UAP/UFO over Joshua Tree National Park - September 4th 2022

- On September 4th, 2022, I set up my GoPro to capture some night lapse video over Quail Springs, Joshua Tree National Park. When retrieving the footage, I noticed something that I cannot explain (therefore going under the category of UAP/UFO):
1) Multiple signals emerging from the exact same spot in the clouds.
2) One dominant signal coming from the far back horizon, suddenly changing its flight direction for 45 degrees
3) Most smaller/weaker signals adapt their flight path towards the exact identical line of flight.
Please give me your input as to what you think this could be. As a reference: The bright signal was visible in the sky for 2 minutes and 30 seconds in real time.
What definitely can be eliminated (in my opinion) are the following:
- Hot Air Balloon's or Weather Balloons because flight direction is too precise and objects are in different heights
- Airplanes because I checked the flight radar for the specific location and time. There were only 8 commercial flights in the entire Park and almost none of them above the area I was filming. Plus: The signal travelled too slow to be an airplane and changed flight direction too quickly.
- Shooting stars (because signal was in the sky for too long and shooting stars do not change direction)
- Satellites (Do not change direction and are higher then at least the main dominant signal)
One thing to particularly pay attention to: Whatever the weaker signals are, they also clearly change direction of flight. Also, the main signal changes direction of flight exactly towards the flight line of the other signals.

This is why I have a problem with the “airplane solution”: First, thank you for the troubleshooting guys. But here is my detailed issue with the airplane logic: I shot a night lapse with a shutter speed of 30 seconds, which means that every still frame shows a trail cause by the distance the object traveled within these 30 seconds. I am not saying “look at those fast UAPs”, I’m saying the opposite. If you look at the frame at 1:08, slowly count to 30 seconds, this is how long the object traveled this distance. Now keep in mind that the light is relatively low above ground. This is clearly shown when the object enters from below the clouds and exits the frame behind the tree. If this was anywhere near flight altitude, the object could not be shown behind the tree. Back the flight speed: any object flying that low (commercial plane, helicopter or especially fighter jets) would move through the frame in no time. Probably ever without even been properly displayed in the night lapse. The object was way too slow for any airplane.
Dr Steven Greer does these CE-5 events where a group of people camp out and meditate and supposedly contact ufos.. He has done it at the Joshua tree before, and what I find interesting is, the objects that he catches on film are EXACTLY what you have caught.... They almost look like a biological entities more than a craft... You should look up some of his lectures.. He says, that these things exist in another dimension, on top of us, but we can't always perceive them... And that's why they always look like they just disappear into the air,because they shift back and forth in and out of our reality, or dimension...
We are not dealing simple with A physical being, from a physical planet, that orbits a physical star... We are dealing with something that is luminous.. That is extra dimensional... That is highly advanced... That we probably wouldn't even recognize if it was right in front of our face..

Something alive we just don't know about. Sometimes I do think they move so fast we can't see them or so slow there movement is unnoticeable. 👍🏼🙏🏼
Additionally, how could it be shooting stars if your frame rate was that slow?
I think I can provide an explanation for Object 1 and the other objects that follow. The images you captured are the running lights of jets coming from points North that are turning West to join the "stack" [que] of planes coming from the East and preparing to land at LAX. The runways at LAX are oriented roughly East-West. The "stack," which starts forming over New Mexico, runs East to West and crosses Highway 89 at a point roughly halfway between Prescott and Ash Fork, Arizona. On a clear night, you can see the long line of planes. If you were at Quail Springs and your camera was pointed Northeast, Object 1 and the other objects are making a 90 degree turn to the West at just the right point to join the "stack" for LAX. The objects are blurred because you had the frame rate on your GoPro turned as low as possible to make your battery last as long as possible. Even though these images can be explained, I must say you have a great idea! What I really want to see is the same type of long night-time video shot from Goldfield, Nevada with the camera pointed Southeast, over Area 51. It's not against the law to do so, and who knows? You might capture images of something really strange that can not be so easily explained!

Here’s my take. An aircraft deviated around the thunderstorms out there. Then flew over the 29 palms VOR and on to its destination. There’s a lot of interesting things in that sky keep shooting! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Suki, thank you for your take on this. What make me scratch my head is the total amount of things happening in this video. First of all, I have been spending many nights and hours wilderness camping out there, watching the stars and not ever have I seen an airplane that low. If, in fact, an airplane would have skipped the thunderstorm, the time in the frame should habe been way shorter given the low altitude. The bright signal was visible for 2 minutes and 30 second (real time). That is way more time than any airplane would have needed to cross the distance (which wasn't even that far). Plus, I don't understand why there are so many light trails on the exact same line. If those were shooting stars, why do they adapt their angle while coming from different sides? I have so many questions :D
@@thomasspater1371 just thinking that low object may have been on the clowd one arrival into Palm Springs. That arrival uses 29palms vor if starting the over Goffs. You’re pretty low relatively speaking after crossing 29 palms. Anyway have a great night!

Aircraft, I do nighttime time-lapse in every part of the country... it never fails, there are always aircraft buzzing around, especially in a full night of filming. Nice Time-lapse!!
Hi, thank you for the feedback. However, it’s just the result of 2h filming and the issue still remains that the brightest trail takes a 90 degree turn extremely suddenly and beyond what an aircraft does. 🤔
@@thomasspater1371 It's due to shutter speed. What settings were you using on your camera? Just a day ago I watched a plane take a sharp left, right above me, while spraying trails. It's not impossible :)
These are most likely aircraft changing direction over a navigation aid such as a VOR or VNAV position. Due to time lapse they would appear as streaks and relatively slow manoeuvres and direction change would appear rapid. The strong signal could possibly be an aircraft mistakenly leaving on landing lights as opposed to just strobe lights giving a much brighter appearance. Not all aircraft are displayed on Flightradar24 or similar apps. Commercial flights follow highways in the sky explaining the same deviation of direction.
That’s the only thing it can be.

I was a Marine stationed at 29 Palms just a few miles away. 29 Palms is the Marine Corps largest base. Several of us saw a UAP while we were on guard duty one night.

We were on Guard Duty at Wilson. After we heated up and ate “C-Rats” we were sitting 🪑 on chairs leaning back against the guard shack watching the night sky 🌌 Out of nowhere and suddenly we saw a red light 5-6 miles away. It hovered for a few minutes and we thought it was a chopper. Then in the blink of an eye it moved 2-3 miles to the right and then sat there and hovered around for several minutes. It moved back to the original location and sat…. Then it shot straight up into the sky and was gone.
Something else happened a few minutes later but its too bizarre to get into….

I found this video because my brother was telling me about UAP he saw in the Desert Hot Springs area, he was hanging out with an Airforce Veteran at the time. A completely silent disc that came over a hill in the desert, then flew west at an incomprehensible speed. According to my bro he 'felt' it before he saw it, a sensation of being watched and dread.

I was in Mississippi...saw 2 light streaking side by side. . then they just stopped and disappeared into the sky!! I thought it was a meteor shower but it didn't seem right. There's definitely something we can't explain going on out there!!!!
I totally agree. I will actually go back this weekend since there is new moon and the night sky is a bit clearer. Try capturing the entire night with the GoPro and see if there is anything suspicious.

Joshua tree is notorious for nightscape photography, airplane trails. I got them in every shot when I was shooting the night sky.
Great video. Maybe they are tic tack UFO’s going back to around San Clemente Island where people think that there is some underwater base. Near the Nimitz encounter

My sister has a house there. They actually saw a craft stop, throw out beams of light like rope ladders to the ground, and then a bunch of little creatures scurry down to the desert floor, right from their back porch. Didn't sleep at all that night.
WOW…that would be the ultimate experience….haven’t seen creatures scurry about,,,but was visited by a Plasma ball or something….very strange indeed

Maybe a dumb question, but the “stars” or whatever they are, like you can see by the branch on the tree, and by the tree trunk, but from a distance, appear to move slowly up or back. Almost like a slow rolling screen. Even the other’s seem to move. It’s just odd to see so many move, and the long ones zipping by could look that way bcz they are moving so fast and that’s what the slower camera speed picks up, but they look like Elemental’s to me. Great show!

I saw this exact thing a week ago.. the flight pattern and direction will of it however I saw them (about 30/40 lights) Doing the same thing at about 4am till about 5h30am l... wish this planet would open a division where we can explore more of such things openly. Was really an amazing sceen

My first gopro nightlapse I thought I had captured strange lights also. Turned out to be the aircraft arriving and departing from LAX and BUR . I live in Palmdale and they fly right over the PMD vor and make their turns. Probably right after leaving your airspace. I enjoy nightlapses, nice job!

Thank you so much for your input. After I read it, I am nor trying to find out more and see whether or not there is any correlation. The trajectory change is definitely the number one thing that struck me as odd and, in my opinion, rules out airplanes.

Maybe this is the way light at some angles bends around the GoPro lens. Use the same settings at night and see if you can duplicate it. There are a lot of planes going into the LA basin at that area. Also lots of satellites in the sky these days. Hope you find the answer 👍
Great content..1st question witch way is north. I'm trying to figure out the electromagnetic poles direction I'm guessing the way they were heading was North if that's the case.ever heard of skin Walker Ranch!! Same thing there ..My theory is it starts with the rocks around that area looks like brown or red granite with the granite there's gonna be vanes of Quartz crystal there under ground an definitely gold now all you need for a light show is frequency!! plasma balls that travel with the magnetic winds (just a theory) all those materials give off energy combined with gold has a CRAZY reaction when combined with energy and Frequencys

The best way is to go back there for several nights (many) and see if there is any similarity in what gets filmed. I believe in UAP and UFOs , but these don't look like either IMO. Interesting video...thanks xxx

I've had the patience (& time) to sit outside in a fairly remote area , and have seen much activity, that doesn't fit motion an human flights. Hadn't thought about time lapse. Good idea! I've learned that most humans aren't seeing it, because either we are 1.) huddled in our lighted domains looking at the 'screens'...OR 2.) we are looking down at night so as to not trip. :). Meantime, the UFOs are flying or at stationary spots, at an elevation that at first glance they look like a star. Only noticed when one looks longer than a few seconds in one spot. The ones I saw, were not shapeshifting, or gas like. But classic saucer shaped.
We saw something similar tonight on 9-20-2022. Based on star patterns, we are looking in the same direction. We didn’t capture any video. Wish we had.
Where did you see it location-wise?
Could easily be insects flying around locally. You want to assume entities miles up in the sky when they might be small and close.

Cheers mate, highly appreciate your comment. The point of appearance lies in the south-east of my position, since I pointed the camera north-east. There is literally nothing for a very long distance.
I thought several of them seemed to leave in the same direction too. Like they were all going to the same place.
Great footage. I hope this video gets seen by the Uap ufo experts. I wish I had your recording equipment. I have seen similar objects in my area. However, the ones I have seen don't move fast like the ones you have recorded.
Hi Anand, thank you so much for your feedback. The equipment is actually not that expensive. All you need it a GoPro and an external battery to keep in running over night. You should check it out. Its also a time lapse, so the speed of the objects is not real time.

have seen these before as i was traveling down hwy 99 going to stockton calif. they were going close to PG and E lines and it was 4 or 5 of them swirling around each other having a great old time at it. They were like creatures of unknown sources?
Twenty-Nine palms base is that way, over those mtns where the clouds are. I’d bet that’s their origin.
Consider shooting the same location a few times and see if you capture the same thing. If it's aircrafts they should be flying that area pretty consistently.
It would be cool if you could slow it more. It's like they are flying a coordinated pattern .. like following ley lines.. spelling.. electromagnetic lines... Super catch but hard to tell unless you could get still of it. Too much glow. But... how exciting!!! 👽👽👽😻❤️❤️
Look at NOTAM's for Military Exercises. Edwards Airforce Base is near by.
I live in Tucson and belong to a Facebook group where folks share interesting things they see around town. Usually cute animals, weird people, beautiful sunsets and that type of thing. About the same time frame as your video, a few people posted video of those same things. Some got better shots of them, no offense. They looked like elongated hot dogs made of light, rounded on the ends. I thought they looked very long for their width like yours do. They were the same thing it seems to me. What they were, I do not know. Interesting. UAP for sure.

UAP for sure, United Airlines Planes. This is a time lapse joke. Do people really lack perceptive ability this much? Sucks to say yes. My very first thought was that that is a jumbo jet flight path. There is nothing here even strong enough to form a UFO hypothesis. Remember that this is GoPro time lapse mode while watching. Planes in a flight lane are a much more likely hypothesis than spacecraft driven by alien beings here.....but some of you will actually blow right past basic perceptive logic based on available data, and hypothesize UFO's?!?!? I know about UFOs abductions and their historical reality myself. But....Good grief! OBVIOUSLY A JUMBO JET FLIGHT PATH
Interesting video - there is always something to see when taking pictures at night. I often take composite pictures at night with a Olympus Tough and it often catches some strange lights which I don't think are airplanes or satellites but perhaps drones or something completely different. How long did it take to take each frame in the video? When I look at the stripes at 2:07 to 2:08 (and other places in the video) it looks as if the stripes of light has some dots (or what I should call them). It might represent blinks from an airplane so that each frame has a short period of the time where an airplane has passed with blinking lights. Can it be an Air Force squadron doing night training. Here in Denmark they sometimes fly in a line one by one. And is it possible that some of them have had their landing lights switched on (the brightest ones), so that it pointed directly towards the camera when turning in the sharp turns (which has taken some time in reality)? Is there perhaps an Air Force base not long away from where you recorded the video?

How did you notice these in your recording? I'm assuming you had hours worth of recordings.
Hey, thanx for the comment. The total length of the outcome video is only 12 seconds. Spotting the brightest of all signals was what then made me look closer. I originally only recorded a time span of 2 hours (which is shown in 12 seconds). Next time I go, I will let that film the entire night. 🤓

It was night time. This is a long exposure where every frame consists of a picture that was taken over 30 seconds. A bug could only be seen if it was right in front of the camera holding still for 30 seconds
Thats somwthing really weird, wouls be cool of you manage to zoom in more in the same spot somehow and you finally find out. If that is possible

@@thomasspater1371 the speed matches up to airplanes, too. Most of it looks like commercial traffic. That’s an extremely busy corridor for traffic flying into LA. You’re at a very shallow angle and are filming aircraft up to 100mi away or more, so ADSB tracks likely fit into this
Just curious, as I am not familiar with military aircraft lights. If they don't use red or green lighting, do their white lights blink or do they have steady luminosity? If they blink, wouldn't that be show in the video with the streaks of light being of varying brightness throughout? Thank you for you answer in advance! Cheers!
On the 31st of August there was a Falcon 9 launch from Vandenberg to place Starlink satellites into orbit. These streaks look like sats and could be manuevering to their assigned orbits.
But definitely not the brightest signal that is super low.
There has also been alot of UFO activity over Kyiv in Ukraine.
MCAS-Marine Corp Air station, 29 palms is close to this location.Maybe something unusual is going on at that air base that has garnered E.T.s attention.

I saw similar objects in a Project Incension Channel video and they were ships leaving. The video is number 43. Ships caught on Keck Observatory Cam and the ships look the same. You can see them leaving near end of video when it gets dark. They lost and it is time for them to leave the earth...see for your self

Hi Thomas, great capture, unfortunately you probably never have and idea what it is. I and another have seen a flying triangle in July of 2009 since then, no answers, lots of people tell me what it was or was not, most common "TR3B" however as the witness it was not. I have my reasons for saying, no it was not. Its just one of those things, like when a squirrel sees a car, it just has no idea what its looking at. Great work on bringing out the details and sharing it with everyone. Have a great day everyone, keep looking up, you never know what you might see. If there was anywhere in the Universe to be, its here on Earth, now. Hope you get more captures and actually do get some answers.
Thank you so much for that nice feedback. I agree with you. I spent more than just one night out at Joshua Tree NP, staring into the sky for hours. The sis simply NOT the air traffic that there is. Its exactly what you said, its hard to explain or convince people from it, which is why I opened this video simply with a question rather than pretending I knew the answer :)

I wonder if the military scrambled aircraft from multiple bases that met up at this point to ultimately join up into one formation.
Usually when I sieht nights out there, the only thing I ever see is airplanes sporadically flying super high with red flashing lights. This was different somehow. The light trails are also partly too close to each other in my opinion. But who knows 🤔
@@thomasspater1371 It was just a thought, I’m guessing that military intercept flights probably aren’t going to be running navigational lights like civil or commercial flights do and they would be able to see any airplanes ahead of them on their radar or get info on other aircraft via military air controllers. That said I remember an incident that happened in 1963 when I was nine. My sixteen year old cousin Donna was visiting from Canada so my parents took us to Lake Tahoe via 395. We were passing the fence along the east side of George Air Force Base when four large white lights flew in front and over head of us in a diamond formation and flew over the fence and out over the base where we quickly lost sight of them. The lights had a saucer shape and appeared to be fairly large, they reminded me of the large round translucent panels you would see covering the recessed lighting fixtures in a shopping mall. I remember asking my parents years later if they remembered that incident which they did but only vaguely and they couldn’t remember much detail about what they saw. In the mid eighties my wife and I were visiting with Donna and her husband at their home in Shelbourne, Ontario, Canada and as we were sitting in their living room chatting about life I happened to bring up the event and asked Donna if she remembered it which she did. With all the strange things that go on in the world I do believe there are UFOs but still wonder as to there exact origin. I’ve speculated that with the strange events people have observed going on on the moon, strange glows, sudden flashes of light and reports of supposed structures whether this might be the origin of strange craft reported by people all over the world. And combine that with the speculation of some historians who aren’t in the main stream of academia as to a 25,000 year cycle of the rise and fall of other civilizations in earths past one has to wonder if the aliens are actually us but they’re humans descended from past civilizations that managed to establish colonies on the moon that have survived for millennia and have been keeping watch over earth and it’s current inhabitants and even visiting from time to time to investigate current events in human civilization and/or gather certain necessary supplies and maybe even bring specimens back for study. Given the discovery of archeological sites around the world that were seemingly built with technologies we no longer possess I’m guessing that this might be one explanation to reported lights in the skies and reports of strange craft.
One crucial piece of information is missing. The speed of the objects. What the duration of the film from start to finish of the objects traversing the lense of the camera.
I call them travelers. I can see them almost every night that I bother to spend time watching the sky. Yeah, their NOT known airplanes, or satellites, or anything else that's acknowledged to be up there. I have a few designations: Cruzers, streamers, blinkers, flashers, and crazy enough imposters where they change their lights and look like regular air traffic. Also yes I noticed in many occasions that they're traveling along common routes. I've counted over 60 in one night, that was during lockdown though. Traffic up there kinda chilled out, now be lucky to see 10, but their still up there for sure .

I've seen this before looking up around Vega and lyre it pulled a U- turn. I have also seen many "blinkers" clear sky no clouds bright flash like a star doesn't follow a path either.

This is why I have a problem with the “airplane solution”: First, thank you for the troubleshooting guys. But here is my detailed issue with the airplane logic: I shot a night lapse with a shutter speed of 30 seconds, which means that every still frame shows a trail cause by the distance the object traveled within these 30 seconds. I am not saying “look at those fast UAPs”, I’m saying the opposite. If you look at the frame at 1:08, slowly count to 30 seconds, this is how long the object traveled this distance. Now keep in mind that the light is relatively low above ground. This is clearly shown when the object enters from below the clouds and exits the frame behind the tree. If this was anywhere near flight altitude, the object could not be shown behind the tree. Back the flight speed: any object flying that low (commercial plane, helicopter or especially fighter jets) would move through the frame in no time. Probably ever without even been properly displayed in the night lapse. The object was way too slow for any airplane.

Can't be planes -- following far too closely and at same altitudes seemingly. Possibly bugs...but I don't see why there'd be a tail/trail. It's ominous, a dozen or more ships flying through the early a.m. skies over Joshua Tree Nat. Pk.. Heading to Area51?
Thank you for your feedback! I agree on the plane situation. As for bugs, I am not sure, since the origin of the light trails can optically traced back towards the far distance of the horizon. I also think bugs would not be big enough to create a light source that would be shown in the GoPro footage due to the low light intensity.

Could be space junk burning up as it enters the atmosphere. The directional change could be an optical illusion because of the natural curve of the horizon (atmosphere). A spacecraft wouldn't have a long tail like that!?!🤔
For the further objects I would agree, but the string bright signal is low at cloud level and pretty clear in its directional change.
Flight paths of airplanes. I love near two airports in the flight paths of airlines coming from the South, North and East. I stand by aircraft. Not all aircraft show themselves on flight radar especially if it’s from areas like Palmdale, Tonapah or Area 51.
Joshua Tree is not that far form any of those sites.

29 Palms USMC base borders Joshua Tree. They do extensive flight training at night. I'm not saying that is what this is, but it must be taken into account. It's been the case for decades that people see weird shit in the skies at night out there and it was just the Marines and/or Navy doing funky shit with their military aircraft and even with top secret craft that nobody outside of the military would know anything about.

I live in Moreno Valley and on a few occasions I’ve seen UAP’s, one I even got on film watching it with my entire family. If more people just looked up and watched the night sky more I think there wouldn’t be any dogma. The only question now is who is it? Is it our government or alien/inter dimensional?

Hey, thank you so much for dropping a few words. I think we are slowly moving away from the stigma of being called "crazy", but its hard to figure these things out when you come across. If I had seen one of the things I mention by itself, I would have probably not paid attention. But all those trails lining up exactly plus those that don't changing direction so they do, that's really odd. Plus that very intense one. 45 degrees in such a short distance is nothing a commercial aircraft does (in my opinion). But who knows, I guess Ill be going there a fews more times and spend the night out there to see :)
@@thomasspater1371 People who are trying to reason things out & make logical sense of things they have experienced with such evidence as they have witnessed are probably not crazy. That does not seem to me to be the behaviour of a 'crazy' person, just someone trying to understand things.
I have seen a few things & I have been told I am crazy a few times but I think this reflects a lack of insight on the part of the accuser & very likely also the fact that they are understandably frightened. For this reason I am understanding towards these sometimes rather insulting & disrespectful persons.
I had a very tough childhood, full of violence & hatred & being repeatedly beaten unconscious as well as other abuse & quite deliberate cold bloodied cruelty. This gave me a lot of practice at having to cope with frightening occurences & terrifying situations & also a lot of practice at making sense of crazy goings on using evidence based thinking & logic, which is what kept me sane. I have to remember that not everyone has had this practice & therefore I have to be the understanding & patient 'big sister' on these occasions, difficult as it is to put up with the insults from people who have sometimes lead comparatively sheltered lives.
I have seen very strange things some of which I could not explain at all, I have been pursued by such a thing. I have heard footsteps & doors opening where there was no person to step & the door remained shut. I have had a spirit put it's hands around my neck seeming to attempt to strangle me & faught it for five hours, I have been poked in the back & had spirits grab my shoulders & pull at my feet but nothing, absolutely nothing odd that I have experienced is as terrifying as the experience of living with two parents who have Narcisissistic Personality Disorder & one of them also a very malignant psychopath who abused me in all kinds of ways including sexual, who repeatedly held my head under water in the bath, who continually treated me as a third class citizen within my own home, who repeatedly told me & everyone I knew that I was crazy, who never acknowledged one minute of many hours I put into working around the house & treated me as a skivvy not a child & who very nearly suceeded in sending me insane while still a child.
To those who are not familiar with Narcissistic Personality Disorder I say this, learn about it. Learn to recognise the characteristics, the behaviour patterns, the ways they impress & draw people in, learn all about it to give yourself a fighting chance of avoiding becoming involved with someone with this health destroying condition, which is causing so much misery to countless thousands today. @@thomasspater1371 I recently saw a video from someone's door bell camera and he was getting similar things happening one night. In one of his, he could literally see the opaque looking cat walking on the ground, like the spirit of a cat, along with a "ghost-like" person.
I do believe in spirits. I believe those lights were spirits passing by in another dimension. Some cameras seem more sensitive to catching these. In fact, I once watched a documentary where the only way these people could see the spirit in their home was with an old Polaroid camera. They would invite friends and media over to witness it all as well. Very fascinating.
I wish I could find the doorbell camera video again.

AS a pilot and a photographer, I can assure you that, that is an aircraft. Flight radar lags at times. The potheads on you tube will get fired up and the Jeremy Corbell worshipers might get a little excited. Do these lapses and astrophotography for 50 years and come back and say it's unexplained. That, my friend, is an aircraft.
