    Thank you chef Ali, I just made curry lobster, white rice and stir fry veg and I used your video to guide me through as it was my first time cooking lobster and it was so tasty.. Best tasting seafood meal I've cooked in a very long time.

    Do u use scotch bonnet thank you for your knowledge chef my best friend's the 64-year-old rasta and he wants Curry Lobster and asked me 2 years in a row for it and I wasn't sure how it was prepared Caribbean style I've been a chef for 34 years in the past 16 years I've been perfecting my Caribbean food I've made every kind just about except for the curry Lobster that's going down this week thanks to your Insight may you be blessed of the most high

      I live in Chicago where I get them at the grocery store every now and then but sometimes the flavors are off and on if you know what I mean. Let me know how your curry lobster turn out, I used coconut milk in this recipe but not a lot of it but you can add a bit more if your best friend loves it🙂

      @@ChefAliCookingShow yes I'm very picky with my scotch on it that's why I grow my own but I happen to get lucky enough to find a man of Spanish Market down here that had habaneros and then next to it they had Scotch bonnets the real one

      Thank you so much! Using corn starch can be optional, I use it to thicken the curry sauce but you can make your sauce without it or try substituting it with potato starch or rice flour🙂👍🏾

      Yes please, thank you for asking. In the video I give step-by-step instructions on how much to add and when to add the corn starch. Also you can take a look at the video description for the list of ingredients😊

    i like this ingredient but what i do is burn the curry a bit to bring out that curry flavor with all my onions and so on then add the lobster with the seasoning but ill try this way to see if it has any taste difference

And they actually turn out good. That’s the beauty about cooking. It’s really simple when you have all the ingredients

    Last question is it possible to make this recipe using only one lobster tail. Does it called for the same ingredients or do I cut everything in half?

      No problem my youth! Questions make fi ask, you see me. Yes, you can make it with one lobster tail, just use less curry and vegetable seasoning, keep the coconut milk the same. You can even add some shrimps to it to, if you want to use the same ingredients. You can use this recipe for both lobster and shrimp if you want to.
