Amazing, I have a 2015 Elantra and my fan doesn't turn on. I saw your video, removed the relay, bridged it and it turned on 😍 Thank you very much

I tested it using long nose pliers, and my Lo-Fan works. However, putting back the fuse of the Lo Fan did not work. So, I fixed it by changing the fuse just like what you said. Big thanks for the information. It helped a lot.😊

Hey Boss..... this helped me out soooo much and thank you. BUT.....gotta tell you what was wrong with mine.
We pulled the electrical connector on the fan and one of the terminals was completely BURNED OUT on plug.
We ran a hot wire from the battery to the fan other end of the connector and fan started working.
Checked a few BLOGS and found out this plug is a POS.....so we are replacing it tomorrow and see if it works.
    Will keep you posted.
I was getting ready to get a new Fan from Amazon, but held off and glad I did.
I don't know why the fuse didn't blow before the plug did, but like I said.... a Blog said that the plug was a POS.

I have a 18 and the fan stays on and drains battery. I've checked the relays and it's fine but fan continues to run constantly even with keys out of ignition

The 40 amp fuse is for the ignition not the fan

I used plyers to connect the pins and test the fan as you did. The high speed works but the low speed does not. Would this likely be caused by a problem with the fan motor? Or is there something else I should check?

It is absolutely awesome, a great pleasure, and a thrill to see and listen to a White Caucasian Aryan Anglo Saxxon Man who clearly knows what he is talking about INTELLIGENTLY explaining an issue so well. Yeah, I am from Miami, Florida. One of the last of the Mohicans!

hey yall mine had the same issue fan wouldn't turn on when ac was on.
found out i had a refrigerant leak on the high side hose after replacing it i charged the system with refrigerant (once it reached the desired refrigerant level the condenser turned on automatically.)
(BUT before hand I tested all RELAYS FUSES ELECTRICAL WIRING AND JUMP THE FAN AT THE RELAY BOARD AND BY ITS SELF WITH 12V AND ALL THE ABOVE WORKED FINE)
i did quite a research but found nothing about it so hopefully this helps.
