With all of your videos, you really make it clear how many lovely, amazing moments still happened after this show was considered dead. Very few have the language and passion to describe a body of work in a way that makes someone see the beauty in something after hopping on the "this is trash now!" bandwagon. it would of made more logical sense for Daryl to be the one to lead the hoard away on his bike because that would've kept the horse calm and he wouldn't be thrown off
These first five episodes of season 9 might just be my favorite part of the show. I imagine an alternate timeline where everything from the lineup through All Out War is shortened to just be season 7, and this arc is fleshed out to be an entire season 8. too bad, lol
I agree with you. The character writing in these episodes is so much more believable than it is in most of the show. It's so well done. I thought seasons 7 & 8 had extremely poor character writing, but season 9 retroactively made characters and their motivations make perfect sense. And it did it in really just 4 episodes.
Your explanation on this arc is told beautifully! I really enjoyed watching your walking dead videos especially because you go into detail. I remember watching this for the first time and hearing Space Junk play while Rick was lifted into the helicopter brought me major nostalgia. I'm pretty excited for The Ones Who Live and cant wait until it comes out! Looking forward to another vid!

So during the lineup, Negan killed Abraham and Daryl got up to try and punch him....and Negan had to make ANOTHER example which ended up being Glenn. Then later on Daryl and Maggie lead a coo with Oceanside's help to kill Negan which causes Rick's disappearance. I'll be honest though, in my opinion, Maggie should've killed Negan because she has been holding onto this hatred for over a decade and even Hershel is sick of it. Any time she looks at her son she only sees how Negan killed Glenn. She needs to move forward instead of looking back because it's going to get someone she cares about killed.

I need you to explain why in first seasons we see corpses in vehicles dead and in their cars why didn’t they reanimate like season two when Sofia went missing we see Carl opening a car and trying to reach for weapons in a corpse pocket
Its sad that all this ended up tot eh disapoinment that was "the ones who love". I mean some of this is kinda stupid like oh the horse bucked him and impaled him oooooooooooooo tension. Just feels lame i guess
