Hi from Sweden! Unfortunately I had to return this awesome collar twice to Amazon. I’ve given up on this brand. The first collar’s lid to the charger wouldn’t close tight and kept open up. Also the light stopped working when it was around 0 degrees Celsius. The second collar also stopped working when it was cold outside. Also, even if I charged the product as the directions said before the first use, I had to charge the collar very often. Also the led light was uneven over the collar.
