reference! Most new developments have little charm at inception. It’s a few years later that the trees grow and the landscaping fills out. Also, there is still a ton of construction. So you have to have vision to capitalize on the incoming equity run:))

      @@lifeindallasfortworth You're spot on. In a few years, when that development stabilizes--absent some major economic chaos--demand for that coveted area/school district will drive those entry level SF attached homes beyond 900k headed toward 1m.

    • @georgb4440
      @georgb4440 Месяц назад +1

      @@lifeindallasfortworth you're correct. The name Frisco, Texas comes from the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway, also known as the Frisco Line. The name is a combination of letters from the railway's name:
      FR: From Francisco
      IS: From St. Louis
      CO: For Company

    • @Edog1337

      The Frisco ikea is okay. Grand Prairie half an hour south off President Bush tollway has better inventory.
