The final Rick Grimes edit from change, changed to now i found them, ive taken stuff from my previous edits only the ones i thought i couldnt prefect. This took up 99% of space on my laptop lmao

Yeah Rick's "death" had to hurt Daryl and Michonne like way more than anyone else. And the emotional toll it took on them really shows in the new episodes.

My goodness, ALL the memories have come flooding back. Hands down the best tribute video to Rick Grimes I have ever seen! A character who has been in my life and provided escapism no matter how dark or painful my days became over the past 9 years. End of an era and the start of the next I am sure. I just noticed that Rick lost so many good people and has suffered so much!!
I love how throughout this show, we see Rick change. As we see him go through many hardships, and lose many people, he hardens. He becomes wiser, and more ruthless. It's sad, seeing the old Rick, who believed in not killing the living, and always tried a peaceful approach first, turn into a man who doesn't bat an eye about shooting people. Although, I don't blame him. After everything he's been through and seen, I too would do whatever it takes. There has been moments when Rick lost everything in seconds, but he kept pushing forward. And something else I love, is how much Rick cared for his family. He loved them all the same, even though he wasn't related to most of them. He's lost himself so many times, but his family has always been there to remind him who he was, and what he was fighting for. He killed for them, hell, he died for them! After everything he's done for them, and everything he's lost, after all the pain he's been through, it was finally his time to rest. He did his part to help, and lead them, and now it's left to his family to cherish his memory, and carry on his legacy

I can't see Rick just settling while knowing Michonne and Judith are out there.
He probably won't be able to get back some how.
Just think of this. What if the explosion causes Rick to lose his memories? Fragments of his memories are shattered especially the recent ones. What if all he remembers are Lori dying, Carl dying and most of his friends who died but not the ones that are still living?

This has made me rewatch the series from start to Rick's exit, to see his journey once more; the obstacles he and the group overcame, him and Michonne, his friendship with Darryl. Great tribute video.

This is by far my favorite fan made/put together video. I've watched it more times than I can think of. Like others said as well, this made me re watch the series again. Nothing will ever come close to meaning as much as the walking dead means to me. No matter how many times I've seen each episode, it's been so many years that the characters are like family to me. The emotions, especially Rick's, are so raw and heartfelt. This show, these characters... they will never die. Ever! Awesome video brotha💯

This is absolutely beautiful and really honors him. Cried during this almost as hard as I cried during his last episode. I loved how you compared some scenes to the original episode and showed the transformation. This made me super nostalgic. Idk this is just amazing, your insanely talented. I’ll miss him so much but it feels so good to know that he inspired talented people to make things like this. A perfect tribute to truly one of the most realistic, iconic and well done/ developed characters in television history.
They need to make an alternate spin off show about Shane where he ACTUALLY leaves the group when he said he was going to.

One of my favorite things about Rick is that he treats his people like family. He has killed and done horrible things. He doesn’t even know how many people he’s killed, but he knows why they’re all dead. It’s so his family can be alive. It was fitting for him to sacrifice his own life to save his family, the ones he had been fighting for since the beginning. Thank you, and god bless you Rick Grimes.

What's the point in those movies if Andrew Lincoln aka Rick just confirmed he would never return to the series merely the movie trilogy. I don't want to see Rick with a new family most likely trying to deal with the people who took him. He was suppose to take those long walks with Judith like Carl wanted and now he hasn't been given the chance to even see her grow up. They might as well killed him, give closure to his family, a body to bury.

He might make a return to the show. He just wanted to leave for a while cause working on the show kept him away from his family for about 9 months for each season. I think he just wanted to spend time with them for a short while and then after the movies he will probably make a return
