I think if Florida contests this, it goes away. Florida has deeper attorney fees pockets. Rashada has an over aggressive attorney. There is little basis for his claim.
What did Rashada receive in NIL subsequently? Really does not matter to the suit.
Yeah if UGA wasn't helping Rashada, I'd agree. But since Smart and Company spend so much time and money ruining rivals players and programs. I highly doubt Rashada will run out of funds. And this is just a smear campaign anyway by UGA. There are no coincidences.

Yea JD, if I were a HS student I totally wouldn’t want to sign with UF and their sneaky boosters. It’s not like Florida just signed the #1 QB and #1 DL from the 2024 class I heard the checks bounced. The damage for FL was done over a year ago and shortly after is when the lawsuit began its infancy.
The kid backed out of a $9 million deal with Miami to sign with FL. After doing so Billy told him he'd get his $1 million signing bonus (recorded phone call with father), which he never received and is why he never enrolled!

Knowing how dirty FL is, I already would never have gone there as a player. This a very large scoop of poop added to the pile.
