It is pretty straight forward story, deepika is prabhas mother, trailer has been cut in such a way that you feel prabhas and deepika are in same timeline. Ashwatthama protects deepika's son and then he makes a grown-up prabhas realise he is kalki and fight yashkin. The girl prabhas is after can be seen at 2:20 in the trailer.

If we consider mythology whenever BHAGWAN VISHNU takes his avtaar form(in this case KALKI) a part of BHAGWAN SHIV(SHIVANSH) is always there as companion(like HANUMAN).
So in this BHAIRAVA(Prabhas) will play the role of companion to protect KALKI as he haven't born yet...
NOTE: Bhairava is also one the name of bhagwan SHIV

Deepika is actually carrying Kali . While Prabhas is Kalki . Prabhas was born in shambala . Prabhas is the son of Mrunal Thakur . Deepika is actually Padma and Mrunal is Sumati . Deepika uses
SUM - 80 code name to tribute Mrunal who might be her relative or even her mother . So Deepika and Prabhas might be siblings ( which at the time both Prabhas and Deepika don’t know that they are siblings) .

Well, the name Sumathi is similar to Sum-80 and is a good detail. She's Kalki's mother according to the scriptures.
And also according to the scriptures, Kalki's father's name is Vishnuyasha. It sounds kind of similar to Yashkin or Yaskin or whatever the supposed villain's name is. He may be the father of Kalki. It can be a possibility.
In past wala frame from trailer where ashwathama collapse, there's and elephant in front. In Mahabharata, it is said that to kill dronacharya Lord Krishna advices pandavas on killing ashwathama which would enrage dronacharya and make him take wrong step. But, in reality, it was impossible to kill ashwathama. So, they decided to kill an elephant with same name and made dronacharya believe that pandavas kill ashwathama and when dronacharya enquired this with pandavas as he know elder of pandavas never lies, it turned out true that ashwathama has been killed. From there, pandas reluctantly killed dronacharya as well. Ashwathama knows about this ploy and returns to battlefield where his father was battling. This whole frame is depicted in this trailer's one frame.

I dint believe in the theory where bhairava goes back in time to save himself because that would result in a paradox where bhairava grows up and keeps going back in time to save himself. And that would result in kalki not being to do the job he's here for and instead spending his time in the past to dave himself just foe the sake of it.

in 2898 AD, where Kali wants to create millions of little kalis. If they become immortal, the world will not end. But despite many attempts, he failed. One day he finds the remains of Rama in the Himalayas. We all know that the gods attained immortality through amrita. He tries to clone both Rama and his DNA. After several attempts he gets promising results with Deepika. But Ashwatthama is confused because the baby Kali has Rama's DNA. Then we meet in the middle of a desert, where Bhairava has a big fight with Ashwathamma, who regains his memory and Then he succeeds in stopping the birth of Kali with Bhairava as Kali is distracted by Roxie (Mohini).
In the end, Ashwatthama reveals to everyone that Kalki is none other than Bhairava. Then we get a panoramic view of Lord Vishnu appearing in the clouds behind Kalki.
Kali, on the other hand, is devastated and decides to travel to the past/future time to retrieve the divine weapons from the Mahabharata or to stop the birth of Kalki.

While kali will be manipulating yaskin to do his dirty work and will be revealed at the end of the movie setting up the next movie

According to wiki page of kalki purana - shambala is located north to the river Shita (based on buddhist texts), which is said to be the modern day river Tarim in Tibet. The taklamakan desert in china is the tarim river basin. This makes so much sense according to the setting of the movie being a desert.

Actually i js noticed that the small murti in golden colour in hands with one gloves is of kaal bhairav as we can see dog like creature as vahan so it may really connect with bhairava...
My theory is that, Deepika is Sumati, & she's pregnant with Kalki. While Yaskin is Kali & he knws everything through our mythological scriptures that Kakli will unalive him. (He also got to knw the parents of Kalki frm the scriptures, which he filtered out in search of new body) While Bhairava is reincarnation of Shiv ji who plays a major role in the lore as Shiv ji provides Kalki a glowin' sword, a white horse (which can run on land, float on water & fly too) & a parrot that knws everything. So, I connect it as Bhujji is the parrot (as AI she knws everything) & the car is the white horse (due to multiple mobility) & till now I haven't figured out the sword.

Kalki Puran is a relatively small puran which mentions kalki having Pashuram as his teacher who reminds him of his purpose and also ask him to worship lord Shiva and that’s how he gets His horse Devdutt and his sword.
He will also have two wives padmavati and Rama and he not only fights off Kali but there are a lot of demons mentioned in the puran.
It’s a very important part of the Srimad Bhagwat Puran but is sold individually too if you wish to read it

I think kalki is the boy raia, because we are seeing him as a one of the mysterious characters in the story and also he is the one who first finds ashwattama and if we mix it with the theory of time travel i guess they might explain us a paradox that is happening and bhairava main role in it.

I think the fact that Deepika is pregnant with Yaskin's kid can be real, kyuki agar woh baccha kalki hai, toh hindu scriptures ke mutabik unke pita ka naam Vishnuyash hoga. VishnuYash aur Yaskin, simillar sound karta hai.
