After 187 got into Jenkinsburg (roughly 3 miles north of Jackson, GA), NS 346 came through headed south towards its terminus in Macon, GA. Normally this train runs the Griffin district to pick up cars in Griffin, GA. However on this day, they must’ve not had work in Griffin today so they ran it over the South End.
