"noona" is a korean term for guys to refer to women older than them like how they use "hyung" to older guys. for girls its "unnie" for older women and "oppa" for older men. its not exclusive to siblings only
thank you for explaining! i'd also like to add that these should be used in actual real life situations *if you're close to that person.* like don't expect to use it if you're only acquaintances or smth.
This is Shinee's debut song in 2008. It's the song that everyone in the industry know and still being covered by lots of groups. Back then, SM gave no pre-debut promotion, the news of Shinee's debut only announced by SM just a few days before the debut stage (back then, the use of YT/social media is not as strong as nowadays), they nailed the stage, and become really famous ever since (it's super rare, it usually takes some time for a group to be really famous). Shinee invented the "Rookie Grandslam" when they won every single rookie awards in 2008. They're also acknowledged by the industry for their influence, and also known as trendsetter, from their song, concept, dance choreo, style, music, etc. Even the fashion in this MV (high top sneakers, colorful skinny jeans, and outfits) became a trend. Replay has a continuation to other songs "Love Sick" from 2015 album Odd then "Marry You" from their latest album Don't Call Me. The 3 songs basically telling the stories of their relationship with the noona that's still going strong since day 1 they finally proposed to her.
SHINee, 2nd Gen.. and they are still slaying in 2021. This is their Debut Song.. released 2008. Theyre between 14-18. And Replay CANCELLED?? REPLAY 14 years later... IS STILL PLAYED IN KOREA.. from shows to stores to clubs. Still covered by new groups like a default.
You need more SHINee in your life... everyone does. They're the Princes of KPop...well, now they're Kings, but still. They're amazing. They're 2nd Gen.
So happy you're reacting to SHINee! This is their debut song in 2008. The members were 14 to 18 at the time. Did you spot Taemin? Baby at 14 in this one. Such amazing performers, singers, dancers, artists. Look forward to more reactions to SHINee .
Debuted in 2008 as 5 member group aged between 14-18. Since they debuted at such a young age they are of the same age or younger than than the 3rd generation kpop groups. "Replay" is known as the best debut song by any kpop groups.
i think you're underestimating kpop fans bc this still holds the reputation of the best debut song in all of kpop to this day, even to new kpop fans. 😄 shinee are always highly praised for being the princes of kpop bc of their entire discography, performance skills, their VOCALS, and just have so many hit songs under their belts. they're known as the idols of idols bc countless idols look up to them as artists and even wanted to become idols because of shinee!!!! we probably wouldn't have so many amazing kpop idols today if it weren't for shinee for inspiring a lot of people to become idols in the first place, honestly.
SHINee's "Replay" isn't just nostalgic, it's legendary. And SHINee are legends. The Noona (the older girl SHINee have a crush on that they are singing to) in the "Replay" MV is the leader of their sister group***, Victoria from F(x). This MV came out more than a year before F(X) debuted so this was Victoria even before debut. (Funny thing is, Victoria is native Chinese and she says she was still learning Korean during this time and she could barely even say SHINee.) Victoria was so perfect in this role because she is a few years older than any of the SHINee members so she fit well as the lead actress in this MV. As the song says, 'Noona neomu yeppeo .... replay, replay, replay ...." In other words they are saying "pretty older woman I really like you and I think you like me too ... every time I see you I need a replay of the moment over and over again in my head." Noona neomu yeppeo is a Korean term that essentially means "Pretty older woman" Yeppeo is a term that means beautiful that is only used by guys to describe a beautiful woman that is older than them. There really isn't a literal translation of the term so that is why the song is called "Replay" in English. But in Korean it is called "Noona neomu yeppeo." That's why if you watch SHINee on a lot of variety shows and TV programs, the older women in the show often ask SHINee to sing this song to them. ***** SHINee and F(x) are both SM Entertainment groups, they debuted within a year of each other, they both are 5 member groups (Now 4 member groups ;( ) and they have similar music styles and concepts, etc. F(x) is pretty much the female version of SHINee. "Replay" actually came out in 2008 -- more than 12 years ago -- however, SM launched their new RUclips channel in 2011 and reuploaded all their older videos at that time. So all of their older MVs and content will have a 2011 date but, like "Replay," they actually may be from much earlier. "Replay" is literally considered one of the best debut songs of all time for any Kpop artist because it's so timeless and it never goes out of style or sounds outdated no matter how old it gets. And this is why SHINee are Icons. This song makes all the women swoon. Every new rookie group in the industry has covered "Replay" at least once in their career and it's one of those songs that is pretty much compulsory for everyone to know and learn. And SHINee is the group that almost everyone who came after them cites as the reason why they wanted to become a singer and dancer. Even senior artists in the industry icolize them. You just witnessed baby SHINee and were already blown away, just imagine what it will be like as you go through their discography and MVs. They have 13 full-length albums (7 Korean albums and 6 Japanese albums) -- several repackaged albums, a multitude of mini albums, numerous OSTS, they each have solo songs and albums and there are hundreds of live performances that will absolutely leave you speechless with their talent. And it only gets more and more impressive as you follow them through their career. They have accomplished a lot in the past 12+ years and they are one of the groups that made Kpop what it is today. SHINee are one of the most iconic and influential groups as trendsetters. This song was way ahead of its time when it first came out. SHINee are known for never being afraid to experiment with their style and sound in a song and for the fact that no two songs of theirs will ever be the same even on the same album. SHINee are always setting trends, never following them. As SM's experimental boy group, nothing you hear from SHINee will ever sound the same, and, yet, somehow it will always sound like SHINee. So this shows just how talented even as teenagers SHINee were. If you want to see where SHINee truly shines you have to watch their live concert performances. Fun fact: SM originally wanted to make SHINee a hip-hop group. Hip-hop was the style of music that was really popular when they debuted. That's why Key and Minho are both rappers and how Taemin started out as a popper in dance. But as Key tells it, they just didn't have the swag to pull of hip-hop, so SM switched up their sound and style to something that fit them better and they came up with the signature classic SHINee R&B vocals they are now known for. I, for one, am so glad they debuted with their signature R&B style instead of hip-hop. I can't imagine the world if we never knew the amazing vocals and sound that is SHINee today. Things would be so different. May 25, 2021, will be SHINee's 13th anniversary. So SHINee are part of the second generation of Kpop and yet they are younger than most everyone in their generation and are the same age or even younger than many members of groups who came after them, such as EXO and BTS, etc. which are part of Kpop's third generation. SHINee debuted young and have the experience of seasoned veterans. It just goes to show you why they are legends in the industry. When SHINee debuted Onew (the leader and lead vocalist) was 18, Jonghyun (the main vocalist and songwriter) had just turned 18, Minho (the main rapper and sub-vocalist) and Key (lead vocalist and sub-rapper) were 16 and Taemin (Main dancer and lead vocalist) was 14, so now they are all in their late 20s and early 30s. (Onew turned 31 in December.) SHINee are some of the most well respected artists in the industry. Onew (Pronounced Oh-New, real name Lee JinKi) -- the one in the hat -- is the leader of the group and he has one of the most unique and best voices in the industry. (Onew means, or sounds like, the Korean words for soft or gentle, so he was given his stage name because he has a very calm and gentle personality.) His vocals are unmatched. He even holds the record (40+ seconds) for the longest continuous note without changing tone or pitch, etc. Jonghyun -- the one with the bandanna -- is known as one of the best vocalist in Kpop who was one of the most prolific songwriters and composers of his generation. Jonghyun wrote and composed almost 40% of SHINee's songs, plus he wrote all of his own solo songs and numerous songs for other artists, such as EXO's "Playboy" and songs for Taemin, IU and Lee HI, etc., as well as participated in several movie and drama OSTs. He was one of the only SM artists to be given complete artistic control over his work, including several of SHINee's song selections. SM knew that if Jonghyun was involved in any way that the song would be a hit. He was extremely respected within the industry as a songwriter, composer and singer. He was one of the very first Idols to be known for this songwriting and composing skills. As the main vocalist, Jonghyun is the one you hear with all the amazing high notes and R&B runs and ad libs most of the time. Key -- the one in green -- is our diva and fashionista of the group who is SHINee's stylist for a lot of their MVs and stage outfits. SHINee are known for setting trends and never being afraid to experiment with their sound or look, so Key is known for really paying attention to detail when it comes to fashion. He is known for always being unique and wanting to stand out. He is an amazing singer and is a sub-rapper in the group. He is also known as SHINee's dance copy machine. Key has the ability to see and remember choreography the fastest in the group. He only needs to watch the dance once and he has it memorized. He is also SHINee's fluent English speaker, and he is almost as good as a native speaker. Minho -- the one playing basketball -- is the main rapper and visual of the group, but his vocals are also some of the best in the industry. Minho sings just as much as he raps. He also writes most of his own raps in SHINee's songs. Minho is one of the top actors in the industry and he has starred in numerous dramas and movies. Minho is also known as a top athlete. He says these days he goes to the gym a couple of times a day to work out just because he likes to work out, but he is also crazy about soccer, and he plays basketball, baseball and golf, and he is good at track and field events, etc., as well. And not only does he enjoy playing all those sports, but he is usually the best athlete on the field and he pretty much wins every time. There is a reason why Minho's nickname is "Flaming Charisma," and one reason is for his intense passion for sports and his need to always win. And Taemin -- the one in yellow -- is considered one of THE BEST dancers in the entire industry, and that's not just by fans but by everyone in the industry, including his peers. Taemin's nickname is the Korean Michael Jackson. As you can see by their "Replay" MV, even at 14, Taemin was one of the best dancers in the industry, and you will soon discover with the more that you watch from SHINee and Taemin's solo work, that he has only gotten more magnificent over the years. Taemin is also one of the most popular solo artists in the industry and he is a member of the Kpop supergroup SuperM. Taemin truly is art when it comes to his performances. SHINee are one of the top groups that are known for the fact that they all can do it all. They are a group of 5 amazing vocalists, 5 impressive dancers, 5 visuals, 5 rappers, 5 top actors, and 5 of the most talented and unique voices in all of Kpop. Once you get to know their voices you will always be able to pick them out of a crowd just by the sound of their voice. As a SHINee World -- what SHINee's fans are known as -- or Shawol for short (pronounced like shy-wall), I can tell who is speaking or singing within 1 second even with my eyes closed with them standing in a crowd of screaming fans. Each of their voices are that unique -- there is no one with a voice like any of theirs. That is why they are "The Princes of Kpop".

@@anvitharao2819 🤣🤣Oh yeah I remember that...Shinee has so many 💙💙Songs.Thier new album repackage is just so good too.I hope Linton will check more of them too. Indisputable talented human beings
I love how in the begginning you were like "yeah, this really screams 2010", and by 5:00 you were vibing so hard. I feel like everyone who listens to this song for the first time goes through the same progression xD
Noona is just an older girl, doesn’t have to be a sibling. Thank you for your reaction and PLEASE REACT TO MORE OF SHINEE. YOU WONT REGRET IT, WE PROMISE.
Noona is the Korean term that men use for women that they are close to and is older than them. It’s not necessarily their older sister (it can be used for older sister, but also is used to older female friends or even lovers at times), but it’s the closest English translation. So in this mv they are in love with an older woman who basically won’t take them seriously. Just like Oppa is the term women use for men that they are close to and are older than them. The closest English translation is older brother even though they don’t have to necessarily be their brother. There is also Eonni (sometimes written as Unni) which women use for older women they are close to which roughly translates to big sister and Hyung is used by men for older men they are close to which roughly translates to older brother. There are formal terms as well, but these are informal terms.
Welcome to the best debut song in K-Pop. 13 years and it still holds that title. Bowl-cut Taemin was only 14, and they were essentially the group that made singing live and dancing the standard in K-Pop. Fun fact, this song was so infamous it became a secret series throughout SHINee's career hidden in b-sides and the latest part, Marry You, on their newest album, is them finally proposing to the girl after 13 years.
Shinee is the 1st Asian artist to perform live at Abbey Road Studios. In 2011 they went to London to perform there. In a separate interview, the CEO of Abbey Road said that it's the 1st time he saw so many people gather outside the studio he thought The Beatles had a comeback. They recorded Replay in Abbey Road too. Another fun fact: Barack Obama knows Shinee and knows everytime Shinee's in the US they always eat in In n Out Burger. Obama mentioned them in his speech in the 8th Asian Leadership Conference 2017 in Seoul, saying that young people in US learn Korean to keep up with Shinee and mentioned Shinee's love for In n Out burger. The fact that Obama knows Shinee and their habits means he/member of his family/people close to him might be a fan of Shinee. That's why Shinee World or in short Shawol (Shinee's fandom name) also called him Obama sunbaenim (means senior) or said "Obama is a Shawol".
Be sure to check out their new music... 3 of them just got back from the military over the last few months and the other is set to go in later this year. Their new MV .... "Don't Call Me"; "CODE"; and "Atlantis" from their new album. They were 5 strong when the debuted in 2008, but we lost Jonghyun in December 2017.. They are known for their tight choreo and beautiful harmonies.
Noona in the video is f(X)'s Victoria, SHINee's sister group. SHINee is a contemporary band - experimental. They're your faves fave and what SHINee does, kpop follows. Taemin, the MJ of Korea, is SHINee's maknae. All members are soloists and there's a reason why they're the Princes of Kpop.
Welcome to SHINee World! SHINee is a 2nd. gen., boy group under SM Entertainment. They debuted in 2008 with this song and were between the ages of 14 (Taemin) and 18. "Replay" was the most successful debut song of all time and 3rd & 4th gen groups are still covering it today. In fact, many of those idols cite SHINee and Taemin as being their inspiration for becoming idols themselves. SHINee are LEGENDS and ICONS in the Kpop world. Very highly respected & loved in the Kpop industry. No one in Kpop has a bad thing to say about them. Most widely known to have killer live performances with exceptional dancing and phenomenal harmonies & live vocals (sing all songs 85-95% live; just backing vocals recorded). Reacting to live performances is always best because they sound either just like their recorded vocals or, most often, better than recordings. They are billed as a contemporary group because they can blend and sing in any genre of music - sometimes creating their own genres. For each comeback, they always give us something new. They are very experimental, unique, and each member has a very distinct voice. This is why their harmonies are so beautiful. Known to be the trendsetters of Kpop by starting new fashion trends (pencil jeans), the dance practice videos, introducing new genres to Kpop like dubstep and deep house, as well as introducing more complex, synchronized choreos while singing (they trained for this by running while singing), which was rare back then. It's no stretch to say that 3rd & 4th gen Kpop wouldn't have advanced as quickly or be what it is today without the influence of SHINee. They just dropped their latest album, "Don't Call Me" (February '21), plus the repackaged album, "Atlantis" (April, '21) after having been on hiatus due to three of the members completing their mandatory military service. I would definitely suggest you react to both of their newest title MVs, "Don't Call Me" and "Atlantis". They are vastly different from each other and show their versatility and the reason why they are the icons that they are. These guys have been together for 16 years counting training prior to debut and are extremely close -- true brothers who have been through some very trying and devastating trials, however, they have remained steadfast to and supportive of each other which has only strengthened their bond. This group is comprised of 5 members: Onew (pronounced Oh-new) - second vocalist in this MV: leader; main vocal and eldest; debuted at 18; now 32 (intl. age). Honey vocals, very rich and warm. Hits the high notes and has a record in Korea of holding the longest, sustained note at 40+ seconds. Songwriter; Actor; Soloist; has a killer ttakbam. On a whim, he wanted to try Opera and performed "Nessun Dorma" at one of their concerts --- KILLED IT! As a leader, Onew is very kind, gentle, & nurturing. He is the glue that holds the group together with his quiet support and encouragement. Indulgent father-figure to baby Taemin. Solo MVs to check out: "Blue", "Shine on You", "Lullaby". Will be in a musical soon and working on a 2nd solo album for this fall. Key - third vocalist in this MV; black jacket w/red silk shirt: lead rapper; lead vocal; dancer; debuted at 16; now 30 (intl age). Nasal tones and very versatile. Can really hit those high notes. Has a sing/rap style that flows nicely. After Taemin, Key is the next-best dancer of the group. Songwriter. Actor; Soloist. He is the SASSIEST of the group. No BS with him; tells it like it is and is quite the comedian. He and Minho are total opposites, but love each other even when they bicker endlessly...lol. Key is the fashionista of the group and the actual fashion designer for their stages. Key can also memorize choreos just by watching them once. Key is Taemin's surrogate 2nd Mom after Jonghyun's death and tries to keep Taemin under control....alas, Key is just as savage and uncontrollable...lol. As Key is the only member who is fluent in English, he is also now Taemin's official English tutor now that he's back from the military. Solo MVs to check out: "One of Those Nights", "I Wanna Be", "Forever Yours", "Cold". Coming out with a 2nd solo album this summer. Minho - 4th vocalist; red silk jacket w/black shirt: main rapper; lead vocal; dancer; visual of the group; debuted at 16; now 30 (intl age). Deep, velvety voice, but can also sing higher as well. He has a slight lisp. Minho writes his own rap segments; songwriter; actor; One solo song. Minho is called "Flaming Charisma" because he is EXTREMELY competitive and good in just about all sports: soccer, basketball, relay racing, high-dive; high-jump, etc. He does not like to lose. Minho is a excellent actor and has been in the most dramas of all of them. The most famous being "Hwarang". Minho is also the biggest SHINee fan of all. Attends other SHINee members solo events. He is Taemin's big brother, very loving and supportive. Would give Taemin the moon if possible. Solo MV to check out: "Home". No solo albums yet as he's working on his acting now. Taemin - Yellow jacket w/skateboard & "wicked" T-shirt: main dancer; lead vocal. Debuted at 14; now 27 (intl. age). Soft, extremely versatile voice - sensual and sexy. He can sing Metal just as easily as Rock, or a soft ballad. Can hit dem high notes. Songwriter; actor; plays the piano beautifully, most prolific soloist of the group & tweaks choreo for SHINee & SuperM. Couldn't sing at debut due to immature vocal cords and was tutored by Onew & Jonghyun, two of the best vocalists in Kpop. Started learning how to dance at 10, auditioned with SM at 11/12, debuted with them as main dancer at 14. One of the very best dancers in Kpop & legendary for same, as well as vocal abilities; a true performance artist unlike any other (not just my opinion). Many idols cite him as their inspiration for becoming an idol. First-ever SM male soloist from an active boy group in 2014 at the age of 21. First-ever idol to debut four different times within three different generations of Kpop. Currently an active soloist, member of SHINee, and member of SuperM - very busy guy. Taemin is the maknae (youngest) of the group and has been raised with SHINee. He's a interesting mix of all of them and has absorbed their collective talents like a sponge! Taemin is a chameleon and changes his style, voice, attitude according to which group he's with or acting as a soloist. He's a MONSTER on stage and his charisma is mesmerizing. Piercing eyes and stare. He is extremely intelligent, deep, and thoughtful. Very humble guy who is a work-a-holic, dedicated, and will dance 17-hours straight when necessary until he meets his standard of perfection, described as being like tofu with a core of iron. Also takes no bs and can be quite savage when necessary. Gets what he wants whether from his SHINee hyungs or SM. Spoiled rotten by his SHINee hyungs but also very loving towards them. He's my bias. Can you tell? Solo MVs to check out: "Criminal" and it's sister song "IDEA" from his latest album, "Never Gonna Dance Again" (Fall, 2020); "Want", "Famous", "Move", "Sayonara Hitori", "Flame of Love", "Thirsty", "Drip Drop", "Ace", "Press Your Number", etc....too many to list. Having a Beyond Live Concert on 5/2. Releasing his 4th full-length album around the 3rd week in May. (He has several mini-albums and Japanese albums as well.) Jonghyun: The first vocalist you see in this MV; main vocal, dancer. Debuted at 18. Very powerful, rich, most versatile voice, slightly nasal. This man was probably the best vocalist Kpop had ever heard, just phenomenal. High notes were no problem for him. He could also rap quite well and I think the 3rd best of the group (as they all can rap). Prolific songwriter (wrote over 40% of SHINee's songs, and songs for other artists. Could play several instruments (including being quite talented with the Kazoo); musical genius; Book author; Radio Show Host. Jonghyun wore his heart on his sleeve and thought very deeply about things. He was most often the one who cried the easiest, especially during moving performances. He also cared deeply about people and social issues. Jonghyun and Taemin knew each other before meeting the other SHINee members, as they were trainees together before being assigned to the group. As such, elder JH took Taemin under his wing and became, as JH put it, "Taemin's 2nd. mother". He was very protective of Taemin. JH also designated himself as Taemin's fan club president, attended Taemin's concerts, even delaying his own concert by 2 days just so he could attend Taemin's 1st solo concert with Onew. He was so proud of Taemin's singing growth and hardwork. Sadly, we lost Jonghyun to his life-long battle with chronic depression in 2017. This was devastating to SHINee, but their bond helped them to pull it together and continue on to keep Jonghyun's dream of SHINee forever alive. As they say, SHINee will always be 5 = 5HINee. Now, JH is their guardian angel and with them in spirit. Solo MVs to check out: "Crazy", "She Is", "Shinin", "Deja-Boo", "Lonely", "End of a Day" and many more. First Kpop artist to release self-written albums. I hope this answers any questions you may have about the group and that you will continue to explore their VAST discography (21 albums if you count their Japanese, mini, & EP albums) because with their ability to slide into and between all genres, there's usually something for everyone's taste. Thanks for this reaction.
One small correction Onew was born in Dec.14, 1989, so he is still 31. He won't turn 32 until next December. Same with Key and MInho -- they are both still 29. Key's birthday is in September and Minho's birthday is in December -- so they haven't had their 30th birthday yet.
누난 너무 예뻐 till this day is considered one of the if not THE BEST kpop debut EVER SHINee won so many awards with this banger that they had to set limits on how many awards you could win at some award shows because no one else was getting awards... they were the first ever group to get the *ROOKIE GRAND SLAM... if you have been a KPOP fan for more than a year there is no way you havnt heard the song, since its like EVERYONES favorite song everyone knows the words, and everyone knows at least a piece of the choreo fun fact: SHINee were also the group to start the trend of Dance Practice Videos i mean there is a reason SHINee has many titles including 'YOUR IDOLS' IDOL' *When a group is able to win the “Rookie of the Year” award at all five major awards shows-consisting of Melon Music Awards (MMA), Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), Golden Disk Awards (GDA), GAON Chart Music Awards, and Seoul Music Awards (SMA)-they can achieve what is known as a “Rookie Grand Slam.” since then only 4 other groups have achieved this accolade (iKOn, 2016; Wanna One, 2017 [the group Kang Daniel is from]; ITZY, 2019; TXT, 2019... with ITZY and TXT's grand slams being only a month apart)
**edit** I see a looot of others saying to check out excuse me miss too hahaha yessss this is a sign LOL*** ahh! it's so good to see new faces checking out shinee :) the princes of kpop, they're known for never sticking to a sound and having a very experimental approach. they broke big molds in the industry and their live performances are considered ELITE (like dude they eat CD's for breakfast or something it's so good) I could go on all day lol their whole discography is absolutely immaculate! so many good songs to recommend but i'm trying not to overload LOL so next i *highly* recommend you check out this live of Excuse Me Miss: ruclips.net/video/jSORaqTQykk/видео.html hope you check it out and enjoy my dude!

i just binge-watched a ton of your videos! You’re one of the best commentators and actually think about the meanings behind every video. I think you would really enjoy watching The Boyz MVs & all of their full Road To Kingdom performances. They’re great performers. Also i think you would enjoy watching this current seasons Kingdom: Legendary War.
Our princes of Kpop Jonghyun was and will always be one of the best vocalists in kpop. Would love to see you react to the groups solo music. Any of Jonghyun’s songs or Taemin’s Move
6:13 actually lots of groups have songs with these kind of lyrics even today, especially the younger rookie groups. I notice that they usually will have at least one song like this in their early career
I bought this CD single while I was in Korea in 2017. Still unopened since. I almost sold it for $20 last year because you know. Covid hard timing it. I had a buyer but I rejected it because I felt to sentimental. Looked it up on eBay. Found it was selling for almost 1k. Luckily I didn't sell it. Still one of my favorites to this day. Enjoyed your review.

DIBIDIBIDIBI
AHH EXCUSE ME MISSSSS
We are still all OT5 no matter what❤
Yes
SHINee, 2nd Gen.. and they are still slaying in 2021.
This is their Debut Song.. released 2008. Theyre between 14-18.
And Replay CANCELLED?? REPLAY 14 years later... IS STILL PLAYED IN KOREA.. from shows to stores to clubs. Still covered by new groups like a default.
LOL right? No one would be cancelling Replay!
I was 11years old when I saw this song and now I'm 21 years old 'I hope these times come back I miss the 2generation a lot 💔😢
Samee Shinee will forever have a special place in my heart
Debuted in 2008 as 5 member group aged between 14-18. Since they debuted at such a young age they are of the same age or younger than than the 3rd generation kpop groups. "Replay" is known as the best debut song by any kpop groups.
SHINee is part of the 2nd generation groups
I know that I just said that they are around the same age as 3rd generation idol group because they debuted when they were really young.
5hinee 💎
SHINee are nicknamed "The Princes of K-pop" 🥰
i think you're underestimating kpop fans bc this still holds the reputation of the best debut song in all of kpop to this day, even to new kpop fans.
This song has been stuck in my head since I filmed this. Its been a solid 3 days

Welcome ro SHINee World.
SHINee is my is my ult group:)
This song was released in 2008.
Excuse me miss live by shinee should be your next reaction, thank you for finally checking out shinee 🤧🤧
Shinee and this song are how I got into k-pop. They will always hold a place in my heart.
Another fun fact:
Barack Obama knows Shinee and knows everytime Shinee's in the US they always eat in In n Out Burger.
This group is comprised of 5 members:
Onew (pronounced Oh-new) - second vocalist in this MV: leader; main vocal and eldest; debuted at 18; now 32 (intl.
(He has several mini-albums and Japanese albums as well.)
Jonghyun: The first vocalist you see in this MV; main vocal, dancer.
누난 너무 예뻐 till this day is considered one of the if not THE BEST kpop debut EVER
SHINee won so many awards with this banger that they had to set limits on how many awards you could win at some award shows because no one else was getting awards...
they were the first ever group to get the *ROOKIE GRAND SLAM... if you have been a KPOP fan for more than a year there is no way you havnt heard the song, since its like EVERYONES favorite song
everyone knows the words, and everyone knows at least a piece of the choreo
fun fact: SHINee were also the group to start the trend of Dance Practice Videos
i mean there is a reason SHINee has many titles including 'YOUR IDOLS' IDOL'
*When a group is able to win the “Rookie of the Year” award at all five major awards shows-consisting of Melon Music Awards (MMA), Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), Golden Disk Awards (GDA), GAON Chart Music Awards, and Seoul Music Awards (SMA)-they can achieve what is known as a “Rookie Grand Slam.”
since then only 4 other groups have achieved this accolade (iKOn, 2016; Wanna One, 2017 [the group Kang Daniel is from]; ITZY, 2019; TXT, 2019... with ITZY and TXT's grand slams being only a month apart)
**edit** I see a looot of others saying to check out excuse me miss too hahaha yessss this is a sign LOL***

That noona in the video was member of a group called F(x), they were the 'female version' of Shinee. Both groups are amazing.
My 2nd gen favs ❤️👏🏼
SHINee💎💎💎💎💎
Thank you so much!
OMG, new SHINee mvs are AMAZING-- I can't wait until you see them. Vocals are so good.
SHINee is a 2nd gen. Noona neomu yeppeo is actaully release in May 25, 2008 whichbis their debut song. It was just rerelease in SM youtube channel in 2011.
they debuted very young between 14-18 yrs
please react to their new songs Don’t call me and atlantis 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Taemin is in Shinee, in case you didn't know.
Shinee Replay never leaves my playlist. It always puts me in a good mood.
What a throwback!!!! Idk who John is but he right he right!!! The nostalgia gets me all the time!!! 2nd gen was legendary!!! And yes Noona doesn't have to be your sister. Its just what guys call older girls who they are close with.
But please do check out more SM artists!! They have the best vocals!!!
I know you heard From Home by NCT U but you have to check out the rearranged version!!! Its crazy and unbelievable!!!
Also, check out When This Rain Stops by Wendy from Red Velvet! This song is so beautiful and has such a good message!
For more SHINee, check out Married To The Music, 1 of 1, Atlantis!! Also, End Of A Day by Jonghyun. That is another song everyone needs in their life!!!
Shinee yeahh... my 1st love😇

SHiNee is amazing pls check out their newest mvs pls Don't Call me and Atlantis! Don't Call me Is the song of the year for me 💎 new sub
and that particular noona in this video is Victoria the leader of F(x). It’s a group from the same company of SHINee. Both groups have been active during that time.
Thankkk youuu
i just binge-watched a ton of your videos! You’re one of the best commentators and actually think about the meanings behind every video. I think you would really enjoy watching The Boyz MVs & all of their full Road To Kingdom performances. They’re great performers. Also i think you would enjoy watching this current seasons Kingdom: Legendary War.

Our princes of Kpop
Jonghyun was and will always be one of the best vocalists in kpop. Would love to see you react to the groups solo music. Any of Jonghyun’s songs or Taemin’s Move
6:13 actually lots of groups have songs with these kind of lyrics even today, especially the younger rookie groups.
I notice that they usually will have at least one song like this in their early career
I loved this, react to their last comeback "don't call me" please
Gracias por reaccionar a SHINee 👁️
It'd be fun if you see their newest song, then the next oldest (love like oxygen) 👀 the contrast between 2008 & 2021

Please more SHINee react!!! Their ballad song is really good! King of harmonization! Like sleepless night, selene 6.23!!
When everyone wanted to be that noona 😭😂
Thank you for reacting to my babies haha SHINee is my ulti bias group since 2010

You don’t have to read the lyrics we can read them on the screen and you gotta hear the vocals LMAO😭
Koreans use Noona as an endearment to older females, so it's not limited to older female siblings only.
Song is from 2008 :)
