Just in case anyone's confused, the Evo from GT2 he got the specs from is the race modified version of the Evo III that you can get in Arcade Mode. That mode has a lot of these race modified rally vehicles with prebuilt parts installed to be as authentic as possible at the time.

I always enjoy your evo builds, but this one may be my favourite of the lot. Another fantastic Special Projects pack, every car has been fantastic. It's a shame this pack seemingly hasn't been as popular as previous packs, as I think this is one of the best ones so far. Regardless, I'm looking forward to more from Special Projects in the future. Thank you for all these packs and all the packs to come.

I think in 96 they DID have a seqeunctial, but 95 was manual
I dont think this car had more than 315hp

Thank you for another great pack of cars! It’s a shame the algorithm’s screwing you over at the moment, but that’s RUclips for you. Just a caveat to your comparison with the 911, I think the physics have made dirt driving easier, not taking anything away from the build though.

Where do we get this car
You can get the Evo 3 in the used dealer every so often, then just follow the tune guide here to make it
