The song talks about how she is realizing her relationship is toxic, and how she is proud of leaving them. It talks about empowerment and standing up for oneself in the face of toxic relationships. "If you bite my hand again, I will never feed you", is a reference to the saying "don't bite the hand that feeds you", meaning do not act badly or ungrateful to those who you depend on and those who help you. She is tired of doing all these things for her lover when they are just going to act rude and ungrateful, so she decides to stop helping him and loving him. She leaves him and she is happy that she left.
I relate to this song because my bestie had a friend and she’s rude to me and leaves me out of things because she likes things that I don’t and convinces my friends to like them and leaves me out. I have 2 & 1/2 real friends right now.
